  Amazing service

  I cannot say enough positive things about Ivy & Vine. I was in a difficult position. While planning a small wedding, I was overstretched, so I made a last minute request for assistance with organizing my reception. Ivy & Design really stepped up with compassion and absolute professionalism! Ashley was responsive and so considerate to help me in my time of need. She worked with me to meet my exact needs. On the day of the wedding, what she created at my reception was beyond amazing, more than I had envisioned. We had so many compliments on the beautiful set up! This company will work hard to make your day special and stress-free!

  Amazing!

  I honestly couldn't prase her enough! She was a God send. She made everything happen and I swear she can be in 7 places at once. She is able to calm you down and accomplish anything you ask. She seriously is amazing! I couldn't recommend her more!

  So professional

  Ashley was so helpful for my daughter's wedding. She took care of everything!! She took a huge weight off our shoulders and never complained about anything. It was like she was three people!! So organized, and took care of everything!! I would recommend her to any bride.

  My husband and I are immensely grateful to Ashley at Ivy & Vine Events. We were thrilled to have her as our Day of Coordinator and her calm and reassuring presence was invaluable. She saved the day by managing some unexpected mishaps in the hours leading up to the ceremony (and handled them so seamlessly that I wasn't even aware of them until days after!) Ashley went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and helped create the wedding day we had always dreamed of. We cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much, Ashley!! We seriously could not have done it without you. I would HIGHLY recommend Ashley at Ivy & Vine to anyone looking for an event coordinator!

  Perfection

  We have started this review so many times and no words can describe just how amazing our wedding turned out. Ashley is hands down the BEST! We came to her after a terrible experience with another planner and she picked up all of the pieces to our puzzle. She’s an excellent planner, but also an amazing people reader. She had the ability to design our exact vision, while that vision was constantly changing due to inclement weather. There were several instances where she knew what we wanted before we did. I never dreamed a wedding planner would work half as hard as she did and we are forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream wedding come to life. You’re the real MVP.

  Day of Coordinator was amazing

  I had a small wedding at our in-law's house and had a timeline we wanted to make sure we were following without stressing myself out about. Ashley was so helpful in confirming the vendors, and coming in the day of and helping exactly where we needed! You can tell Ashley is very experienced, she came in the day of and knew exactly where she could help without me having to give her much guidance. I asked her to help make things look more formal and she immediately helped arrange flowers for the tables, moved tables around to create a better flow, touched up the decorations, etc. She also made sure I was in my dress when I needed to be for the photographer, made sure my wedding party was ready, made sure everyone flowed to the backyard when the ceremony was starting. She queued my bridesmaids to walk out at the perfect time while also playing the music! We started off the reception with the toast and she made sure our MOH and Best Men was prepared with the mic, when the food came, she quickly set it up in the kitchen with the caterer. I cannot say how helpful Ashley was and am so thankful we found her! She made our wedding day amazing with how well she facilitated the day!!

  Amazing wedding day coordination

  My husband and I loved working with Ashley. We hired her as our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond to ensure we had no worries the day of our wedding. She showed up for us countless time in unexpected ways in order to make our day flow seamlessly. Our wedding was beautiful and we know that it wouldn’t have been possibly without the help of Ivy & Vine events. Aside from being a great event planner/ coordinator, Ashley was such a joy to work with and was very personable. I would recommend these services to anyone who needs help event planning/coordinating.

  Ashely was easy to book, easy to work with and was affordable. I booked her for day of coordinator for an intimate winter wedding. Cost was $800 for a quick rehearsal the day before our wedding, 8 hours day of wedding, and travel fee. Wedding and rehearsal was in Westfield, NC

  Ashley was great - definitely consider her

  Ashley was all we could've asked for in a day-of-coordinator. She was very responsive when things changed, and provided good ideas for our layout at the venue. She made an effort to get to know us and really worked with us to create the vision we wanted for our special day.

  Relieves stress and helps tremendously!

  I love Ashley Cox! She is amazing at her job. With such short notice on being even sure we were going to go with a coordinator, we last minute went ahead and took a shot of getting her to help for our wedding. And I’m so glad we did, she was phenomenal! She had order happen from the start. This is her field for sure, I would gladly tell you to go with her as you wedding planner/wedding coordinator because this is truly her expertise! Credit to @brighterlightmedia @juliansmith 📸

I am PROBABLY the biggest pain in the rear client and she handled me with grace and love. (PS: make sure to tell your event planner of any and all changes to your event.... :) ) Every detail we requested was executed even better than we imagined!!! 🥰 Ashley does business events, parties, weddings, conferences, seminars, and so much more!! You name it, she does it - and she does it EXTREMELY WELL. Looking forward to utilizing Ashley for many more future events.

  I hired Ashley as my day of coordinator(d.o.c.) for my wedding and i am so glad that i did. She was wonderful. She made sure everything ran well and that our day was the absolute best. There were no problems throughout the day and she made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend working with Ashley, she is amazing! My day wouldnt have been completely without her!

I am also a micromanager…after our first event (wedding), I dubbed her my go to and felt I had no need to micromanage anymore because she is AWESOME!. She has now has worked my wedding, bachelorette and three baby showers! Her attention to detail and classic spin on current party trends makes her work timeless & beautiful. She thinks of everything! She has amazing ideas to bring your next event to another level! I highly recommend Ivy & Vine - they never fail to impress both guests and hosts.
