  IW Marks had a very friendly and professional staff. They answered all our questions and found us the rings we absolutely loved. When we realized we need to resize my engagement ring they did it for free and helped us with any questions we had.
  Overall: Such a friendly environment and absolutely worth looking at for quality rings.

  The Marks brothers have been responsible for helping my husband pick out my birthday and Christmas presents for the past couple years. I am always enamored with how gorgeous the jewelry is, and its durability and continuous shine!! It just seemed natural to use them for our wedding bands. We both went in not knowing what we wanted, Daniel and Brad sat with us to figure out our "jewelry personalities" and custom created the most beautiful rings. Every time I look at our rings, I am reminded of great people still existing!

  I had a really tough time deciding on an engagement ring because I wanted something that was truly unique, but also within my husband's and my budget. I.W. Marks was the perfect place for me! They had a huge selection, and their service was amazing. Their salespeople do not work on commission, so it's a very relaxed atmosphere and they truly just want to help you find a piece of jewelry that you'll enjoy. They also have a huge selection of men's rings. We purchased my engagement ring, and both of our wedding rings here. They can also create custom designs right inside of their store. We love I.W. Marks!

  I had the hardest time finding a wedding band to fit with my engagement ring. IW Marks had it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They won't try and sell you something you can't afford. Dannielle, Missouri City, TX

  Very happy with the service we received at IW Marks while shopping for my fiance's wedding band. While some of the bands were higher than our price point, the associate helped us find something we liked and could afford.

  My husband bought my engagement ring here. The initial setting was much too high, but when we took it back to get it sized, they fixed it just how I wanted. They provided a free appraisal to send to my insurance company and also free cleanings of the ring that are very quick and thorough. I have since taken other jewelry here for appraisal (for a small fee) and they do a great job.
