Jade was the absolute best with everything from beginning to end, she made the process understandable and was extremely flexible and understanding with the entire planning process for my surprise proposal to my now Fiancee. Jade even helped out by providing ideas for locations and went as far as to coordinate with venues for me to see what permits and other requirements they had. My Fiancee is extremely camera shy but Jade brought her out of her shell and captured her true smile in the photos which isn't an easy feat for most! I cannot wait to work with Jade for our post-engagement session soon! I 10/10 recommend Jade to ABSOLUTELY ANYONE needing photography done! -

J Ernest Photography was absolutely wonderful no questions asked! Very felixible and amazing to work with. She made this shoot very easy and comfortable! Will definitely be keeping her in mind when baby number 1 comes to make our family grow bigger 😊 -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jade and her team! They showed up on time, directed everything along the way, and were so fun and easy to be around. I got my preview photos super quick and I’m just SO excited to see the rest and our wedding highlight video. I will 100% be recommending her and her team to anyone and everyone I know! You will NOT regret going with them! Everything has been so beautiful so far. -

Jade is amazing! Im camera shy and she made me feel so comfortable taking pictures. She is easy to work with and FUN. And we got our pictures literally the next day!! -

WOW! I had nothing but complements all night from both guests, family and our photographer. We had a ton of people who could not make it so we initially booked them for livestream and videography and added on the photobooth later. They were so professional and the photobooth (which we also used as our guestbook) was the biggest hit of the night! I am so excited to see how our videos come out but we had great complements about the livestream. Super affordable as well which was a huge plus for us. -

I cannot express enough how unbelievably talented and very professional Jade has been… her listening skills and peaceful energy are off the charts! She captures EXACTLY the feeling of every moment and one can feel the emotion behind each photo. Experiences such as weddings are usually difficult to represent, however, she has an eye and heart to show the viewer the feeling of the exact moment in each photo. Our preview shots were as if we were reliving the moments all over again. I know J. Ernest Media is the very best choice for any occasion. -

Jade is an absolute pleasure to work with. She did our engagement photoshoot, bridals and then wedding ceremony and reception videography/photography. She not only went out of her way to meet at different photography locations, but she ended up bringing an extra photographer (a total of 4 for the wedding) and a drone on the wedding day. Her calm, yet strong and bold attributes make her a great photographer that can guide you during photo sessions, or just follow you and capture the natural candid photographs. She was always a text away when I felt concerned about Covid, and I loved her caring personality. -

Jade and her team are nothing short of fabulous! They were prompt (even early), professional, and great from start to finish. The turn around time was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my videos and we got so many compliments as well. I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Houston area.0 -

Everything was great up until after the wedding. Booking was easy, pricing was great, the communication was there and I was hopeful in the outcome of our wedding video. The lack of professionalism and lack of communication really left me feeling worried that my husband and I would not be happy with the video. I would text Jade and not get a response until a week or two after. There was always an excuse as to when we would get our video. 5 months later, we receive it and I could not be any more disappointed. The color is off on most of the outdoor footage and the jump cuts are so fast it almost hurts your eyes to try to focus on each clip. The editing was just simply poor. It looks and feels rushed. After giving my honest feedback, there was just more excuses. We now have to pay someone else to attempt to correct the errors and spend more money on an event that was almost 6 months ago.
Unfortunately, I will not recommend this vendor to anyone moving forward. -

Let’s just say that my daughter wedding was December 3rd 2021. We still have not received everything we paid for I’m so disappointed. These are memories of her special day that we have to piece together. Pictures sent, still no video. Bad communication. Nothing but excuses. We have been very patient and understanding. Trust me I would never recommend this company. Plus the date of event is wrong, also husband name misspelled. All this could have been prevented if communication was utilized.J.Ernest Media LLC's reply:
Hi! Have you sent us an email? We delivered over 700 photos from the full event and have been working on video after a VERY busy 2021. We are editing your full event reel to send over with the highlight video and have shared updates along the way. We are working with all of our couples as we can at a very difficult time for our family. We appreciate your patience and understand the frustrating wait but we are trying our best to give as much as possible. When your wedding events reel is a video over 1 hour long with 4 camera angles, professional audio, and additional dance floor footage, it takes multiple people to go through in addition to your 2+ minute video and more than 700 pictures provided. Thank you for your patience and we are sorry to have disappointed you.
