Could not have done it without them!
Writing this review was one of the hardest I had to write from our wedding. I honestly believe that there are no words to really depict how AMAZING these woman are. I cannot explain how thankful I was to work these two wonderful women! Lauren and Aoife were beyond professional and took their wedding planning duties to the next level.
There are so many little details that go into planning a wedding and a lot of them I was unaware of. Lauren and Aoife made sure that not one detail was spared to make our wedding flawless and memorable.
They had our best interest in mind throughout the wedding planning process, they took stress off of my plate in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and they made sure that there was nothing that I could stress about on the day of the wedding because they literally had thought about it all before hand and already taken care of it!
Lauren and Aoife helped to make sure I enjoyed every second of our wedding. The made my wedding vision come to life with the set up, they packed everything up neatly at the end of the night and even left a note in our hotel room that they put our wedding cake in the fridge so we did not forget it.
Our wedding venue like most came with a planner but the best money I spent on my wedding was not my wedding dress or my venue it was hiring Jack and Grace Events. Most venues have an event coordinator and that event coordinator has the venues best interest in mind. Jack and Grace Events had OUR best interest in mind.

Best decision we ever made !!!
My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Lauren and Aoife !! Once we picked an old factory as our venue we knew we would need help making our dream a reality. Jack and Grace was highly recommended to us from a few different people so we decided to reach out. We were instantly impressed by their quick and thorough response as well as their easy to get along with personalities. We decided to hire them for the full year to help us plan our wedding and I honestly don’t think we could have done it without them. They listened to everything we wanted and took that into consideration when helping us source and pick vendors, come up with design ideas and put together our vision board. When it came time for visits, meetings, and tastings, they were there for all of it giving their expert opinion to make sure we picked the best option for our budget. Having them helped alleviate so much stress and pressure that I hear comes with planning a wedding. After a whole year of planning together our wedding day was absolutely perfect!! My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding without a care in the world. They not only brought our vision to life they made it even better than we imagined. Amazing team xox
Aoife and Lauren of Jack & Grace events were a true pleasure to work with. I decided early on that a day-of planner(s) would be a wise addition to our vendor team, and I could not have been happier with my choice. Although their day-of service begins 8 weeks out from wedding, Lauren and Aoife were a tremendous help from the moment we agreed to work with them. They were very responsive via email to answer questions and offer vendor suggestions. As our big day got closer, Aoife and Lauren became such an integral part of our planning process. Whether it was a conference call, in person meeting, or quick text/email, Aoife and Lauren were always available and kept us on task. My now husband and I had full confidence in their organizational skills and ability to create a perfect wedding day timeline for us. Aoife and Lauren have such warm, calming personalities, and I never had to stress about all the coordination of vendors on the big day. They are extremely detail oriented and did a great job of keeping us on point with all the plans. Furthermore, they were able to understand our vision for the big day and let our personality as a couple shine. The whole wedding weekend from rehearsal to the last song was absolute perfection. I couldn't have done it without them!
Our friends recommended Jack & Grace Events to us who we hired for day of planning, and thank goodness we did! I was really convinced that I could handle everything on my own, but with a DIY venue I was in WAY over my head. Lauren & Aoife were so amazing! They had so many great vendor recommendations and were very helpful in the panning process leading up to the big day. When it came to the day of everything came together better than I could have imagined thanks to them!
At one point in the night the zipper on a bridesmaids dress broke exposing her entire side torso! Lauren and Aoife were in the bridal suite sewing her back into her dress! They are women of many talents :)
If you are considering a planner I would highly recommend Jack & Grace events. They are experienced, responsive, reliable, and genuinely wonderful people to work with. Thank you for making our day so perfect!

My Husband and I booked Aoife + Lauren of 'Jack & Grace Events' to plan our wedding and it was the BEST decision we made aside from saying "I Do"! Not only were Aoife + Lauren an amazing team that helped us in planning every detail leading up to our special day, they were there EVERY step of the way during rehearsals, pre-wedding prep, the big day, and even after! They encompass all the wonderful traits that you are looking for in an event planner and they deserve 5 Stars in all aspects of their professionalism and personalities. I truly mean this when I say that we wouldn't have had the wedding of our dreams without Aoife & Lauren, and are so thankful that the universe aligned in allowing us to meet them. Having their expertise available to determine the timeline, coordinate with all our vendors, and overall perspective on all things wedding related was priceless. I really cannot say enough to express how incredibly indebted my husband and I feel to Aoife and Lauren from Jack & Grace Events. It's nearly a year after our October 2017 wedding (we're quite delayed in writing this review!) and every time we think about our wedding or look at the pictures we have renewed gratitude for all they did to make our wedding day the best day ever.
We decided only a few weeks before our wedding that we needed coordinators because, although we had planned all of the details ourselves and felt comfortable with everything, we began to get nervous that without some coordination help we would not enjoy our wedding as much because we would be too busy directing traffic. We were so relieved when Aoife and Lauren came on board and we knew instantly that their involvement would be a total game-changer. They took all of the details out of our hands in the final lead-up to the wedding, contacted all of our vendors, finalized our day-of schedule, and brought up with us a lot of little questions and details that we hadn't even thought of but which we were then able to care for to help put us in position for as smooth a wedding day as possible.
On the big day, because of Aoife and Lauren, we were able to feel like guests at our own wedding and to be totally present in every moment. We didn't worry about a thing the entire day knowing they had it all under control. Things and people just magically appeared where and when they were supposed to, everything was styled just perfectly, they did some really clever and elegant troubleshooting with our décor, and most importantly they both have such a calming presence and put us and our vendors and families totally at ease. Our only regret is not calling them in sooner but we feel so lucky that we could work with them for the short time we did. When my fiancé and I decided we wanted to have an intimate wedding at our own restaurant in NYC we knew we were going to need help with the day-of-coordination! Through a few recommendations from friends we were put in touch with Jack and Grace Events. After our initial phone consultation we knew we had made the right choice! Aoife asked us all kinds of questions about things we hadn’t even thought of! We had one meeting with Lauren and Aoife before the big day and they both came very prepared with questions and helped us decide on the best schedule and flow for the space. After speaking with us and running though our priorities they eventually created a minute by minute schedule of the whole day which helped to keep everything moving and organized.
Having Lauren and Aoife freed up my husband and I to really enjoy our day. Instead of worrying about the logistics of the wedding or restaurant service we were able to spend time with our friends and family! We never had to worry about when it was time to line everyone up to walk down the aisle, who was getting the champagne ready for the toast, when it was time to cut the cake, etc, because everything was taken care of. There were so many little touches and details they implemented which really made the event. They provided us the peace of mind to sit back and let someone else run things for once, and they magically got everything done without the frenzy that I had envisioned. They were always there overseeing that everything was going smoothly.
Whether it’s a formal affair or a garden party, I think Lauren and Aoife have the skills to orchestrate a wonderful event; they helped us achieve an amazing wedding that our friends and family are still raving about!

Since it was a nontraditional venue, we needed to bring in many different vendors to transform the backyard to a beautiful site for both our ceremony and reception. Lauren and Aoife always listened to our ideas about our aesthetics and our price point before introducing us to vendors that fit our needs, which made the planning process both streamlined and virtually stress free. They were always happy to either meet or hop on a phone call to discuss the to-do list and the timeline, which helped put my mind at ease. During our wedding itself, neither my husband or I worried about any part of the process-- the entire wedding felt effortless, which is a true testament to how great they work together. I am so grateful to have worked with Aoife and Lauren of Jack & Grace events. I cannot express in words how thankful I am for them and how highly I would recommend them to any bride-to-be! They surpassed my expectations and truly created a day that exceeded our wildest dreams. Our wedding day was executed perfectly and that never would not have been remotely possible without their amazing planning skills. Working with them was a dream come true and by far the best decision I made in the entire wedding process. Their services and support in our wedding planning was the best money spent and was worth every penny. They were highly professional and organized and thought of all bases that would need to be covered, even areas that I would never have thought of on my own. They offered so many creative suggestions and ideas for cost savings that were extremely helpful. They took all of my stress away so I could enjoy being a bride. They worked diligently with my vendors to create a wedding day timeline that was followed seamlessly. The day of the wedding they had anticipated all of my needs before I even knew them! Not only were they very attentive to my husband and I, but so many guests came up to me after our wedding to compliment them on how wonderfully they managed the entire day. I found great comfort in the sense of calm and positivity that they provided for me during what is a busy day. When I arrived at the church and saw Aoife that day, she was visibly genuinely excited for me and I felt a huge sense of relief knowing that I was in great hands. I will forever be indebted to Jack & Grace events for their dedication to making sure we had the best day possible, and it was better than we could have imagined. Thanks to the ease and peace of mind that Aoife and Lauren provided to us, I truly feel that we were able to take in every moment and enjoy our day to the fullest. I am so grateful to have worked with Aoife and Lauren of Jack & Grace events. I cannot express in words how thankful I am for them and how highly I would recommend them to any bride-to-be! They surpassed my expectations and truly created a day that exceeded our wildest dreams. Our wedding day was executed perfectly and that never would not have been remotely possible without their amazing planning skills. Working with them was a dream come true and by far the best decision I made in the entire wedding process. Their services and support in our wedding planning was the best money spent and was worth every penny. They were highly professional and organized and thought of all bases that would need to be covered, even areas that I would never have thought of on my own. They offered so many creative suggestions and ideas for cost savings that were extremely helpful. They took all of my stress away so I could enjoy being a bride. They worked diligently with my vendors to create a wedding day timeline that was followed seamlessly. The day of the wedding they had anticipated all of my needs before I even knew them! Not only were they very attentive to my husband and I, but so many guests came up to me after our wedding to compliment them on how wonderfully they managed the entire day. I found great comfort in the sense of calm and positivity that they provided for me during what is a busy day. When I arrived at the church and saw Aoife that day, she was visibly genuinely excited for me and I felt a huge sense of relief knowing that I was in great hands. I will forever be indebted to Jack & Grace events for their dedication to making sure we had the best day possible, and it was better than we could have imagined. Thanks to the ease and peace of mind that Aoife and Lauren provided to us, I truly feel that we were able to take in every moment and enjoy our day to the fullest. We used Jack & Grace’s “Month-Of” planning services, and I can honestly say that I don’t know what we would have done without them! While my mom and I did most of the planning in advance, we definitely underestimated how time-consuming and confusing all of the last minute details would be. Having Aoife and Lauren coordinate all the little details and moving parts was an incredible relief. The full-service that they provide (and just the overall piece-of-mind that everything is covered) was absolutely worth every last penny!
