We were very happy with our experience at Jackie J’s. Our bridal party purchased dresses as well as rented tuxes from here. The staff dedicated their time with helping our bridesmaids pick out their own unique style dress. They treat you with kindness, excitement, and professionalism from start to finish. They have a great reputation for a reason! We would highly recommend! -

She carries a huge variety of dresses, shoes, jewelry, etc in a wide price range. I got my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, shoes, and tuxes from her. Thanks Jackie!! -

User2054386 Sent on 02/28/2015I bought my wedding dress at Jackie J's and absolutely love it! They have a very extensive inventory of lace wedding gowns, which is what I knew I wanted. They have very reasonable prices for quality wedding dresses and I was able to get mine for more than $200 less than I found it anywhere else. Jackie and Penny were wonderful to work with, being very patient and accommodating. The consultant (Robin) I had for my initial appointment, though, has terrible social skills and was not very helpful or friendly. I did not feel like she listened to me but instead was rather overbearing with her personal preferences. She took the fun out of the experience.
I highly recommend buying your wedding dress at Jackie J's, but request to work with Penny or Jackie (or anyone other than Robin) if you want to have an all-around enjoyable experience! -
User881467 Sent on 07/30/2012I have known Jackie for years which is why I went to buy my wedding attire there. Jackie is pleasant to work with. Some of her other employees, not so much. One lady inperticular, dark brown hair with an eye brow ring is EXTREMELY RUDE. She was rude to me, my mom, and some of my bridesmaids. When I was trying on dresses this lady gave me dresses I told her I did not like so I told her I didn't like them. She told me I wasn't leaving the store until I tried them on. I didn't work with her anymore. After having jackie pull some dresses for me I found that one dress. As I awwed at my dress, this lady randomly walking by stops and yells at my mom, "Move Mom, I can't see!" There were numerous other issues with lady being rude to me on the phone, and nasty to some of my bridesmaids. I can't belive Jackie hasn't fired this lady yet. I won't go back to Jackie J's only because of this nasty, rude, lady. She needs to be fired. I could go on with more stories but I will keep this short.

April Sent on 03/11/2014Paid 1500 dollars for my dress. Measured at a size 10 and thats what they ordered. Didn't bother checking that allure runs small so a normal size 10 is an allure 12. Completely disappointed.
