Venue was absolutely beautiful, the waterfront room has floor-to-ceiling windows on three whole walls. We had a private balcony area where the men could enjoy cigars. Incredible sunset views. The staff was extremely attentive and professional. Room was set beautifully and worked well with all of our vendors. The coordinator, Nick, was great to work with, he is extremely quick on communication and helped with everything we needed.

If you're looking for a place that has an awesome staff, delicious food, a beautiful view of Tampa, and great prices, Jackson's Bistro & Sushi Bar is your place. Their private waterfront room was the best place to host my wedding of 45. My husband and I ordered their brunch buffet and it was phenomenal! I wish I went back for seconds, but my husband went back for his fourth. Our guests loved the 180 view of the water and Tampa. We cannot thank the staff enough. Jonna and Nick, the planning coordinators, were quick to respond to our emails. The general manager was very interactive and ensured that everything was going smoothly with our reception. I highly recommend Jackson's Bistro for your reception.

I can't say enough good things about all the staff at Jackson's that made our same sex wedding so special! From Jonna, our wedding coordinator, to Paul who oversaw every detail of the event with perfection - our day was AWESOME! The views from the Waterfront Room were amazing at night. The food and drinks were spectacular! The next day at their Sunday Brunch was to die for! I couldn't have chosen a more perfect location. I highly recommend Jackson's for your wedding & reception!

We had our rehearsal dinner held at Jackson's Bistro and had an amazing experience. Jonna was so nice to work with and helped to create a rehearsal dinner that we will never forget. The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful.

Jackson's offered the perfect venue for our wedding. The waterfront room was the right size for our 60 or so guests and it offered amazing views of the tampa skyline. Rebecca did an outstanding job as the coordinator for the reception and despite the fact that we live in Washington we found it very easy to communicate with her and organize everything. The ceremony outside was amazing; everyone also commented on the excellent food and the mojitos! We would definitely recommend Jackson's Bistro for its great value for what you get.

The night was perfect and beautiful. Rebecca was responsive and very helpful. The night was beyond our expectations.

We hosted a wedding reception in the Waterfront Room at Jackson's Bistro. It was a great decision - the view was spectacular and the guests loved it! We had about 75 people at our wedding and although we were concerned that the dance floor would be too small, it turned out to be just perfect for the size of the crowd. The special event coordinator, Rebecca, was great to work with and the head waiter, Paul, made sure that everything ran smoothly for the entire night. We had a GREAT time and would easily recommend this venue to a friend!

We booked the venue a year in advance. Rebecca, the event coordinator, was always responsive. The ceremony was outside by the water and the reception was in the Waterfront Room. The venues were gorgeous. The serving staff was professional and attentive.

The waterfront room is just beautiful with windows top to bottom lets you view the most amazing sunset.

We fell in love with the Waterfront Room as soon as we saw it. The views of downtown Tampa and the water area amazing. We had a small 50 person reception, and the room was the perfect size. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the view was out of the floor-to-ceiling windows on 3 sides of the room. The outdoor patio space was also a huge hit, since the evening weather was wonderful that night. Working with Rebecca was a breeze, and she was always friendly and timely in responding to my numerous questions. The food and service were impeccable. Paul was our banquet captain and provided tremendous service to us, anticipating all of our needs and wants all night. We couldn't have asked for a better event, and we loved how impressed our guests were with the view, the food and the service.

We had our ceremony and rehearsal dinner at Jacksons. Both were awesome the food was great as well as the service. Rebecca was very helpful and made the process very easy.

Jackson's Bistro was WONDERFUL to work with! As soon as my fiance walked into the Waterfront Room (situated above the restaurant, with all glass walls overlooking the bay), we knew we wanted to have our reception there! Rebecca, Jackson's event coordinator was professional, thorough, and had amazing follow up and attention to detail. We changed things on her constantly, and she just rolled with everything and made the changes we requested. We had a customized brunch menu, we had cupcakes versus a cake, we had mimosa toasts versus champagne, and we were allowed to bring in edible arrangements for our centerpieces. It was a wonderful space - exactly what we wanted - and Rebecca was absolutely fabulous to work with! We would recommend this location to anyone who is holding a smaller, intimate gathering.

The service and attention to the guest was great.

The venue it's self was beautiful, and on the day of the event the banquet servers were amazing. All of the planning leading up to the event was a bit of a struggle, as the coordinator seemed to have a problem paying attention to detail. The experience was more stressful than it needed to be.
