  Exceptional attention to detail

  From the groom: Jamie kept everyone on track and moving during all phases of the wedding and was entirely worth everything we spent on her during the process.
  
  From the bride: We hired Jamie for day of coordination. But she helped all the way along. She put together a comprehensive wedding day timeline that ensured everything went smoothly. She ran our rehearsal the day before the wedding. We had a large bridal party and she was able to keep them moving. On the day of the wedding, she made it very clear any questions should be directed towards her so that I wouldn’t have to worry. Only later did I find out how much work she had done to arrange decor, keep people where they needed to be, and that she even sewed my mother’s button back onto her dress when it came off. Thank you Jamie!

  Insightful and Organized

  I hired Jaime for my daughter’s wedding in June, 2022 (Wedding Day Management Package). She was recommended by the planner I used in a prior wedding who was no longer in the business and had used Jaime for her own wedding. Jaime was very diligent and detail oriented, which allowed us to have productive calls with her. She brought up ideas and issues that we had not thought about and had great suggestions. She ran a terrific rehearsal the day before the wedding, and I think everyone felt more confident about the ceremony. The best part was the actual wedding day! She made sure items needed for the ceremony, greeters, and other areas were set up (and later collected them). She took over small things that I otherwise would have had to deal with.   Seamless and attentive professionalism.

  I would highly recommend Jaime Engebretson of jaimeevents. Our son married his beautiful bride in a small (25 guests) wedding just over two weeks ago. Even though the event was numerically small, the young couple took enormous care with every detail and had a very specific picture of what they wanted. With three months to go before the wedding, they encountered several problems and significant stress. Enter Jaime. From their first meeting, it became clear that Jaime was a listener as well as a doer. She immediately put them at their ease, understood their vision, offered practical solutions to some of the difficulties they were encountering, and suggested many ideas which not only helped logistically, but actually added to the success of the event. She went over and above what they asked of her and did so in a way that made them feel that they were still very much in control of their wedding, but without the stresses and strains they had encountered up to that point. On the wedding day, I was beyond impressed with Jaime's handling of the event. Everything went like clockwork, but in a very unhurried and organic manner. Jaime worked efficiently with the wait staff such that the cocktail hour and dinner moved flawlessly. At no point did anyone present feel things were being rushed or that there was a rigid schedule to which everything had to adhere. The end product was a seamless and beautiful wedding which was everything my son and daughter-in-law had hoped for.

  Best Decision We Made!

  Hiring Jaime was the best decision we made for our wedding! I am an organized person and a good planner, but I quickly learned that planning a wedding is much more than that! Jaime helped us with emails, vendor relations, decor, day-of-timeline, not to mention fielding and answering every question on the day-of. We enjoyed our day worry-free! In addition to her exceptional skills, she is incredibly easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. I truly credit Jaime with making the day turn out exactly how we imagined. I cannot recommend her services enough.

  Partial planning and day-of coordination

  We hired Jaime for her partial planning package, so we could get help with figuring out some of our wedding details and have day-of coordination. It was so helpful to have a resource available throughout the process who knew so much about weddings. Jaime gave us so many hints and tricks that we never would have thought of without her. There were some aspects of wedding planning that my husband and I didn't care much about - for example, table settings/decor - and Jaime was able to work directly with our florist to do a lot of the work on those details. On the day of, she helped coordinate with all the vendors to make sure they had all the info they would need, made sure everyone knew the timeline, etc. She put out fires before we even knew they had happened!

  An outstanding experience working with Jamie again

  I have worked with Jamie before and enjoyed working with her again at the landmark center.
  The entire wedding ran like a well-oiled machine and stayed on time the whole night. We had no issues with timing or any other logistics. She was on point working with all the various vendors, the venue and kept us all well informed about upcoming items in the evening.
  I look forward to the next time that I have the pleasure of working with her again.
  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled event coordinator that is easy to work with.

  Jaime did a fantastic job planning our wedding. We went with the full planning package. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating with the pandemic and our busy schedules. She was so easy to work with and definitely didn't nickel-and-dime our service. Her vision for our decor was great. She has great connections and recommendations for vendors. Her organization and attention to detail were exactly what I wanted (and needed) being super organized myself. She is very direct and to the point, which I appreciated when she helped us with some vendor issues (and she got the vendors straightened out in no time)! Her timelines are fabulous. With her behind-the-scenes help day of, our wedding day was flawless and we were able to enjoy every minute of it!

  As a bridal makeup artist - I work with a lot of wedding and event planners. J’aime Events is absolutely amazing!! From all the little details to timelines to helping couples achieve their vision for their wedding - this is your team and Jaime is your gal! I worked with her recently on a style shoot and was blown away by how organized she was, and how great she was during the shoot! Relaxed... fun and ready to create some magic!! I can not recommend J’aime Events enough!!

  Made my day-of-coordination seamless and worry-free!

  Jaime is great!

  My Wedding Day

  Jaime did everything that I had asked her help with. She was accuarate, professional and on time. I can be a high maintenance lady that is very particular about things, but Jaime could easily handle it. She made my wedding day so much less stressful and I am very happy I hired her.

  Couldn't Have Been Better

  We had our wedding ceremony and reception in April and we could not have done it without J’aime Events. Jaime was kind and equally professional. She helped us during the planning process from the beginning all the way until the very end (even helping with the clean up). We had plenty of ideas of what we wanted our wedding to be and Jaime made it all happen. Upon finding our venue, Jaime helped organize the bigger things while not forgetting the smaller details that we would have never thought of. The wedding itself was absolutely perfect. Jaime was there the whole time working her magic from the sidelines. All of our guests seemed genuinely impressed, too. Our special day was extra special thanks to Jaime and J’aime Events.

  Jaime was a huge help with our wedding. We thought we could do everything ourselves and quickly became overwhelmed with all the details! I found Jaime online, and after our initial meeting we were ready to hire her! She kept me focused with updates, made sure I was making thoughtful choices, and kept me on track with planning! Any questions we had, she had answers and multiple options. She was professional, flexible, and responded quickly, which was super important to us. We loved having her help bring our day together, and would hire her again if we have another event!

  Doggy Social MN had the pleasure of working with J'aime Events recently at The Hutton House and had a pawsome experience! The couple's pup loved her team and they clearly loved their pup! It's so important to us that our couple's pups are treated with the best care and love like the fur-babes they are, which is exactly how J'aime Events treated her! She met up with me quite a few times prior to our wedding date to go over every detail for our big day. She even met us at our venue to help with details and ideas. She has a lot of insight on decorations and was very helpful in sending me ideas when I needed it! I don't know what I would've done without Jaime on rehearsal day... she guided us every step of the way! How/where to stand, when to walk..etc.. On our wedding day I didn't have to worry about a thing, she made sure things were put in check! Made sure the guys were in line !   Originally we weren't thinking of having a wedding planner, but we thought it would be best to lessen the stress of the planning. We are soo happy we went with Jaime. She made sure the day was organized and went well! Jaime was wonderful every step of the way. The full service package was definitely worth it!!

  We had an awesome experience with J’aime Events. Jaime did our Day-of-Coordination and it allowed my mom and dad to just enjoy their night with my wedding guests! They showed up about 30 minutes before the reception started just to check in and help with final set up, and Jaime had everything ready to go! She kept me on schedule when I was socializing to make sure I saved time for a few things I really wanted to do (cake cutting with photos & golden hour photos outside). She even got me a glass of wine right when I walked in the door to the reception! As a type A planner, it was a little hard for me to just hand over all of my hard work and planning for the biggest event of my life so far, but I was completely confident that Jaime would handle it better than I could that day, and she really did! We will definitely be booking with her for a future event (my sister’s wedding) and will refer her to friends and family because her organization just made everything run so smoothly and allowed us to just enjoy the day!
