After my bridal trial I decided I was not happy with the hairstyle I had picked and wanted something that had more volume. I called Got Beauty and asked to schedule another trial to ensure I was happy with my hair, I spoke with a manager and had another appointment scheduled with Jamie. I wasn't upset at all, I just said I changed my mind and I wanted to explore another hairstyle.
Jamie then sent me a lengthy email saying how upset she was that I didn't personally contact her and that I shouldn't have gone through a manager. I found this to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional that I should receive an angry email for just wanting to make sure I loved my hair on my wedding day. This email made me feel so uncomfortable that I looked for a new hairstylist the week of my wedding but of course couldn't find one. This whole incident made my trial redo and wedding day styling so awkward!
Overall Jamie did do a good job but I wish she would have told me to achieve the look I wanted that I need to add some extra hair. I didn't feel that she really matched the pictures I showed her and I had to keep asking for "texas hair" so that my head wouldn't look flat in all of my photos.
My last complaint about Jamie is that she does not keep track of time, for both my engagement pictures and for my wedding she went overtime giving me about 20 minutes to get dressed before my car service arrived. I had my hair done for my bridals (after my wedding) and I chose not to go back to Jamie again.
