Janel has been our photographer for a few years now and she has grown with us! She did our proposal, engagement and now our wedding! When you choose Janel as your photographer your choosing a friend every time. Someone who wants what’s best for you, who looks for your best angles and someone who is so creative in her art. She is one in a million. I can’t recommend her enough for any event but especially one as special as a wedding. From her details shot to her ceremony shots, they were all a dream come true. We love Janel and her work and will continue to use and recommend her to family -

We have nothing but positive things to say about Janel! From the moment we met her via our first zoom call, we knew we didn't want anyone but Janel to capture our wedding day. Her energy is unmatched and she has the purest soul. You can tell she genuinely cares for all of her couples, and their wedding day means as much to her as it does to them. We liked her so much we even paid to do mini shoot with her outside of our engagement and wedding package. We had two photographers with our package, so Stephano shot our wedding along side of Janel (they are also engaged, whoohoo!). My husband, was raving about Stephano! Not just about the footage he captured, but his attentiveness towards him. Stephano helped to calm his nerves and get him in the right mindset going into the first look. Janel doubles as a photographer and hype woman! She makes being in front of the camera so easy and comfortable. She provided her professional opinion when asked, and never hesitated to offer help on our wedding day. The creative vision she has is incredible, and her ability to capture candid photos is art. We can't thank Janel Herranz Photography enough for being a part of our wedding day and going above and beyond for us. Not only did we come out of the wedding with great photos, but great friends. - The Johnson's -

Do it! Book this amazing lady!
OMG PLEASE BOOK HER! Janel is the most amazing photographer, of course you can see that. What more amazing is this beautiful soul's personality and emotional connections she brings! Since i first saw her Instagram to out first conversation she has been an awesome person, but now she is apart of my family forever! Never did i think she would be one of the best people in my life, i want to have her around for everything. The ultimate hype girl! She takes beautiful candids, can photograph multi racial couples and not have a complete change to either person. Im whiter than white and my husband is dark indian gentlemen. She makes everything look so natural, not posed which is exactly what I wanted. My husband isn't into photos, he looks like a FREAKING MODEL!
Book her please, she is worth every penny! Having her as my new friend has been worth the stress of wedding planning! -

Janel went above and beyond to make sure she meet all all my visions and dreams!! She was well organized arrived early and picked had locations already mapped out with imagines on her phone as demos for poses. We requested to include our 3 children into our engagment shoot and she was more than willing to work with our accommodations!!! She kept us all laughing and the kids attention intake!! Even managed to capture some natural fun family moments.. It was a truly amazing experience and I can not wait to see the magic she works agaom for our wedding day! I would highly recommend Janel to any one in need of any type of pictures! -

From the first second Janel was beyond kind and professional. Booking with her was so easy! She responded so quickly to every single one of my million emails and was so kind throughout the entire process! When we got to the shoot she made my fiancé and I feel completely comfortable. She was willing to do any poses we wanted but also gave us amazing direction and input to create the most flawless poses. She made the shoot beyond fun with music and her energy was so upbeat and positive! This is not even to mention her absolutely incredible talent. Every single photo was STUNNING she captured our love, our personalities, and our happiness. She made such an important moment even more perfect by capturing it with such beauty. She is so kind and we would give her a glowing recommendation to anyone who asked! We cannot thank her enough for being so absolutely wonderful!!!! -

Amazing engagement shoot with an amazing photographer!
We had a wonderful experience with Janel during our engagement shoot. My husband and I were clueless about how to pose and go about the shoot, but Janel had an entire plan for us. Janel was incredibly professional and prepared for our session by visiting the location early in order to find the right spots and the photo shoot went just as we hoped. The photos were beautiful and Janel did a great job editing them. We had a great experience and loved our photos. We will definitely return to Janel for future photo shoots and recommend her to all! -

Could not be happier!
Janel was wonderful to work with! She is super responsive and flexible and was able to fit me into her schedule during the week so I could get my save the dates out on time. Thank you so much for that! I was drawn to her photography because the couples looked natural and not posed at all. I have never taken professional photos and was nervous I was going to look awkward or uncomfortable. I was blown away when she sent over the photos! She was able to capture our fun, romantic, and sweet sides and it was so difficult to narrow them down! I am in LOVE with our engagement photos and will definitely be using Janel again! If you want to look like a Pinterest couple, choose Janel! -

Janel was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us to pick a beautiful location for our engagement shoot and truly went above and beyond trying to get amazing photos from unique angles. She was not afraid to get in the mud or get dirty, literally, to get a great shot. We loved her editing style and are ecstatic with the final result. Would definitely recommend her for future shoots. -

So many good things to say about Janel! She is so fair on price and personalizes packages for those who are having smaller weddings like us. She will literally pose you if you don’t know what to do like my fiancé and I haha our engagement pictures came out better than I could have even imagined. She gave us ALL of our pictures back and let US pick the ones we liked best for her to edit which is awesome because most photographers won’t do that. She is so unbelievably sweet! She actually had a package delivered a few days ago with a hand written card and personalized goodies she had gotten made for us! Like really?! 😭❤️ I can’t wait for the wedding, I already know she’s going to blow us away again with her pictures! -
