  Excellent wedding photographer!

  I worked with Janet for my engagement photos and wedding and I am so pleased that I did. My husband and I are both a little camera-shy but Janet helped put us at ease during our engagement session and by the time our wedding came around we were both very comfortable. Janet also happens to have a great personality and sense of humor which was an excellent bonus and led to many genuine smiles in our engagement and wedding portraits. During the planning process, Janet was amazing with communication and very organized. Using the worksheet she sent me we were able to plan all of our photo groupings ahead of time and she and her assistant made sure that they got photos of every pairing I requested. She also scoped out every location before the shoots and already had many ideas in mind. Janet and her assistant, Lisa, made sure to get photos of each and every guest at the wedding which was a delightful surprise when we got our photos back. I also am so happy with how they were able to capture the feeling of the day. Overall, I am very pleased with Janet's work and am so glad we chose to work with her. I would highly recommend Janet Moscarello Photography to anyone getting married in the Rhode Island area.

  Beautiful Wedding Photos

  Janet was our wedding photographer and both my wife and I loved her! She took the time to really understand what was important to us and even provided some suggestions of her own. I could not be more happy with the experience… incredible work

  Stunnng Photos

  Janet photographed our small wedding in July 2021 in Downtown Providence. We planned our wedding relatively quickly, so we put out a large batch of inquiries and feel very lucky that we were referred to her by an unavailable photographer.
  
  Throughout the entire process (from booking to getting our photos back), she made us feel like we were her top priority. Janet was responsive and helpful via email leading up to our wedding date. She location scouted for us a couple of weeks out to recommend great spots for portraits and visited our venue. Day of, she had a calming presence, which helped us feel comfortable being photographed. This really paid off since we look like our authentic selves in our photos. She also managed to blend in to our very small group and had a great eye to naturally capture the moment. Janet turned around a sneak peek blog post within 48hrs and the final photos within a month. When we look through the photos, we are able to relive the day.
  
  Most importantly, we love our photos and enjoyed working with her. We are very happy with our decision to hire Janet to photograph our wedding.

  Janet beautifully captured our wedding day.We were nervous about being photographed throughout our wedding, but Janet quickly helped us feel at ease. She was responsive to our requests, needs, and concerns and was easy and fun to work with. When we received our photos, we were beyond thrilled. The images are truly stunning.   Janet was EVERYTHING we were looking for in a wedding photographer and more (we interviewed MANY photographers). First and most importantly, her photography skills and the quality of her work are incredible. She has a eye for capturing beautiful portraits as well as in the moment photographs. Secondly, she is extremely professional. Always early, great response time, and truly cared about what we wanted to create for our wedding day. Thirdly on the day of the wedding she was extremely easy to work with and be around which is very important. You are around your photographer the whole day so it is important they are fun and easy to work with (which Janet is 100%). Janet captured our day perfectly and without us feeling like she was even there. We were blown away by the photos we received. Last, but not least, Janet became a friend to us through this whole process. We really missed her after our wedding was over!! This just shows you the quality of a photographer and the quality she is as a person. We feel so lucky to have found Janet and cannot thank her enough for all she did. Seriously the best!

  We booked Janet for our wedding at Wachusett Mountain Ski Area in June 2015. We booked Janet with a 2nd shooter for 10 hours day the day of the wedding, we did a 1st look and family photos before the ceremony and and we asked her to stay for the majority of the reception.
  
  I would highly recommend Janet. We love our photos. She is a master of her craft.
  
  She was an absolute pleasure to work with, so professional, prompt and a very clear communicator through the process our planning our wedding. We trusted her throughout and she provided great guidance in planning our first look and details to make the day go smoothly.
  
  Janet arrived early the day of the wedding. She got every detail shot (and I requested a lot of little details to capture). Janet was with us every step of the day and was calm and professional and we were so happy we chose her.
  
  She over delivered in terms of the number of photos provided and the quality of the photos is excellent, we simply LOVE them! The photos all came out absolutely beautiful, better than we ever could have expected. She caught every emotion of the day and we will cherish them for years to come. When delivering the photos, it was clear a lot of time and effort was spent on delivering the photos to us. We are so happy, no regrets at all.

  Janet was an absolute pleasure to be around on my most favorite day! Not only was she charming and professional, but when we got our photos from her, we were instantly transported back to that magical day, and looked even more lovely and sublime than we remembered! LOVE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER!

  Janet is the BEST!!! She was super cool and relaxed, got our vibe right away. She knew how to disappear and make herself invisible without sacrificing getting the shots, but also knows how to step forward and take charge if necessary (like when orchestrating group shots), yet without being too assertive or domineering in any way. And that's just her personality! Her photographs are absolutely stunning-- she manages to strike a phenomenal balance between several genres of style. Her pictures are simultaneously classic and edgy, traditional and artsy, subtle and energetic. Looking back through our wedding album, the photos manage to please both my husband and my mom, my best friend and my grandpa. Full of light and life, they are visually stunning, but also Janet doesn't neglect to consider logistical demands such as making sure to get a shot of your Great Aunt Millie. We couldn't be happier with our wedding pix, they are the perfect record. I am so glad we went with Janet, I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you Janet!!
