  Look no further! Jaray and his team of beauty artists are by far the most talented and so much fun to work with!
  
  My wife, mother, and I are so happy with our wedding day dos. Jai styled our hair exactly how we had in mind. I have tight curls and he knew exactly how to handle them. My wife wanted volume, she got volume! And my mami was so happy with her blowout.
  
  In addition to knowing how to make you feel beautiful, Jai was super calm and patient with the wedding day chaos that was all around us.

  Amazing Wedding Hair & Makeup

  Jaray and his amazing team of stylists, Ebony, & Corinne- were the glam team for my outdoor wedding in beautiful Colorado. They were true professionals that went above and beyond to help the bride and bridal party feel absolutely gorgeous. They were all attentive, caring, genuine, and had tremendous technical skills. It is so refreshing to meet a professional team that is passionate about their work. I offer the highest recommendation for this company- 10/10 service!!!!

  Magic on my Wedding Day!

  Jaray and the MySlayteam was absolutely amazing!! I could have not ask for anything better! The energy they brought to my getting ready time with my bridesmaids and my mom was absolutely amazing! Each girl was done up to complement their outfit and personality and skin tone (which was an important factor as we were a very diverse group), and they all looked absolutely stunning! For me as the bride, he outdid himself. I absolutely loveeeeeed the look he did for me, I was dolled up and fully glam but I was still myself ❤️❤️ It was magical and I’m so glad I found Jaray and mySlay team! They made all my bridal dreams come true and totally helped me with setting up a right timeline and with last minute changes I had in the bridal party number! I will definitely look for another opportunity to work with them and get my makeup done because it was that amazing of an experience!

  Bridal shoot

  Jaray and Lindsey were amazing! They listened to what I wanted and everything came out amazing! My hair was exactly what I wanted and Jaray walked me through everything he was doing. My makeup came out natural and flawless ❤️

  I Loved my hair and makeup on my wedding day!

  Used Jaray For The Slay for my own hair and makeup ( as the bride) and for my entire wedding party. They did an AMAZING job and had such a great energy while we were all getting ready. Recommend 100%!!!

  Book Jaray NOW! I have worked with Jaray many times and knew I wanted him to slay me for my wedding. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and Jaray was nothing but professional and worked with me whole way! He is a dream to work with and brings his amazing energy with him! Not only did he slay me and my gals but drove in a WHOLE SNOW STORM! He drove 1+ hours to get to me and I am forever thankful. He is beyond talented and listens to what you want! I will never go to anyone else for my glam 🥰

  The best in the business

  When I got engaged, after my initial reaction, my first thought was I wanted Jaray D Banks to do my make-up. I am a television professional and have worked with countless make-up artists. When it came down to my big day, I knew that Jaray would be the best to do my glam and I was right.
  
  Jaray D Banks is a multi-faceted and talented make-up artist and professional. He gave me the glamourous look I wanted. Now, as the bride of course everyone told me how beautiful I looked so we can't go on that but he also did my wedding party and there were so many comments about how great they looked. The wedding party was also so happy with the slay Jaray provided. One member of my party even remarked "I trust Jaray with my life". I couldn't have agreed with her more.
  
  Jaray is so easy to work with and great at putting together schedules. I also liked that he brought lipsticks for sale so our touch-ups were flawless. Jaray was in attendance as a guest at my wedding but he still took the time to do touch-ups for me. He went above and beyond to make me happy.
  
  I have known Jaray D Banks for years and I will always go to him for all my glam needs.

  We were slayed!

  Myself and my bridal squad were slayed for the gods and then some for my wedding in September 2021! Our makeup artist was Brea and she was fun, attentive, and flexible since we booked her last minute. We all had a blast while getting our makeup done!

To this day I always call on “My Slay Team” when ever I have a photo shoot or speaking engagement. The services Jaray does are so special because he organizes all the details and they show up to not only make you look beautiful, but they also make you FEEL beautiful!

  Really Disrespectful Experience

  I booked a trial for my wedding with hair and makeup with Jaray and team weeks ago. My trial was booked for tomorrow morning and realized I didn’t have the address for the trial yet (also not great he never disclosed this at booking.)I reached out to him to ask for this information. He goes on to tell me he had already booked a wedding on the day of my wedding so my trial is cancelled and he could not do my hair and makeup for my wedding. Im not sure if he would have ever let me know if I hadn’t reached out. Now im without a hair and makeup vendor for my wedding that’s 3 months away. I understand that vendors get booked…But his lack of professionalism in never letting me know (until I reached out less than 24 hours before my trial) made my jaw drop. I cannot believe how unprofessional and disrespectful this was. Beware to brides as he is not dependable and probably won’t let you know if he’s cancelled your trial.

  We are so sorry that you misunderstood the booking process and miscommunication.
  Unfortunately, without a deposit and contract held any wedding date OR trial inquired upon may result into a cancellation OR replacement of artist.
  Your wedding date was never cancelled, but we DID attempt to reschedule with another artist because the owner became booked with another wedding that paid in full with a signed contract.
  Not only did you not book through wedding wire OR the knot, you reached out via messenger/ Facebook groups. Upon confirmation and trying to reach out to your to confirm your wedding trial services SEVERAL times, when we did not receive a emailed response and our team moved forward with solidifying another brides date.
  Despite your experience, My Slay Team is proud to say we have NEVER left a bride high and dry for her wedding day!
  In fact, we were ready to send TWO additional artists to help for your wedding day and reschedule your TRIAL.
  We are once again very sorry that your experience seems to be one big miscommunication, but we hope that the truth will allow other clients to know that My Slay Team always puts their best foot forward to help our clients Slay there day!
