Where do I even begin? My husband and I got married this past weekend at Bon Appetit restaurant in Dunedin, FL. It was the most perfect day of my life. Everything went off without a hitch and we have Jasmine to thank for that!!! We truly feel like we not only received a 6 star experience but also gained a new friend! We received compliments all night regarding her professionalism and bright attitude!! I already have a ton of beautiful pictures. Her turn around time has been incredible. She even rode home with us and snapped some pictures of us popping champagne in our room. She truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Thank you so much Jasmine from the bottom of our hearts, I can’t say it enough. We love you! -

Whew! Okay so first off, Jasmine is the sweetest, most personable photographer I have ever worked with (and i’ve worked with a lot). She actually became a friend and I am so happy to have chosen her for my wedding photographer. One of the most important and exciting days of our life, she delivered to the max. I can’t believe she captured what she captured and had such little light and time to work with. Her photos will literally give you goosebumps. She did our engagement photos also, and my boudoir, and wow. I have found a photographer for LIFE. Thanks Jas! Freakin Love you! -

I cannot say enough how incredibly amazing Jasmine Baetzel is! She has such an eye for the perfect photo and lighting...we were all blown away! She was so fun to work with and helped us to capture the most amazing moments,, without looking too posed. I love, love, love her style! So many wedding photos are a little too ethereal for my liking. Jasmine is so gifted in capturing of film bold contrasts in lighting and color. I am obsessed with her work, and she is worth 10 times what she charges. I so hope to have an opportunity to work with her again. Until then, I will shamelessly promote her to everyone I know! -

Jasmine is a wonderful person and photographer -- she is so fun, but maintains professionalism. We were planning our wedding from out of state, and before booking vendors, we wanted to meet with them. Jasmine was flexible and offered to FaceTime with us, so we could get to know her. She sent us a link to her portfolio, and the photos were beautiful.
She surpassed our expectations and gave us a range of photos, some had a dark look to them (which reflected the rainy day we had!), but she also provided us photos with a radiance, which made it seem like it was a beautifully sunny day. She also took a creative twist on the dance floor photographs which we adored! She truly captured the fun and energy in that moment. Jasmine also took photographs of unexpected moments, which we cherish.
Jasmine was flexible throughout the day even when we wanted to try to take photos with almost every guest, she moved quickly and helped keep us from getting caught up with one guest for too long, which we were grateful for! Jasmine continued to be as responsive after the wedding, which was especially appreciated. We highly recommend Jasmine for her professionalism, creativity, and aura of joy. -

We had a absolute blast working with Jasmine. While both my husband and I have numerous photographers in our families once we seen Jasmines on her page we both just insisted on hiring her. She was exceptional to work with and the photos we have seen so far were amazing. ALL of our guest have talked about how great she was and how it seemed like she was able to catch every moment. She is outstanding and was a HUGE piece to making us have such a special day. -

Beautiful Wedding Pictures!
We recently got married in Miami and hired Jasmine after seeing her vivid colored photographs on her website. She went above and beyond our expectations! She sent us some sneak peak pictures from the wedding a few days after the wedding and they are gorgeous. We havent gotten them all back yet, but I know they will be amazing based on what she sent us. Jasmine is really experienced photographer who is worth the money. I highly recommend her for your wedding : ) -

I am SO glad we hired Jasmine for our wedding! She was easy to talk with on the phone in advance and even offered to pick up coffee on her way to the venue. She was very helpful with giving the bridal party and family suggestions on how to stand and what to do with hands and correcting posture so that all the pictures look great. She has a great eye for photography and lighting and couldn't be happier with her. -

I picked Jasmine to do our photography for our wedding because I wanted a photographer to capture the emotion and do more than just portraits. To say she just did that would not be enough. We got our wedding photos back yesterday and the wait was absolutely worth it.
I do not like posing for pictures and she made everything so seamless and easy. She knew just what to do, the time frame she had for sunset and they just turned out so beautiful. The energy radiating off of the photos was so intense and beautiful like something I'd never felt before. She was so much fun to work with and exceeded any & all expectations we had. There are no words to describe how happy and overjoyed I am with our photos. She made sure she got everyone! Especially the kids (which to me was the best part about the reception). If you're looking for someone to capture the energy, raw emotion and give you beautiful portraits, she is the one! Anyone can take a portrait these days, but it takes a special kind of talent to capture emotion and energy. Thank you Jasmine for your hard work. -

We booked Jasmine in November of 2018 for our wedding. One year later and every time I look at our wedding photos I fall in love all over again! Jasmine was so sweet, professional, and patient! She was very responsive to emails, answering all my questions promptly. Despite my husband and I having no idea what to do with ourselves, Jasmine eased all our doubts and worries, and was able to capture amazing portraits that I could stare at forever. And with her documentary-style approach, she was also able to capture stunning candids from the ceremony and reception that we will treasure forever. If you are still in search of a wedding photographer for your big day, look no further! Jasmine will give you memories through photography that will last a lifetime!!! -

Unprofessional, immature, tainted memories of my wedding day
Before the wedding, Jasmine Baetzel herself stated and emailed me about the importance of having a second photographer given the size of our guest list. She assured me that another photographer would be present to capture all the significant moments, and I trusted her professional expertise.
Unfortunately, on the day of the wedding, I was deeply disappointed to discover that a second photographer was not present. Because of her oversight, I was cheated out of beautiful memories that could have been treasured for a lifetime.
Jasmine Baetzel failed to deliver on her promises and was ill-prepared to handle the demands of my wedding. She was unable to direct the amount of people who were in my wedding party. She had also previously asked for a list of “musts” and she did not capture all of those either and later told me she didn’t have enough time!!! The first time I met her for my engagement shoot I thought she was so sweet and professional, but that was apparently only for when two people are being photographed.
To add insult to injury, Jasmine later admitted her mistake through a series of emails, promising to reimburse me for the lack of the second photographer. Yet, despite these assurances, it has been a YEAR, and I still have not received any refund.
I texted her last week ONCE…tried to follow up today and she blocked my phone number!! How a business owner think that is appropriate is beyond me.
To anyone considering hiring Jasmine Baetzel (I Dream of Weddings), I strongly advise against it. My experience highlights a lack of professionalism and reliability that is simply unacceptable for such an important occasion. She has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
This entire experience has tainted my memories of our wedding day, and I sincerely hope that other clients do not have to face similar disappointments. -

I booked I Dream of Weddings 14 months prior to my wedding. Eight short weeks before the big day Jasmine emailed me and cancelled saying she was double-booked. I booked with her! Total poor planning on her part. When I asked for our deposit back she told me she didn't have the full deposit and would have to make payments!! Again, poor planning. Highly recommend not using this vendor!I Dream of Weddings's reply:
Hi Heather,
I apologize for your experience, I can’t imagine what it must be like to scramble and find a new photographer 2 months before your wedding day. This is why I reached out to you on multiple occasions to help find a replacement photographer, offered to do your portraits the day after your wedding and contacted you 3 times asking how you would like to receive your deposit refund. Instead, you decided to leave me a review slandering me with exaggerated lies. Fortunately, as a vendor I am able to dispute reviews that are untrue and was able to prove your previous review wrong. Unfortunately, WeddingWire/The Knot does not protect their vendors from clients who feel the need to destroy a vendors reputation based on an unfortunate event out of my hands, in which I tried to fix to the best of my power.
Your double booking was not a result of poor planning, it was was the outcome of a bad contract company with a glitch in their iPhone app - which I no longer use.
