AMAZING experieane
We LOVED having JAYLIM as a part of our wedding. I had loved their look and style of photos and videos for a long time on social media. They did not disappoint! Jay and his team were so kind, professional and enjoyable to work with. They provided great client support in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding answering all our questions and getting to know our wishes for the perfect day.
Jay was able to help our day run perfectly and took the most AMAZING photos. He captured all the special and most memorable moments from our day. The pictures and video are incredible! -

Ruined Photos
I was really excited to work with Jaylim prior to my wedding since I loved their light and airy photos. Unfortunately a huge chunk of my EDITED photos, including walking down the aisle. have a huge flash in the background and are extremely bright. I asked Jaylim to photoshop the flash out and without any effort on their end all they did was crop the photo, completely zooming in on them. They look horrible. I raised this issue to them multiple times without any type of resolution. Instead, all they did was blame the darkness in the venue itself. I have plenty of friends that got married outdoors at night that did not have this issue -it was clearly... -

We could not be happier with our wedding photos from October 2021. Our wedding was rescheduled several times due to the pandemic and JayLim was flexible throughout the whole process. We were referred to JayLim through a friend of mine; her wedding photos were stunning so we knew we couldn't go wrong with JayLim. Hannah and Dan, our photographers, made us feel very comfortable on our wedding day - they were patient, professional, and were so easy to work with. We wanted to capture the joy of the day and have our photos feel like us. They absolutely delivered! You can't go wrong with JayLim. We are so excited to select our photos for our wedding album! -

Loved their work!!
We worked with Hannah. She did our engagement shoot and from the moment we met her she was super sweet and knew what she was doing. The wedding she was great. We had 2 photographers and 2 videographers. We haven't gotten our pictures from the wedding yet except 4 or 5 as teasers. They were beautiful so I know our wedding pictures will be beyond beautiful!! -

I am beyond thrilled we decided to use JayLim for our wedding! Their service was unmatched during the entire process. They were so communicative, very responsive, and wanted to make sure that I was as stress free as possible! (Which was amazing!)
Kevin and Danny, our photographers, were simply amazing. They were so patient, calm, professional, and accommodating. When my mom wanted a few extra pictures they didn’t even blink an eye and said yes!! When i needed an extra minute or two, or needed to take a break, Kevin was always there to help me. That meant a lot to all of us.
JayLim was such a pleasure to work with - during postponements and everything... -

Patient, Kind, & Unreal Results
Jay, Tina, and the entire JayLim team were absolutely incredible. They worked with us throughout the entire process of rescheduling our wedding day nearly 4 times and were so accommodating along the way. Every photo we received captures us perfectly and our engagement shots are the same. Jay was the best photographer we could've asked for. He was patient, kind to everyone, smiling the whole day, never pushy, yet kept on schedule, he knew ALL my bridesmaids names within seconds, and quickly committed family member names to memory as well. I couldn't count the amount of times I looked at my groom on our wedding day and said "I love them" referring to our photographer Kevin and cinematographer Matt; the amazing team that JAYlim had sent to our micro-wedding this February. They were both so great at lightening the mood and encouraging my husband & I while taking endless shots together and with our families.
