  Jasmine planned my friend's 30th birthday party and it was A-MA-ZING!! She literally thought of everything!! She found an awesome venue, caterer, DJ and even photo booth for the event. Everyone was super impressed!. She pulled off a super entertaining and elegant event on a tight budget. If you want a stress free experience that exceed all of your expectations Call Jasmine!!

  Great Wedding Coordinator

  Jasmine was the day-of coordinator for my wedding of 175 guests. She was prepared, professional, and calm. She created a timeline for the wedding party and all the vendors, facilitated the rehearsal, went back and forth from the venue to the hotel to make sure things were running smoothly, helped attach the boutonnieres, cued the music and processional, and helped gather our gifts and personal items from the tables at the end of the wedding. She relayed messages to/from me and the other vendors. We had 3 guests show up who forgot to RSVP, and Jasmine helped figure out where to seat them based on people who got sick and canceled at the last minute. In the end everything worked out. We were so grateful for Jasmine's help in making our special day run smoothly.

  Wonderful!

  Jazzy’s was great and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my big day! She was accommodating and supplied everything for the centerpieces! Jasmine was also great about setting up all the DIY décor that I brought to the venue. So glad I went with her for the day-of coordinating!

  Unbelievable Experience

  Jasmine and her team made our June wedding amazing. Jasmine is so well organized, before after and during the event. I did not have to worry about one thing, I knew she had everything handled. I could not have done it without her and her team!

  An epic evening

  Working with Jasmine was a very easy experience. I told her what we were looking to do and our budget and she made it happen. I had a vision of what I wanted and even when she wasn't sure how it would look she tried and succeeded in giving us what we wanted. I loved working with someone that was open to suggestions, even though they are the planner. Our event was an outdoor evening dance. The theme was fairytales, so we wanted everything to look whimsical. Jasmine added so many delicate touches to our decor that it all tied together magically. She was very communicative leading up to the day of event and notified me whenever there was a change that needed to be made. On the day of the event she and her staff had everything ready to go on time and it turned out better than even we expected.
  
  This dance is held every year and it was by far one of the best that many of the attendees had ever been too! We thank Jasmine many times over!

  You’re amazing!

  I am so incredibly happy I found Jasmine! I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her! She was so accommodating and did everything she could to make sure my day went smooth. At the end of the night I was in tears over how amazing my day was and a lot of that was because of how amazing she was throughout the day! Thank you for everything!!!

  Would highly recommend!

  Jasmine was a great day of coordinator for my husband and my wedding on August 17, 2019. She did everything that we asked of her. We added a significant amount of decorations that we wanted to include at our reception, which we showed Jasmine the day before and she did a spectacular job of incorporating this request into the look of the reception venue without any hesitation or complaints. An added bonus was Jasmine's rates were very reasonable for the high quality of service that she offered.
  
  Jasmine was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process, especially when dealing with vendors. I know a lot of people asked my fiancé (at the time) and I why we wanted to spend money on a day of coordinator when we could have just had family and friends help, however, I am so happy that we made this decision to have Jasmine be our day of wedding coordinator.
  
  I honestly sometimes have a hard time trusting other people and letting go because I can be somewhat of a perfectionist at times and want things done in a very specific way. Well to be honest, Jasmine was amazing and having her there made the day run much more smoothly while my (now husband), :) myself and my family just got to relax and enjoy the day rather than worrying about yet ANOTHER to do list.
  
  Just remember future brides just DON’T FORGET to include everything you want on your to do lists for your coordinator. That list that Jasmine asks for helped exponentially so for the most part my husband I did not forget all the things we wanted or were important to us on the day of our wedding.
  
  The most important thing I have to say about Jasmine is you can tell she is passionate about planning your wedding and will go above and beyond to make sure your special day turns out amazing!

  Jasmine nothing short of a stellar job with our wedding! From the start, she was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Everything from where to start looking, things to look for in venues, and budgeting to decorations and day of coordination. She was very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. The best part was that we were able to enjoy our wedding because Jasmine took care of all of the day of details and coordination! Several of our other wedding vendors commented to us after the wedding on how easy Jasmine was to work with.

  Took great care of my wedding day!

  Jasmine and Samantha were wonderful. They were responsive ahead of the wedding and knew what questions to ask us ahead of time so that we could enjoy our big day while they made sure all the details were taking care of.

I'm very detail oriented so it's very difficult for me to give control to someone else but I trusted Jasmine with the details of our day and I didn't regret it for one moment. Everything went well and she handled issues without me even being aware that they had occurred. I'd recommend her for any bride and groom who want things done just right!!!!!

  If anyone is looking for a coordinator, stop now because search is over: you found Jasmine. I reached out to Jasmine after I incorrectly assumed that I could handle my wedding day on my own by coordinating with family. After making our timeline, I realized it was impossible and began searching for a day of coordinator 6 days before our wedding. Jasmine promptly returned a frantic voicemail on Sunday evening while she was still at the Chicago Bears game. This alone exhibits Jasmines commitment to her clients.
  
  Jasmine was a forward thinker. She anticipated any situation well in advance of it occurring. Her organization and communication skills made our wedding day seamless. Jasmine was professional and so reliable that I was comfortable relinquishing all "control" over our wedding day (which is something difficult for a Type-A personality).
  
  But the most important point is we hired Jasmine on Monday for a wedding that following Saturday; Jasmine only had 4 days to prepare for our event. Jasmine is so intelligent and organized that within just a few days she was completely prepared for the event and only had minimal questions. As a bride, this was a life saver. Brides, you will be shocked how many questions you receive on your wedding day. Fortunately, we had Jasmine to not only answer but also anticipate every potential question. Jasmine truly made our wedding so special, allowed us to breathe a sign of relief and enjoy every second of our wedding weekend.

  The baby shower for your first born child is a huge deal, and I'm so happy that Jazzy's Event Planning was our planner for such a special moment in our lives. From the decor, to the food, to the party games, Jazzy's Event Planning did a phenomenal job and made our day so special.   Jazzy's Event Planning was a life saver for me. Being the mother of the groom and stationed overseas, it was extremely hard to plan the reception luncheon that my son and future daughter in law deserved. I felt guilty not being there to plan the reception, but I knew I wanted my first child getting married to have a special rehearsal luncheon. I contacted Jazzy's Event Planning and the owner assured me I didn't need to stress that they would take care of everything. Although I was thousands of miles away, I was always involved, even to the point of video chatting so I could see some of the ideas she had. When I arrived at the rehearsal everything was done (no stress) and everyone had a great time. Jasmine and her staff were professional, friendly and understanding of my situation. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Jazzy's Event Planning.

  Jazzy's event planning did a wonderful job decorating and coordinating my bridal shower! I explained that my wedding theme was "Simply Elegant" and she really made the venue reflect that! Also, I love shower games, and she planned several that I absolutely loved. Thanks Jazzy!!!!

  Jasmine planned my Cubs themed baby shower. It was everything I hoped for and more! The decorations were so adorable and well thought out. She came to my house a few weeks before the event to go over everything I wanted, and made sure all the details were taken care of. The day of the shower I literally did nothing while she and her crew set up and transformed my house. It was very stress free knowing things were in her hands. She even helped put food away and cleaned up after the shower was over. Her services were top notch and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner.

  As a vendor, I have had the opportunity to work with many different event coordinators. Jasmine was professional and organized making my set up a breeze. She contacted me multiple times in the weeks leading up to the wedding to see if I needed anything, and was at the venue helping me the entire time I was setting up. She even went above and beyond to help bandage my hand when I cut myself. The wedding went off without a hitch, and I hope I get the chance to work with Jasmine again!!
