  The team was ultra-responsive, extremely professional and just very warm and helpful during the process. They went above and beyond to ensure we understood expectations, had the information and reporting needed to track wedding guest status and handled every accordingly with the hotel we selected. We got an amazing rate for a luxury hotel for our out of town guests, which just made the stressful process simpler for us. Look no further if you’re on the hunt for help!!

  Super easy to work with!!

  Shannon and her team were AMAZING! We used them to secure another wedding block for our wedding in April and they made the process easy and seamless. They sent a room report, negotiated directly with the hotel for us and sent us weekly room reports. Truly they were amazing, and I would highly recommend, they made the room block process so painless and made sure we were not on the hook for anything that I have had friends that directly negotiated with hotels get stuck with. You will be in great hands with JC Room Blocks!!

  Thank you JC Room Blocks!

  JC Room Blocks made our destination so easy! We hosted our wedding on a very busy weekend in Charleston, and they were extremely flexible and easy to work with despite the craziness. They were always responsive, sent regular updates to us, and were very understanding as our guest quantity significantly decreased from what we had predicted. We cannot recommend them enough!

  Very responsive and great value

  JC Room Blocks helped us get three hotel room blocks for our wedding guests. Their staff were very responsive throughout the process, answered all our questions, and negotiated on our behalf to get room block rates for our guests, additional rooms when a block filled up, and kept us updated about which guests booked at which hotels which was really helpful for us to plan. We also were able to get an upgraded suite for us at the room block price, which we used as our getting ready space before the wedding. Highly recommend!

  Catherine is so thorough and incredibly helpful to the hotel block process! She made it so easy for us - even recommending a hotel in the area that we hadn't heard of and ended up booking! She even helped us get a contact for the hotel to help us out with our welcome drinks the night before our day. She was a dream to work with!

  Jenny Hill and Shannon Riggs of JC Room Blocks made the entire process of coordinating and keeping track of room blocks ridiculously easy. We were planning a destination wedding during peak wedding season and they helped us navigate the craziness. They provided us with several options in our area across different budgets, and sent us a cheat sheet for each hotel clearly outlining cost, policies, bonus offerings, minimum stays etc. Once we made our selection, they coordinated directly with the hotel to secure the block and gave us all the information we needed to include on our invitations for our guests. Leading up to the wedding, they sent us regular emails keeping us updated on how many spots were left on each of our room blocks and the guests who had booked at each. The process could not have been easier and the communication was always consistent and clear. Honestly, at $50 it was the best value for money decision we made for our wedding. We strongly recommend that you use JC Room Blocks to give yourself the peace of mind that your guest accommodations are handled!

  Incredible work from JC Room Blocks

  I worked with Jenny and Catherine for months to create a wonderful and seamless experience for my guests with my hotel block in Redondo Beach. After I spoke with the hotel directly, I didn't get the same service or selection until JC Room Blocks got involved and I'm so happy they did. They helped every single step of the way, between special requests, and clarifications and the ability to add on additional rooms after our contract was signed, I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. If you think you don't need help with room blocks, think again. There's literally no risk to hiring them, and you won't be disappointed!

  JC Room Blocks was so helpful in our destination wedding planning! They did everything for us regarding finding hotel blocks and communication with each hotel! They even found us a last min block when our other blocks filled! Working with them made that portion of the wedding planning a breeze and I am so thankful for the team's responsiveness throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!

  JC Room Blocks took so much off our plate as we prepared for our wedding day! With nearly 200 out-of-town guests invited, we knew we needed some help to ensure they all had a great, convenient place to stay. After an initial phone call where we chatted through our needs, the team sent us a hotel comparison report to help us narrow down the local hotel choices for our guests. From there, they facilitated hotel contracts, wrote up the hotel booking directions for our guests, and responded promptly to emails addressing any booking issues. As the wedding day got closer, the team checked in with us bi-weekly to update us on the status of our room blocks and the number and names of reservations, which helped greatly with determining the number of welcome bags needed. So many small details build up the closer you get to your wedding day, but with JC Room Blocks, I was able to worry about one less thing. And the guests loved their hotel!

  Best Wedding Decision

  Working with JC Room Blocks was a dream. It was truly the best decision we could have made for a large wedding. They did all of the work for us including extensive research based on our individual needs as well as communicating with hotels. They handled issues we had with the hotel (which were minor) and truly took the stress off. I highly recommend them!! Professional, personable, and helpful!!

  The best decision in helping find a hotel block that fit our needs.

  We initially didn't think about getting a room block service until it was recommended by our wedding planner and from the first interaction we had, they have been an absolute joy to work with. We we guided through a lot of the points we had to consider and they were helpful in bringing up things we should be looking out for that we would have never considered. We never had any problems and they kept us updated with the booking status of our guests. If you need to find a place for your group, we more that highly recommend JC Room Blocks.
