  Highly recommended by us!

  We honestly didn’t know where to start when it came to staging our September wedding, but Tori and Jefferson Rentals make our reception dreams come true! We reserved a huge tent with drape (liner?), lighting, pole wraps (drapes?), bistro lights/chandeliers, and the cherry rose dance floor. We also rented beautiful solid wood farm tables, the perfect gold chiavari chairs, fans, a bar, the Corkscrew wet/dry inflatable slide, and a luxury restroom trailer. Friends said the bathroom was so nice they drank more so they could use it again, haha! Oh, and we got a light tower for the parking area. Tori was knowledgeable about what size tent and restroom we’d need for our guest count, as well as how many tables and chairs we should plan on, and what add-ons would fit the vibe. She created a layout so we could see exactly how everything would be placed. Initially I said ‘no thanks’ to the wrapped poles, drape, and white lights but I am SO GLAD she changed my mind. It took our event (and the photos!) to the next level. Delivery, setup, and pickup could not have gone more smoothly. We found the pricing affordable, and the quality of all items was top notch. I’ll continue recommend Jefferson Rentals to anyone needing wedding or other event rentals!

  Jefferson rentals makes it easy.

  We had never done anything like this before. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very professional. They helped us rent everything we needed and were flexible about changes. They kept us informed about steps and timing. Altogether, this was a wonderful way to celebrate my daughter’s wedding.

  They were the best.

  We hired them for my wedding the weekend before Halloween. They were super efficient and friendly. I could not get over how nice and easy they made the experience with me. I could not have asked for a better experience.

  They make it so easy!

  Jefferson Rentals was AMAZING to work with. We had a backyard wedding so our need for them was great and they exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish their professionalism and responsiveness was excellent and we are so happy we used them!

  Great rentals

  Although Jefferson Rentals might not be the cheapest place to grab rentals, they were worth it with how responsive they were, how they worked with changes, getting set up and tear down down to a science, and even making an extra trip for a few extra things. Everything worked well and we had a great event.

  Every Detail Covered!

  I called Jefferson Rentals asking if they could make a wedding venue out of a hayfield. I had no idea how I was going to pull this wedding off for my son and his fiancé. They walked me thru every possible detail that I would need....High Peak Tent, Liner (my choice), Caterer Tent, Cocktail Tent, Sidewalls in case of rain and/or wind, fans, bistro lights, chandeliers, luxury bathrooms, wine barrel bar, tables, Crossback chairs with seat pads for the reception, Sweetheart Table,, cocktail tables, ceremony chairs, linens, a dance floor and and generators! They came through big time and gave me assurances every step of the way. They came out and did a site survey which totally put my mind at ease. The set-up took about 4 -6 hours and they arrived early and on-time. The tear down was lightening fast and our property looked as though we'd never had an event there. I would absolutely use them again. Thanks to everyone at Jefferson Rentals! They truly work as a team and put the customer's needs first.

They guided us through the process of renting a tent, tables, chairs, linens, a dance floor, lighting/sound equipment, and a toilet trailer. Everything was in great shape and every representative I spoke to including the set up crew was so responsive and sweet. If you need a team to support you for a large outdoor event, these are your people!

  Jefferson rentals was amazing. from the inhouse personnel that assisted us with setting up the reservations to the crew that came to the house to set up the tent and chairs and lighting of the tent. Everyone was courteous, prompt, professional and efficient. We had to add tent sides and heater at the last minute and they were there for us on the day of the event. When there was a small issue with the bathrooms, they were on it and even gave a gift card after the fact. Weddings are stressful to plan. Jefferson Rentals made that part of the planning less stressful. Thank you for helping to make our daughters wedding day special. Brent and Jean Andrews

  Beautiful Backdrop

  We rented a pallet wall to use as the backdrop for our ceremony, not really sure how it would turn out. Scott and the team were so responsive and helpful, confirming a few days before the wedding and providing an accurate delivery time. The wall itself was very sturdy and anchored into the ground (installed by Jefferson). It looked even better in photos than we could have predicted.

  So in love with cross back chairs. Many compliments about!

  Awesome Experience

  Nikki was wonderful to work with. She must have revised our quote about 25 times until we finally made the deposit, but she never seemed to get frustrated with us, and she worked with us each and every revision to make sure we were satisfied.

  Jefferson Rentals was one of our vendors for our wedding. We rented crossback chairs (absolutely gorgeous), a dance floor, glass chargers, cocktail tables, and linens. Chelsea was AMAZING to work with and very accomodating! Pretty close to the wedding day, our guest list increased by 20%, and even though they ran out of chairs, they were able to get more chairs in order to meet my new guest count. They also have a great office that you can visit in-person to see all the rentals before you make a decision. (Many rental companies in the DC area require an appointment weeks in advance). We are located in Northern Virginia, and Jefferson Rentals is significantly cheaper than the vendors in the DC area.

  Jefferson Rentals was the absolute best! Nikki and her team were so patient with my constant changing/adding/subtracting of rental equipment, even two weeks before the big day. Payment was a breeze and the setup/delivery was on time and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone!

Nikki was incredibly helpful with my ever-changing guest count and was always willing to provide new invoices when requested. The team who delivered our rentals were incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. The value was great! Would highly recommend.

Oddly, few places had such a thing, and the ones I found in the D.C. area quoted prices that were not even in the realm of possibility. Then, I found Jefferson Rental, which had fabulous prices and a friendly, helpful crew. We added on a few other items, including a lovely carafe for a cider station for arriving guests. We were given flexible pick up and return times and made the drive ourselves (they offer delivery). Though Jefferson Rental is in West Virginia, it’s a reasonable drive from the D.C. area and the price and service make it very worthwhile.

  Jefferson Rental is the best rental company in town! They were so willing to help and answer any and all questions I had regarding rentals for my wedding. They went above and beyond my expectations and made my wedding day perfect!
  
  When an issue did arise on Saturday morning (the day of my wedding) with the speaker we rented they sent someone immediately to our ceremony (which was an hour away) to solve the issue. They did not hesitate and were determined to keep my day going perfect!
  
  I highly recommend Jefferson Rental to anyone who is planning a party or wedding. I promise you won't be let down!!!!

  Dave wants hands-down our best vendor from our entire wedding. From day one with working with him and his team, they were always quick to respond and efficient. He was more than just our rental vendor. He helped us with the layout and plan of the entire event. He understood our needs and helped us with our vision. He also prevented issues that we would not have otherwise thought about. He was always friendly and professional and I am going to miss working with him.

  This review is for Dave primarily! Dave in the office at Jefferson Rentals is awesome. He is very responsive via phone and email. He works very hard to ensure customer's happiness with the service and quality of rented items. Anytime during my planning process [that took about 6 months] that I needed help with the planning of rental items or to change something in the contract, Dave helped me big time. We had one small problem here or there but that was no fault of Dave's and understandable when there is such a huge rental order such as my own. Thank you Dave and Jefferson Rentals. I really appreciate all you did to help me out.

  I highly recommend Jefferson Rentals for wedding day rentals. I rented table linens, tables, chairs, a tent, tent lighting, tent fans, and bistro lighting. They were very efficient and organized throughout the whole process, and recommended items to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything. They were very communicative when installing the tent, and were very timely with delivery. They hung bistro lighting on the outside of the tent for added ambiance, and it was such a fantastic idea! So beautiful. Jefferson rentals did an excellent job, and I cannot recommend them enough.
