  Our photos from Jenn Marie left me in awe. She captured our day in such a unique and artistic way. Every moment, form the small to the big, was captured in a very authentic light. She knows how to loosen up the camera shy, improvise and use the scenery around you and keep the day moving while never making you feel pressured. Because she's so personable and really takes the time to get to know you, you will walk away with a collection of images unique to you - not the same old shots you see on Pinterest. Jenn receives my absolute highest recommendation as a photographer and a person.

  We were on a tight budget and Jenn worked with us to find a way to get our dream photos within ours. Jenn was extremely professional, easy to work with, and got great shots that we would have never thought of. SO happy that she was there to capture our special day. We were hoping to walk away with a few good photos, and we have HUNDREDS of great shots. Jenn also promptly sent all of the full size digital files for us- unprecedented! Thanks so much, Jenn!!!

  Loved Jenn Marie! She was totally responsive on everything, anytime we had questions. She took the most beautiful pictures and was even at the event early and made sure we were ok with her leaving when her time was up. She also got us our pictures to us only two weeks after our wedding and even recommended places to print out prints.

  Jenn does amazing work! She goes above and beyond for the bride, groom, and family. Her professionalism and kind hearted spirit shows through her work. We felt like she captured every moment possible of our big day! We would recommend her to anyone in search of an amazing photographer!

  My husband and I are so happy with Jenn Marie Photography, and we HIGHLY recommend her to anybody in the Muskegon/Grand Haven area who wants an artistic and fun wedding photographer! She traveled all the way to Ann Arbor for our complimentary engagement session because we really wanted to get our photos done at our collegiate alma mate, and we loved the results we got from that shoot. Our wedding photos themselves are absolutely perfect as well! Jenn Marie is easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and she is very speedy in getting the photos edited. She is also really good at making everybody feel really comfortable during the photo shoots. :)

  Jenn Marie Photography is great to work with. She traveled from Michigan to Illinois to shoot our engagement and wedding pictures. She is super flexible, extremely fun to work with and lets her customers be their unique selves! AWESOME!!!!

  I LOVE Jen! She is SO flexible and SO creative. Funny story, this summer she did my wedding and 2 of my close friends back to back weekends all over Michigan. She's done several other friends weddings and baby pictures in the past. I highly recommend the photo booth you can have set up as well. HUGE hit.

  We were very pleased with Jenn Marie Photography. She understood our style and the look we were going for. She was always very easy to get in touch with and flexible. I really liked how fun and energetic she was on the day of our wedding. She was always on time. She made the day very easy and special. Also, she really knows Grand Haven and the best spots to take pictures. She makes the best use of the interesting architecture throughout the city. We were both very happy with all of her work.   JennMarie and Dean photographed BOTH of our childrens' wedding, within three months of each other, one in Grand Rapids and the other in Ann Arbor.   Jenn Marie's pictures were beautiful. We've gotten so many compliments and had an incredibly difficult time choosing. She was wonderful to work with the day of the wedding and caught all of the moments that I would have hoped.

  Our wedding experience with Jenn Marie Photography was disappointing and we will not recommend her to anyone in the future. Her pictures are beautiful, and we came away with some great shots of the two of us. But the difficulties we experienced throughout the process were just too much of a headache.
  
  The day of the wedding, Jenn Marie and her assistant spent time photographing each other at our beautiful lighthouse location. These personal pictures were included on the USB’s of our wedding photos. When it came time to take family pictures, Jenn Marie seemed impatient. She had not printed off the shot list I had sent to her in advance, so proceeded to ask me multiple times if she had taken all of the pictures I had requested. Ladies let me tell you, our wedding was pretty laid back, but my head had so many things going through it that day it was definitely not capable of answering that question. They then proceeded to leave the reception an hour early, after I couldn’t think of any more specific pictures I wanted to be taken.
  
  It took Jenn Marie two months to process the majority of our photo order. One photo album never arrived. It took us a total of five months, and much pleading, to receive that album. During this time, Jenn Marie stopped responding to emails, Facebook messages, and actually hung up on me when I tried calling her to talk about the missing album. After I left a voicemail telling her how disappointed we were, she apologized by text message, saying she hadn’t ordered another album because she couldn’t afford it, but that she would ASAP.
  
  Throughout the entire experience, I felt that Jenn Marie lacked the professionalism I would have expected from an experienced wedding photographer. She takes beautiful pictures, but I personally would have much preferred the seamless professionalism of an expert. We will not be taking advantage of the free, annual photo sessions for life that she offers for her wedding clients.
