Best Decision We Ever Made
From day one, Jenni made us feel comfortable, and we instantly formed a connection. We had inclement weather, and Jenni helped everything run smoothly and made me feel calm even though we had to push our ceremony time a little due to rain. She helped me conceptualize every detail to make sure everything ran smoothly. I loved working with her and her assistant, who left us a special surprise in our Polaroid guest book. Hire Jenni if you want to capture your special day and have every detail run as planned. We loved having Jenni as our coordinator for our most special day. The Best Planner Ever!
Jenni was the best! We hired Jenni as a Month-of Coordinator, but then quickly increased our package to the Partial Planning Package. As soon as we were contracted, she customized an online client portal for us which managed everything wedding from our budget, guests list, RSVPs, design photos, a big checklist, floor plan, timeline, and many other things. She was so knowledgeable and made our planning process stress-free. She responded to all of emails quickly and was always available to help us when needed. Her ideas and suggestions complimented my vision and helped tie everything together. She was well-prepared when we walked into our one-month walkthrough at the venue and had our floor plan already designed and so many notes ready for the caterer and the venue representative. And then on our wedding weekend, she wowed everyone. The rehearsal was so well led and the whole wedding party was very relaxed knowing what to expect. Then, on our wedding day, Jenni delivered all our decor to the venue, set everything up, coordinated all of our vendors, led us for the ceremony, welcomed all our guests, cleaned and packed everything up, and stayed until everyone left. Many of our guests said how impressed they were with Jenni and her assistants. I know our wedding day and the planning for it was so relaxed and enjoyable because of all the attention she gave us in the months leading up to our wedding and that weekend itself. Professional Expert
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenni for our school fundraising gala. We hired her about 6 weeks out when we knew were not able to off the gala without a professional's help. Jenni came in and got to work right away to create an incredibly memorable event. She exhibited exemplary communication skills throughout the process. Her responsiveness, clarity, and effectiveness provided us (a bunch of volunteers from the school) an stress-free experience. Her organizational approach and commitment to a timeline ensured a seamless execution. She actually had relationships with our vendors (hired prior to hiring her) and she was able to leverage those relationships to negotiate on our behalf.
What really set Jenni apart is her approach to creating a guest experience. She brought a fresh perspective and creative ideas (that were budget friendly) to make our event have a curated feel. Guests left "wowed", and the event surpassed expectations (and fundraising!!). We also had a couple of unforeseen challenges that she was instrumental in solving.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Jenni. Her dedication, creativity, and professionalism made the event a success. We could NOT have done it without her. I am not just saying that. All of us kept saying "imagine if we hadn't hired Jenni". I look forward to the opportunity to work with Jenni again!

Supportive and Flexible
Jenni was great to work with! We did the partial planning package with her and it was perfect. Leading up to the wedding, she made sure I got what I wanted, within the price and I wanted which meant a lot. You could tell she wasn’t taking on a wedding just to “build her portfolio”, but rather she was taking it on because she truly cares and desires for people to have the best day of their lives. I got married in late October at Spruce Mountain Ranch and in the weeks leading up to the wedding, it looked like it was going to be a beautiful 56° and sunny which is a beautiful fall day in Colorado. But then we hit the week leading up to it and the forecast for the wedding day dropped to 38° with snow! And the temperature just KEPT dropping. Jenni was so quick to act and communicate with our venue on new setups and timeline. It was extremely impressive and I felt very cared for. She even had some fun surprises set up for me and my new husband!
I would strongly recommend hiring Jenni to coordinate your wedding. I don’t think you’ll find someone who cares about you more.Jenni was great to work with! Invaluable experience led to a flawless day!
We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for our daughter's wedding. Jennifer was immensely helpful throughout the entirety of the planning process. Jennifer was able to deal with a unique experience as my daughter's finance is in the army and was stationed out of state throughout the planning process. Jennifer was able to coordinate virtually or via phone calls every detail of the wedding with us. She made herself available to not only myself but my daughter and her now-husband via phone or email at anytime if there we had questions or needed clarifications. Jennifer led a comprehensive wedding rehearsal where all in the wedding party knew exactly what would happen on the day of the wedding. Our son has autism and he told me that, although he was nervous for his role in the wedding, he understood what he needed to do thanks to Jennifer's direction. We were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful day due to her invaluable input and coordination. Jennifer's many years of experience coordinating and planning weddings was evident, as it all went like clockwork! Jennifer was the coordinator for our wedding and was extremely helpful and detail-oriented. She walked us through the scenarios and listened to what was most important to us. One of the things I appreciated the most was how she paid attention to our special guests. Jennifer asked us everyone’s names and relationships prior to the rehearsal day. She made sure to make everyone feel welcome and included. However, I feel her strongest quality and what was most appreciated, was her attention to my emotions. Jennifer did a great job knowing exactly what I needed the day of the wedding. I was stressed with family members, but I never had to deal with them because she kept me in a room and handled all the questions and kept them at a reasonable distance. I was able to focus on my special day without interruptions. It was also appreciated because she took the heat so no one would be upset with me.

Jenni is Genuine & Kickass
Hired Jenni to work with me on my June 2024 wedding, my husband was deployed up until the month before the wedding and I truly felt overwhelmed planning the wedding on my own. Jenni came through for me with a wealth of knowledge on any question I had or issue that arose. If she didn't have the answer on hand, she would make every effort to find the answer for me, to include thoroughly reading through the contracts I shared with her, and even reaching out to vendors on my behalf. She especially proved that when our dog died suddenly before the wedding and we needed a break from wedding planning to grieve.
Come the wedding day she was all business, and took care of everything! The reception tables really were the cherry on top for working with Jenni! They were immaculate! I am grateful to have worked with Jenni to make our day complete and beautiful!Hired Jenni to work with me on my June 2024 wedding, my husband was deployed up until the month before the wedding and I truly felt overwhelmed planning the wedding on my own. Jenni came through for me with a wealth of knowledge on any question I had or issue that arose. If she didn't have the answer on hand, she would make every effort to find the answer for me, to include thoroughly reading through the contracts I shared with her, and even reaching out to vendors on my behalf. She especially proved that when our dog died suddenly before the wedding and we needed a break from wedding planning to grieve.
Come the wedding day she was all business, and took care of everything! The reception tables really were the cherry on top for working with Jenni! They were immaculate! I am grateful to have worked with Jenni to make our day complete and beautiful! -
