  A Must for a Stress-Free Wedding Day

  I don’t have enough words to express my appreciation for Jennifer and her team. Jennifer helped recommend vendors, schedule meetings with them, and kept everything running smoothly the day of my wedding. There was so much going on but I didnt have to worry about a single thing and it was the best day of our lives largely due to all of their help. I can’t recommend Jennifer Tolento Events enough

  Say yes to this wedding planner!

  Jennifer is incredible! From the moment my husband and I first spoke with Jennifer, we knew she was the one to help us plan our very special day! Jennifer listened to our wishes and vision and took the time to get to know us individually and as a couple. Jennifer tirelessly worked to help us find the perfect venue and used her skills and ability to connect with others to help us match with the right vendors. From start to finish- Jennifer made the wedding planning experience an extremely pleasant one. I am amazed at her ability to handle any and all situations. I will also note that planning a wedding while working a demanding career is no easy feat, yet Jennifer somehow managed to consistently work with our schedules and help keep us in line at all times (which is something that was so important to us). Jennifer’s team is also unmatched. You can always tell a team is happy when working with a good leader- which is true for Jennifer’s team and reflects heavily on the day! Jennifer and team, we cannot thank you enough for all you have done and for truly making our experience and wedding more than we could have ever imagined!   The real deal!

  Choosing to work with a planer was a great idea, choosing to work with Jennifer was an even better one! She swooped in and took so much stress off me during the planning process and even more so on the day-of. From start to finish Jennifer was there to offer guidance, make suggestions, answer any questions I had (and trust me I had a bunch). She made sure to communicate with all of my vendors as well as routinely communicate with me through our scheduled check-in meetings, which helped me stay on track. She helped me plan, and execute, the wedding of my dreams. I am so grateful for her and her expertise. I will recommend to everyone. Thank you SO much Jennifer, you are the best of the best.

  Amazing wedding planner!

  We hired Jen for her full planning package offering, and she did not disappoint! From day 1, Jen listened to everything we wanted for our dream wedding and helped to make it all come true. With the full package, Jen provided recommendations for all of our vendors, handled communication and setting up meetings with the vendors, organized a planning timeline to make sure we were on track with all of the steps along the way, and set up design brainstorming meetings to ensure we made the vision come to life! Jen was responsive to all of my emails, questions, etc. We set up recurring check-ins to discuss the latest tasks / planning needs. On the day of, Jen and her team were amazing - they made sure I had nothing to worry about by coordinating with all vendors to ensure they had everything they needed to set up and be on time. There was an issue with the shuttle on the day of the wedding and Jen handled it with ease. I would 100% recommend Jen to all future brides and couldn't say enough great things about her!!

  Best money I’ve ever spent!

  I was able to have the most calm day and really be present because of Jennifer and her team! I would advise every Bride to budget for their own day of coordinator! Thank you for making my big day so special and allowing me peace of mind!

  Jennifer turns dreams into reality

  We went to some venues & were not really satisfied with how you have the exact same wedding as every person married at their venue, boring. Instead we decided to have an outdoor estate wedding. We met with a few planners and then when it came to Jennifer, we knew she was the one. She's kind, genuine, easy to work with and most importantly, knows how to handle the tough times. Jennifer works with incredible vendors and every vendor we decided upon was actually one of the options recommended by her. We had backup plans for anything that could go wrong when hosting an outdoor wedding on our property. And gave us the confidence that no matter what, it was going to be perfect. OUR WEDDING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I cannot recommend Jennifer Tolento Events enough.

  Absolutely the best decision we ever made!

  Jennifer was absolutely amazing at guiding us through the last bits and piece of our wedding planning, I was super overwhelmed 6 months before the wedding. From the very first phone call with Jennifer we felt so relieved that we had some extra help with the details.
  
  Now for the day of the wedding alone, having Jennifer and her crew there to help us keep the day going smooth it was absolutely amazing! Nothing ever goes perfect, but she made it perfect! Someone at the venue couldn’t find something, I tell Jennifer not even 5 minutes goes by and she comes up to tell me she found it and it’s all taken care of, two of the girls dresses broke before I even realized it, they were fixed, my dress needed a little extra pinning for the reception, done! It was absolutely amazing to have Jennifer and her two assistance help us keep our day stress free and enjoyable!

  Oh my goodness. Without Jennifer and her team- my wedding would have been SO chaotic! I was married at a place where we had to bring a lot into the facility and bring In outside vendors so it was a lot!

Not only are they very professional, friendly and fun, they have EVERYTHING you will need for the day of, are so organized, communicative, and if any hiccups happened, I had no idea! I am telling you, RUNNNNN to book with Jenn!!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Jennifer Tolento Events!

  Jennifer and her assistants were nothing slight of PERFECT. I was a 1/2 DIY bride. She made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it; to a T. Jennifer made the whole wedding planning process and day of a breeze. As a new mom and working fulltime RN, Jennifer have me tasks every few weeks (3 months prior to my wedding) to make sure everything was all set for the day of. She even came to my rehearsal to keep all of us on task and make sure my wedding day would go off without a hitch. I can not recommend Jennifer and her team enough!

  Worth Every Penny

  Hiring Jenn was one of the smartest decisions I made when wedding planning. I hired Jenn after already booking vendors, so I was looking for someone to help with the back end of planning and day-of coordination. Jenn was always quick to respond to emails, no matter how trivial of a question I had. She is insanely organized and did a fantastic job of communicating with all the vendors leading up the wedding. On the day of, Jenn and her assistants were so helpful in keeping everything on track. I initially considered not hiring a coordinator because our venue came with one and I’m a generally organized person. But I didn’t realize how important it was to have help on the wedding day *before* you get to the venue! Bottom line, Jenn made wedding planning WAY less stressful and for that, I think she was invaluable.

  Seamless wedding coordination!

  Jennifer and her team handled our month-of/day-of coordination and they all did a phenomenal job of ensuring the day went off without a hitch from the big picture items to the little details. Jennifer put together a comprehensive day-of schedule to keep us and our vendors on track throughout the entire day. This took all the stress off us and ensured that me and my husband, the bridal party, and our family were "guests at our own wedding" without having to worry about organizing people and resolving any issues. Jennifer and her assistants, Kyli and Robin, put us all at ease and were a joy to be with throughout the day! They were so attentive, kind, and professional, and made sure all of our needs were met. I highly recommend Jennifer Tolento Events for wedding coordination and planning! It was worth every penny!

  Jennifer was my wedding planner.

  Jennifer was super helpful for an entire year leading up to our wedding. She found every vendor, set up zoom calls for interviews, helped with all logistics to plan to make the day run smoothly, provided recommendations and tips to get the most bang for our buck, and was amazing the final weeks with keeping us organized and ready for the big day.

  Jennifer and her team were phenomenal

  We booked the "Full Wedding Planning" service from Jennifer and her team. This ended up being a decision we were extremely satisfied with. Jennifer helped put together a wonderful team at our event which EVERY piece was a la carte. She kept us on pace as our wedding approached and offered assistance at every step. Of course there are always unplanned minor expenses but she also made recommendations based on our budget and helped keep it as close as possible to our initial price point. Jennifer and her team were absolute rock stars on the day of the event. The day went perfectly according to plan (as far as we know lol) and we never had a worry, which made it so much easier to enjoy it. We are so happy that we chose them to help plan our wedding!

An absolute professional and down to earth; Jennifer knows her stuff and will make sure your vision comes to life. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more - absolutely magical! Thank so much Jennifer, you and your assistants (Kylie & Jess) were all incredible.

  Couldn’t have asked for more!

  Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for better wedding planners. I bought a partial planning and decor package and my only regret is not getting the full planning package. They made my life so much easier and stress free through my whole wedding planning process and the day of. On my wedding day Kylie was like my fairy god mother. 100% recommend them!

  Jennifer was a true pleasure to work with, there was a huge load that was taken off for the days leading up to my wedding and ESPECIALLY the day of. I would assume a bride would be overwhelmed and anxious on her day but I could say I was the most calmest bride ever. Jennifer and her team really made my day extra special and less stressful. Everything I thought of or before I even requested something it was done. You will not be disappointed! Book Now !!

  Worth every penny!

  I hired Jennifer to assist me in planning our post wedding outdoor brunch. I ended up also using her and her team for my day of wedding coordinator. They were absolutely incredible. She had so many amazing ideas for our brunch - a beautiful drink truck, musicians, a balloon / greenery wall for photographs, amazing food vendor recommendations, tent, tables chairs etc. She handled it all and was on site for all of the deliveries such as the tent which came four days before our event.
  For our wedding coorindation, she was unbelievable and worked hand in hand with our other vendors, such as the photographer and all of our transportation. We truly did not have to worry about a thing because Jennifer and her team handled absolutely everything. It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer and my only regret is that I didn't start working with her earlier in my wedding planning process. I recommend her wholeheartedly She is worth every penny!

  AMAZING Wedding Planner

  AMAZING!! Jennifer was a life saver! In January of 2021 my now husband and I decided to switch from our original venue to an outdoor venue that would be more suitable to meet any COVID restrictions that may still be in place come summertime for our July wedding. We had to completely start over with only 6 months to plan and decided to look for a wedding planner. We interviewed a few but immediately knew that Jennifer was the BEST! She knew what she was talking about, listened to our situation and our needs and worked so hard to accommodate us. We got a sense that we could trust her to plan our dream wedding with us right from the very first phone call. She completely knocked it out of the park! Jennifer has so many wonderful contacts for vendors and she coordinated meetings with vendors that she knew would be a great fit for us. Jennifer is by your side in those meetings to make sure to ask the questions we may forget and to keep track of all the details and contract agreements. We chose to work with Falco’s catering, Flowerful Events, Dash of Class Platinum, and Ocean Tents and Rentals. These vendors were not only perfect at what they do but worked so well with us in the planning process and the day of. Jennifer found our wedding venue, Tatum Park, and I know for a fact we would never have found the park if it wasn’t for her. It wasn’t a traditional venue and we had to bring in everything ourselves (i.e tables, chairs, table clothes, plates, bar, alcohol, etc.) which made us nervous at first, but Jennifer assured us she’s done it many times before and knows exactly how to help us execute our vision. Jennifer really takes care of you during the planning process to makes sure you are getting what you want. But what really blew me away was how incredible she was on the day of! She coordinated the entire day and let me tell you it was flawless! From the start of the morning at the hotel to the very last song, Jennifer is busting her butt to make your day run perfectly. She created the timeline and made sure everything ran according to plan. She was always there to help when my bustle came out and for a lipstick touch up. Her two assistants, Sam and Kylie were so sweet and helpful too! I couldn’t imagine doing this wedding process without Jennifer by our side. I couldn’t recommend her services more! We wouldn’t have had our dream fairytale wedding without her!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

  Definitely hire Jennifer & her team!

  One of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process was hiring a day of wedding coordinator. I hadn't actually considered hiring a day of/month of coordinator until my photographer recommended we do so.
  
  When I started looking into coordinators, Jennifer stood out to me because she was extremely responsive and personable. Once I booked Jennifer- she continued to be responsive to all of the questions I had AND kept me organized. My husband and I were also in the process of purchasing and moving into a house the month of our wedding and I cannot emphasize how helpful it was to work with Jennifer to stay on top of all of the little details.
  
  The day of the wedding, Jennifer and her team arrived on time and brought a great energy. You don't realize how many things happen the morning of your wedding. To have someone there to manage all of those stressful details made our wedding day so much more enjoyable. My wedding party could not stop raving about how amazing Jennifer and her team were. They did more things than I even know!! There were four of them and they were at all locations, including our wedding hotel in between the ceremony and reception to ensure everyone got on the shuttle as they should. They were there with us while taking photos and cleaning off the train of my dress, fixing my hair, and making sure we got through our shot list. And of course they were at the church and the reception hall making sure all details were in place and that we were where we needed to be on time. They were helpful with the big things and the little things. For example, my foot for caught in the hanger loop in my dress and the team was right there and ready to cut me out!

  Absolutely incredible!

  Jen is the BEST at what she does and hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire process. We knew we wanted help planning our wedding, but we didn't know how much we would thank ourselves down the road for getting that help. Jen was amazing every step of the way! She introduced us to incredible vendors, helped us with discounts, put together our vision and made it all come together on our special day. We love her so much and recommend her and her team!

  Jennifer Delivered!!!

  From the very beginning, Jennifer reassured me that my dream would become a reality. We even changed our wedding venue a couple months after the planning process began, and Jennifer was so quick to find us an even better venue that really was perfect for what my now husband and I wanted. I feel as if I developed a friendship with Jennifer that surpassed her being my wedding planner. Jennifer is so down to earth, and no task if too great for her!   Jennifer Tolento and team stepped in last minute and completely saved us when our original wedding coordinator canceled due to COVID and our wedding plans/location completely changing.
