Jenny Flora Photography was recommended to us from another photographer and ended up being a great fit! She was very responsive with emails, and helped us find the perfect mix of "light and airy" photos with the scenery we had hoped for! Highly recommend! -

Wonderful Wedding Photographer
Jenny is an absolute gem! We are so happy we found her to photograph our modern beach wedding at The Wave in Long Branch, NJ. Jenny has an amazing eye and took advantage of all the beautiful aspects of the venue allowing for a great variety of photos. And a good mix of candid and posed shots. It was so apparent that takes such pride in her work and loves the art, making us feel so comfortable and calm the entire time. Both my husband and I are camera shy but Jenny gave us clear direction and took into consideration everything we were and weren’t looking for. Jenny and Camilla were also extremely flexible and supportive the entire day. We can’t thank them enough for their enthusiasm and dedication. It’s so apparent in their work.

Jenny is Waterloo Village's preferred photographer and it's incredibly easy to see why! We researched so many photographers and were having a hard time finding a) ones that fit our style and b) were available for a not astronomical price. When we looked up Jenny's info, we were immediately excited by how clean, bright, and airy her photos are. She definitely did not disappoint for our wedding either! Jenny was always communicative, helped us build our ideal shot list which had so many iterations of groups and family things, and had a lot of good suggestions for how to make the most out of our time and things we hadn't thought of like taking pictures with the fire pit. Her experience with the venue was a huge boon here as we easily got all our traditional posed photos done with time to spare pre-ceremony, and she knew the perfect route to take us around the venue (which is huge and has so many photo opps). She and her assistant Nicolette are also just super nice and easy to be around which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. They never once made us feel awkward or forced. She turned around our highlights within a week which was an incredible surprise to get on our honeymoon and I love every single picture already. We definitely recommend Jenny! -

When you live in the NY area, it feels sooo overwhelming with who to choose for a photographer. For anyone feeling this, I highly recommend going with Jenny Flora Photography. She was a dream to work with. She did our engagement photo session, as well as our intimate wedding ceremony in April 2024.
She was extremely thorough, and she captured so many amazing and beautiful pictures. Moreover, she was always on time and kind. Ahead of the big day, she also sent us a questionnaire & we had a phone call as well. I was really impressed that she took the time to ask who would be attending, and she made a list of attendee’s names & asked exactly who we wanted to have photos with. At the ceremony, she even knew their names & quickly coordinated all the photos we wanted with family and friends.
The photos speak for themselves. I am going to include several in my review. Jenny is an extremely talented and gifted photographer, and she clearly knows what she is doing. Also, her prices are beyond reasonable. You won’t find the quality of work she does at that price anywhere else in the area.

Jenny took the most beautiful photos of our wedding. From the day we hired her, she was extremely organized, communicative and guided us through the entire process. Jenny took time to listen to us about the specific style and shots we wanted and was flexible in accommodating everything we needed on our wedding day. She also spent the time to get to know us and our style, all of which shows through the photos! Jenny truly captured the essence of our big day and we can highly recommend using her for your wedding! We loved working with Jenny! Leading up to the big day she got to know us and had a questionnaire for us to fill out to help us communicate what we were looking for in our photos. On our wedding day, she was such a pleasure to be around, and was really great at giving us direction. The prompts she gave us were really creative and we love the photos we have gotten so far! Jenny and her assistant Rachel were phenomenal. They helped us and kept us organized and made the day go by seamlessly. UPDATE: Jenny photographed our wedding on 11/5/21 and we are even more blown away by her work. It’s truly amazing and it captured all of the emotions and love throughout the whole day. I recommend Jenny to all newly engaged couples. We now have amazing pictures to look back on for many years to come!
We hired Jenny to shoot our wedding in November 2020, but unfortunately due to Covid we had to postpone to 2021. Jenny was extremely understanding and flexible and I’m so glad we were able to secure her for our new date. We recently had our engagement session (which was also postponed due to Covid) and Jenny managed to capture everything perfectly. She truly brought the joy back to wedding planning during this difficult time and we CANNOT wait to work with her on our wedding day!!! -
