  The VERY Best in the Business

  Jessica was exactly the photographer we wanted and didn't even know we needed for our wedding. Not only did she capture our day perfectly, her eye for editing is so authentic to real life, and she got us our full wedding photography in one month. I cannot say enough about her organization, making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and how she nailed our 'must have' family and friends photo request list. Thank you, Jessica!

  Stunning Photos & Great Energy!

  Jessica was the best - she was incredibly easy and fun to work with, she brought such a great energy to our wedding, and she was super on top of everything. We never once worried that she wasn't capturing a moment of our event, and all of our guests loved interacting with her. On top of all that, her photos are GORGEOUS. Highly recommend!!!

  Extremely professional and talented photographer

  I was highly recommended to use Jessica as a wedding photographer through a friend and I am so glad I did! She captured our first looks and my getting ready photos and did an incredible job. The composition of her photos, clarity/quality of the images and her expertise with directing bride and groom makes for unbelievable, dreamy wedding pictures. If youre like me and feel super awkward posing in pictures, hire Jessica because she tells you which way to turn your head, what to do with your hands and takes all the work out of posing- and it doesnt look forced or corny. She is a genius photographer and was able to immediately figure out where to position us so we could both be reflected in different mirrors, and where to stand for our first looks for the best outcome.She takes the lead with confidence and professionalism while including your ideas as well. I had a wonderful experience working with her and love my wedding pictures so much. She is also very quick with responding/answering questions and had my photos done in a very reasonable time frame. I will definitely try to book her for more photos in the future.

  Definitely recommend!

  We were so happy working with Jessica for our wedding and engagement photos! Jessica travelled for both photo shoots. She made us so comfortable and told us the poses that fit us the best. We are so incredibly happy with our photos!!

  Jessica and her team did an amazing job photographing our wedding day in June. She is not afraid to get on the floor for the perfect angle and she gives great direction on where to look and what to do (if needed). We were so excited to see her finished product and when we did, we were blown away. Every picture was better than the last. Jessica was worth every penny and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that was looking for a talented photographer. You will not be disappointed!

  I cannot say enough about Jessica. She is beyond talented, so easy going, creative and is willing to roll with anything you throw at her. She took breathtaking photos that my husband and I could not be more happy with! I had someone who saw some of our photos say she "wanted to live in my wedding photos." Jessica is THAT good! She was worth every penny and an absolute pleasure to work with and interact with. I would recommend her to everyone!

  Jessica was far and away one of the best decisions we made when picking vendors. She has an eye for interesting, unique photos that are still classic and elegant. She was wonderful to work with - we never had trouble reaching her and she was available on multiple occasions for us to pick her brain about photos and scheduling and locations, etc. It ended up pouring during the photo hours for our wedding and she not only managed to get amazing photos, she was able to think up new locations on the spot to account for the weather. We are so grateful for her beautiful work and for capturing our wedding day exactly as we remembered it. We can't recommend her enough!

  We chose Jessica because of her artistic touch and an eye for the unique. We did not want fabricated and forced photos; and she and her husband completely delivered. The shots are so different, and so "us". Furthermore our digital images were presented to us in a gorgeous wooden box. Wonderful to the very last detail.

  Jessica was such a lucky find. Found her through a Google search while looking for an engagement photographer in the Buffalo area. We loved her work so much that she became one of the reasons we decided to host our wedding in Buffalo. She is so organized and on the ball. She is full of energy and flexible. Our family and friends enjoyed interacting with her throughout our wedding events. Can't take our eyes off our wedding pictures. I think Jessica is going to be our family photographer for all upcoming life events:) Thanks Jessica!

She is personable, funny, easy to talk to, and FUN! Before our engagement session I was nervous about how it would all go. She was very laid back and willing to listen to what we wanted for our wedding photographs, but still was able to make sure that we stayed on time and got all of the photos we asked for. The day of our wedding was a downpour and while I was so worried that this would ruin a lot of our photo opportunities, Jessica kept reassuring me that there were a ton of great locations right inside our venue. She made me feel so at ease that I totally forgot about the rain outside!   Jessica was a great photographer, she is not the type of photographer that wants to keep you from enjoying your wedding, her and Paul are capturing great moments from the side lines- but don't worry they get those other awesome pictures too!!! They made our day so great, and even though it poured Jessica and Paul were so creative in shots!

  Jessica was amazing to work with from the very beginning. We love our engagement photos and have used them in various albums, for our Save the Date and for our guest book. Our wedding photos were even more beautiful than we could've ever imagined. She was so easy to work with and was open to any suggestions we had. I love her style and creativity.   We searched high and low for a photographic style like Jessica's that would be within our price range and I'm so happy that we found her. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for - a fantastic photographer with a unique eye - but she's also the sweetest person. She was extremely professional, communicative, and efficient, yet relaxed and fun to be around. It's a little awkward to be in public places being photographed by a complete stranger, but because of her ample experience she was so understanding of this and calmed our nerves fast. My shy husband left saying "wow, that was actually fun".
  
  She made some adjustments and worked within our budget, and traveled to us despite our very limiting schedule for both our engagement photos and wedding for a VERY reasonable price. Also, we had to switch the date of our wedding after we had already locked it in with her and she was so accommodating and made it work.
  
  The photographs are so beautiful, unique, and capture the pure joy of our day so perfectly. We are beyond grateful we got to have Jessica as our photographer.

  We had very limited time to get as many shots as possible but she was amazing with getting everyone together. Pictures turned out great and very pleased! I don't like a lot of posed shots and she captured every moment

  We felt like we hit the jackpot with Jessica. Our first meeting with her was very casual in a coffee shop and we liked her right away. She was down to earth and genuine. When she showed us her work, we were taken aback. We particularly liked that she showed us her edited and un-edited photos. Her un-edited photos were beautiful on its own which speaks volumes to her photography skills.
  
  We had our engagement pictures done beforehand. She was very fun to work with and didn't make us feel awkward. The turnover time for the photos was very speedy. We were so pleased with the pictures and incorporated it into our wedding here and there. Our family and friends were ranted and raved over them.
  
  Then the wedding day. Jessica and Paul were great. We were very specific that we did not want our wedding photographers to get in the way of the wedding. We have seen enough weddings where photographers commandeered the whole event and we stressed that to Jessica in our ver first meeting. They were barely noticeable! And yet that did not compromise our photographs at all, They were exceptional and when we got a sneak preview of them on Facebook during our honey, we were very excited to see the rest. We got them when we came back from our 2-week honeymoon. Again we were impressed with some of the breathtaking photos and the speed (We've had friends wait up to almost a year to see their photos!).
  
  I also wanted to add that not only Jessica was very professional, she was also very flexible. When we had met with her, we had not yet chosen a definitive wedding date and we ended up changing the wedding date 3 times and the engagement date shoot twice on her and she was very patient and accommodating with her.
  
  Jessica Ahrens photographer is THE wedding photography service to use in the Buffalo area. We cannot stress how great she is and look forward to working with her in the future some family portraits!

  We felt like we hit the jackpot with Jessica. Our first meeting with her was very casual in a coffee shop and we liked her right away. She was down to earth and genuine. When she showed us her work, we were taken aback. We particularly liked that she showed us her edited and un-edited photos. Her un-edited photos were beautiful on its own which speaks volumes to her photography skills.
  
  We had our engagement pictures done beforehand. She was very fun to work with and didn't make us feel awkward. The turnover time for the photos was very speedy. We were so pleased with the pictures and incorporated it into our wedding here and there. Our family and friends were ranted and raved over them.
  
  Then the wedding day. Jessica and Paul were great. We were very specific that we did not want our wedding photographers to get in the way of the wedding. We have seen enough weddings where photographers commandeered the whole event and we stressed that to Jessica in our ver first meeting. They were barely noticeable! And yet that did not compromise our photographs at all, They were exceptional and when we got a sneak preview of them on Facebook during our honey, we were very excited to see the rest. We got them when we came back from our 2-week honeymoon.   I can't stop looking at my wedding photos. Do I really look this beautiful? Was I that happy? I was married on 12/8/2012 and Jessica and Paul did our Photography. They were brilliant. I wanted something different than cookie cutter photos and that is what I got. They took all the standard photos and they are beautiful but they caught these lost glaces. They got my now husband looking and me or my mom laughing. They got the ring bearer running up and down the aisle. They used different lenses. They used odd angles. I have never looked so good in my life. At one point it was 30 degrees, and wet at Buffalo City hall and Jessica was laying on the concrete taking pictures of us. She was coming up with ideas and places. The were with us for 11 hours and got 1000 pictures. They fit with my family and friends. My wedding was on 12/8 and I had my pictures on 12/19. Oh and I forgot. I had this huge stain on my dress b/c I am not graceful and you don't see it in ANY picture. Wonderful team!
