    I can't say enough great things about working with Jessica and her team. Jessica was our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and was incredibly helpful. Her team managed a number of tasks including (but not limited to!) decorations, tipping vendors, event timing, decision making with vendors, clean up, etc. I cannot imagine our wedding without her.

    As we planned the wedding, Jessica took the time to answer our many questions and was flexible as we tossed around ideas. She gave us great advice and helped us make a number of key decisions. I highly recommend working with Jessica to plan or design your wedding!

    I've been called a control freak before, so having a venue for my reception that was a total blank slate was very scary to me... I knew it could look amazing, but I was so worried the numerous vendors and people involved with set-up would not "get it right". Well, I got it right by hiring Jessica to be at the reception site, because this blank slate was transformed into something I only dreamed about. I'm biased, for sure, but guests raved about how beautiful everything was, and I know it would not have turned out this way without Jessica there! Also, she met with me at the venue weeks prior to the actual wedding, to do a walk through and confirm my vision for the space - my husband and I are so very appreciative of her willingness to help! Do not hesitate in working with Jessica!

    I hired Jessica's DOC services for my wedding and it was the best decision I ever made! Tamara was the lead coordinator for my wedding and she was nothing short of AMAZING! I did not have to worry about a thing, truly letting me enjoy the day. Tamara was so on top of things, very organized and professional, but yet personal and fun to work with. She really knew what she was doing. You will not regret hiring Jessica's team to help with your big day!

    We booked Jessica as a DOC and I was a little nervous going in as I'd read some horror stories about DOCs who seemed great, but didn't come through. Jessica put all that to rest. She helped the groomsmen do a TON of setup at our non-traditional venue and everything turned out AMAZING. My goal was to hand everything off by Friday before our Saturday wedding and not worry about a thing and between Jessica and my groom, that goal was met and exceeded. She handled all our vendors gracefully during the day of, resolved all kinds of little issues I didn't even hear about until after the fact, and throughout it all was calm, sweet, and organized. She really knew what she was doing and handled all the odds & ends without any fuss. I didn't even need to be as organized as I was, she took everything I had and made it work. It was such a relief not to have to worry about the logistics and for ALL the little things to just be taken care of throughout the whole day and night - I would absolutely recommend Jessica & her team to anyone.

    Jessica and her team were absolutely FANTASTIC! Jessica was on top of everything and kept me updated about her contact with my vendors and timelines. She was incredibly fun to work with and always on top of everything! I did not have to worry about a thing during my wedding and everything was done exactly how I wanted it. Jessica is so passionate about weddings and events and makes sure that even the smallest details are perfect.     I've worked as a venue manager at ARIA for almost 3 years and from what I've seen of Jessica Wonders and her team is that 'they have it'. The team knows how to keep a cool, calm and collected in the midst of the chaos that weddings can bring; and having that kind of calming demeanor during this kind of work can make a significant difference.

    Luckily we are well staffed at ARIA to handle almost anything and having the Jessica Wonders team working alongside us we felt as though we could have been thrown anything and made it through. I personally really enjoyed working with her, and that means a lot when you are working so closely with someone on an intimate and special event such as a wedding. So much can go wrong if your vendors for your one special day don't mesh well and can't communicate, but I doubt that will happen when we get a chance to work together again. I'm looking forward to the next time an ARIA bride books the Jessica Wonders team. I know it will be executed to the best of their ability.

    Jessica and her team provided "day of" planning services for our daughter's wedding- I don't know what we would have done without her! She did a fantastic job- from the meetings before the wedding, to the decorating, helping with the wedding party; just taking care of everything in general. We had missing meals for some guests; she figured it all out calmly and quickly. She is professional, prompt, creative, just wonderful! I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica to anyone planning an event!

    I had the opportunity to work with Jessica for our wedding this summer- WOW am I impressed! She helped my mom and I in so many ways. Not only did she help us on my big day, she also helped with some of the pre-communication with some of our more difficult vendors, taking that task off of our plate. The day of, she was there to help us so we did not have to worry about a thing. Her staff was on time and very friendly. She also responds very promptly to emails and phone calls- I don't know what we would have done without her!

    Jessica was nothing shy of amazing for our October 2014 wedding at Nicollet Island Pavilion. From our in person meeting, which we only had one due to traveling from out of state, she was on point, professional and knowledgeable. Jessica truly made us feel at ease, as we had lots of moving parts with our day of events. Also, she's a breath of fresh air when it comes to correspondence - replies were received within twenty hours. Lastly, all her paperwork is digital, no scanning, faxing, or mailing a check, which is so helpful when planning from afar or keeping an eye on payments and waiting for checks to clear. We can't say thank you enough to Jessica and her team, and would not hesitate in hiring her for another event. Bottom line, hire Jessica for your event, she's worth her wight in gold.

    Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped make our day go very smoothly! She did so many things behind the scene and I as the bride was never aware of any issues that came up - she just took care of it and let me enjoy my day! Everything we needed her to take care of was fabulous!

    Throughout the process she was very helpful in answering any questions I had and by asking questions and thinking of things that I had forgotten in my planning. She was always super fast to respond to any of my emails as well and was more than happy to give her professional opinion.

    She is more than worth it and I would gladly hire her again, I highly recommend her to any bride considering a wedding coordinator. If you are on the fence on whether you need a coordinator or not - trust me, do it! At least a day of coordinator - you will be so much happier being able to just relax and enjoy your day!

    Jessica Wonders is the best coordinator there is! I was so pleased throughout the whole planning process with everything! She made things easy for me, and as soon as I found her I knew I was in the best hands. She and her assistants are so very capable to handle any and every situation. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day, Jessica took care of everything and went above and beyond my expectations. She is truly a gem and her services are priceless!

    I honestly don't know where to begin my review of Jessica Wonders. Aside from being so organized and professional, she offered her own vision and incredible creativity which matched perfectly with myself and my husbands. All I did was show her my pinterest page (since I live in Chicago and was unable to meet her before the wedding), and she was able to bring my vision to life and create an unforgettable experience. From the flowers to the decorations to the vendors, Jessica was passionate about every little detail and poured her heart into everything!     It was such a pleasure to work with Jessica Wonders. Her and her lovely team were the main reason everything ran so smooth all weekend long. Jessica worked closely with the vendors and wedding venue staff, to be sure there were no slip-ups.     My husband and I felt pretty clueless on where to even begin planning on our daughter's 1st year birthday. But when we met Jessica, all of that stress and worry melted away. She really helped put all of our disparate ideas and wants together in a cohesive and fantastic way. She really took the time to understand our requests and the vibe we were trying to go for but couldn't execute on our own. I can say with utmost certainty that our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her skills and expertise.Everything went so smoothly thanks to you Jessica and your team.

    Jessica was my wedding planner. I loved working with her! She was so attentive whenever I had questions or emailed her. She also gave the best advice! On the day of, she and her two assistants were so helpful! Anything, and I mean anything, I needed done was handled right away. She always checked in with me to make sure I was doing well, when I was frantic on time or nervous, and to tell me anything important. Jessica always made sure that most importantly, I felt special and was taken care of.

    Jessica and her assistants went out of their way to make sure my day was special. I felt so important and loved with their help. I didn't need to worry one bit with her by my side on my wedding day! I couldn't have asked for a better group of girls to perfect my day other than Jessica and her girls! I would not recommend anyone else but Jessica!

    We hired Jessica to be our Day of Coordinator. Jessica's services began far beyond the actual day of the wedding. She help answer etiquette questions and help work out the timing for the day. She was a quick email away and gave decisive answers, which was exactly what I asked of her.

    On the Day of, Jessica was on top of everything. She helped decorate, worked with the other vendors to make sure everything was going well, helped guests find their seats, the list goes on and on.

    The best thing about our day (other then getting married) was that no one asked me any questions or came to me with any problems. That was what I needed on my wedding day. I had asked Jessica to handle all these things and she did wonderfully!

    After the day had settled Jessica filled me in on the happenings of the day. She is resourceful, professional and used great judgement when dealing with situations. I had no problem leaving the most important day of my life in her hands. Absolutely amazing!

    From the start, Jessica was eager to learn more about us and our specific needs when we had our initial consultation. We asked her to help us with our decoration setup for our wedding reception, since this was the only thing we were still worried about. She was professional and organized, making sure she had all of the details that she needed to be able to assist us, and she was very flexible when we provided some of the details later, too. She also made sure, if she needed clarification on something, to ask us questions prior to the wedding day so that she could perform the setup and teardown autonomously.

    On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch - the decorations we provided were set up perfectly! Jessica made sure that this was one less thing for us to worry about on our big day. I highly recommend working with her, because you will be able to rest assured knowing that she has you covered.

    I had not planned on using an event coordinator, but about a month before our wedding, I was getting overwhelmed and decided to look into 'day-of' services. I am so glad I did! Our reception was at a large park shelter 20 minutes away from the ceremony site, and I just couldn't figure out the logistics of getting set up w/o asking all of our guests to help. I met with Jessica for a free consultation and found her to be very professional, organized, and personable. She asked a bunch of questions about the the ceremony and reception and helped me to come up with a timetable for the day. She got to the heart of the matter in under 30 minutes. I hired her on the spot. Jessica was always quick to respond to my e-mails and answer my questions, which was very much appreciated. I also found her to be flexible when I needed to make changes to the timetable or add on additional items for her to do. She was even willing to meet with me at the reception site the week of the wedding so I could explain how I wanted things laid out. The day of the wedding, Jessica proved to be invaluable. She met with my in-laws early in the morning and helped unload a van full of decorations, then put the entire site together herself. She coordinated with our food truck and made sure the food tables were constantly replenished, as well as the drink stations. Everything I asked her to do, was done and done incredibly well. Wedding guests were super impressed by her and how she kept things in order. I found her to be incredibly detail-oriented, a hard worker, and someone who is just pleasant to be around. It was a huge relief to have that help, particularly with a wedding that is a bit more home-spun. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with any part of their wedding. Her prices are super reasonable, which is so necessary when planning a wedding. Simply put, she is phenomenal at what she does!

    Jessica was an amazing find for my wedding! The wedding weekend would have been completely different (read: much more stressful) without her help. She met with me to discuss the details, asked great questions to make sure we both weren't missing anything, and took care of all the logistics during the rehearsal & wedding day. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and complete flexibilty when last minute things came up. I've already recommended her to all future brides that I know in Minneapolis!

    Jess Ann saved the day at our wedding. Her knowledge and skills were amazing. We didn't realize how many last minute things we had to do to make the day complete. She was compassionate and hard working and genuinely concerned about making our day the best it could be. She guided us but let us make our own decisions with her knowledge and input. She is amazing.
    We recommend her to everyone who is planning an event or a wedding. She takes exceptional pride in what she does and puts your ideas to work for you. Everyone at our wedding including the D.J. and Caterer were amazed at her decorating skills and ability to motivate all entities of the ceremony and keeping things moving without a flaw.     I booked Jessica for day of coordinating; she was very flexible with customizing my package for me. I met with her in April for my Labor Day wedding. She was super helpful in making the timeline I had put together to tighten it up and get rid of the unnecessary. She got back to me in a timely manner; especially the day before and of the wedding. I will admit I was emailing her last minute items leading up to wedding day. I left a note for her with more detailed items that her and her assistant needed to do and they got it all done! It was a hot day but they did it and all in the time before the wedding started. I didn't get to see her much during the day of the wedding but when I did, she was so wonderful. She did just what I wanted, took initiative and handled all situations if there were any that popped up. I would recommend anyone playing around with the idea of a day of coordinator for a diy backyard wedding to get one. Not just for peace of mind but so family can take a step back and enjoy the day.
