I met Jamie at a bridal show in Olympia and knew the moment we began to talk that she was the perfect Day-of Planner for my daughter's wedding. The decision to hire Jamie was the single most important and best decision I made. Jamie flawlessly executed a perfect wedding which lead to an exceptionally enjoyable day for our guests, our families, the bride and groom and especially for me as I could relax knowing every detail of the event was in good hands. With the many pre-planning issues we had to overcome to finally arrive at this spectacular wedding day, Jamie had the professionalism, resources and experience to put together and execute a memorable event for everyone. Our event was a destination wedding for over 150 guests and a 14 person bridal party. Jamie is capable of handling any size and type of event and I would undoubtedly and without any hesitation recommend her services to anyone.JH Events & Design's reply:

Alyssa B. Sent on 03/03/2020Amazing Experience!! She pulled off two incredible wedding days :)
Jamie was essential in making our day so special! With Jamie's help we planned a fantastic outdoor wedding to take advantage of great views and warm August weather. Minutes before the ceremony we were greeted by a surprise torrential downpour. Our ceremony was delayed and people ran inside and huddled on the deck of the house. Somehow Jamie was able to get cocktail hour food and drinks going early, move the DJ, move electronics, move the ceremony backdrop inside, and coordinate who knows what else to keep the night going and guests happy. We had a beautiful (albeit late) ceremony inside with all our 120+ guests circled around a makeshift aisle and the arbor. The order of events was switched out of necessity but no one missed a beat and we have Jamie to thank for that. I have received so many compliments on how beautiful and fun everything was despite the unexpected August weather. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves during what could have been a "disastrous" wedding.
We are so happy we decided to utilize her for planning help and day of coordination. Her advice through the planning process, was invaluable to help focus our wedding tasks. Not to mention we most certainly could not have pulled off our wedding day without her magic, on-the-fly reworking of the evening. I had a wonderful time and my guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Plenty of people stayed to dance in the rain with us :) -

We hired Jamie as our day-of coordinator, and we are so glad we did! Each consultation we had with Jamie leading up to the day was extremely productive. This was the first time we had planned an event of this size on our own. We went though every little detail, and she even bought up points we didn't think of. Fast forward to a few weeks before the wedding where various last minute changes were being made due to the weather, but Jamie always have plan "B" in her back pocket.When the day finally came, everything ran smoothly and the MOB could relax and enjoy the celebration. All I had to worry about was having the time of my life. Thank You so much JAMIE- you made our wedding the best day ever! -

A wonderful experience
Jamie was amazing so organized and she knew just what I needed to make my daughters graduation party as amazing as it was ❤️ I can’t wait to have another event so Jamie can plan it!JH Events & Design's reply:

Anne Sent on 07/01/2018If there were 6 or more stars, I would have given that many to Jamie! She is fantastic! We hired her as a "day of" coordinator for my daughter's wedding and my husband and I agreed that this is the single best decision we made for the wedding! Jamie is the kind of professional who works tirelessly on behalf of her clients and was as invested in the success of our wedding as we were, going so far over and beyond our expectations to help ensure that the wedding went perfectly. From the moment we hired her, she started helping with issues with the caterer and rental company and was in constant contact with my daughter about a myriad of wedding issues. We nicknamed her "Wonder Woman" and truly don't know what we would have done without her. There was a crisis with our musician a week before the wedding and Jamie solved it for us within an hour! Onsite, she managed our set up, decorated the cake (beautifully!), interfaced with vendors and much much more. And although our contract called for her to leave at 9 pm, she stayed until after 10:30, helping us clean up. I could go on....! I only wish I had hired her sooner to do the planning as well! She is that good.

Whatever your event she can make it happen with wonderful catering connections, great design concepts and a strong list of venue choices.
