  Our Pandemic Wedding was Absolute Perfection

  There are no words to express how grateful we are to Jill Gordon and her team for putting together a wedding that was absolute perfection. My now husband and I live in Denver and we had our wedding at Topping Rose in Bridgehampton, so we were doing all of the planning long distance. On top of that, we planned the entire thing in just four months. Jill handled every detail from coordinating with vendors, including hiring a company to COVID test all of our guests, to writing copy for our wedding website, to making the day of the wedding flawless and stress free. She has impeccable taste and really captured our vision. We've received so many compliments from our guests regarding how beautiful and fun our wedding was and how much they enjoyed being there. On a personal note, Jill is awesome and we have stayed in touch post-wedding. We highly recommend Jill and her team to anyone who is planning an event.

She listens so closely and concisely to every detail, and recommends various vendors based on the overall wedding experience. She walked by our side the entire time, and was available whenever we needed her. She and her team proactively follow up on things thus providing a sense that everything was taken care of. She and her teams positive attitude not only made the process fun; there was no stress at all. We would not change anything about our special day, we owe so much thanks to Jill and her team for making our special day- nothing less than perfect. :)

  Jill and Monica at Jill Gordon Celebrate were lifesavers! I am not a native New Yorker and wasn't familiar with the Hamptons before planning our wedding, so it was so helpful to have a team that knew everything about planning a destination wedding there -- from navigating the vendor contracting process, to working with our venue, to recommending party favors with local flair. I also appreciated all of the 1:1 time with Jill and the pep calls with Monica. We had a wonderful wedding and our guests still rave about it. Highly recommend!

  Jill was just fantastic and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She really is a true professional at what she does. She comes with years of experience and it really showed at the wedding as it was so smooth from start to finish. Guests kept commenting about how unbelievably well everything was done, it truly looked effortless. She is friendly, approachable, genuine and incredibly down to earth. She made the whole process feel very stress free from the day we met her. She made our vision come to life and knew the best vendors to get the job done to a high standard which was important to us. She listened to us when we had clear ideas of what we wanted and did not try and change our minds, she really wanted to create our vision for us. If you are reading this and thinking about using Jill, trust me you will not be disappointed.

  My daughter's wedding demanded a lot from the wedding planner as my daughter lived in Switzerland, I lived in Wisconsin, and the wedding was in the Hamptons. In addition, since the wedding was at an estate versus a hotel, we had to bring in everything. This required much coordination with many different vendors, the bride, and Jill. Jill always made herself available for LONG periods of time when my daughter was in town to oversee eveiry step in the process. The result was just incredible. My younger daughter was married two years later in California, and the wedding planner there was difficult to get a hold of, seemed to have very limited suggestions, and was more costly. That daughter had to do almost all of the research and coordination herself. Jill Gordon was SO helpful from the first meeting and throughout the wedding day.

  Jill and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process and day of. Jill has extensive knowledge and experience, particularly in the Hamptons area, which I leveraged in every single decision. I could not have done it without her. The day went absolutely perfectly, I was so thrilled with how everything turned out, and I cannot thank Jill and her team enough.

  We cannot thank you guys enough for what will certainly go down as the best weekend of our lives. You took all of our idiosyncrasies and hair brained schemes and ran with them. You were patient with our indecision and last minute decision making. Perhaps most impressive of all you were able to read our minds and anticipate all that we had been, and not been, doing in the background. To put the cherry on top Monica your day of demeanor and handling of logistics on the fly was perfect. We were surprised at every turn with how well things were handled. We could not be happier and owe a lot of the success of the weekend to you guys. Thank you thank you thank you! We hope to see you guys sometime this fall or next summer for a drink or something.

  I hired Jill Gordon and her team to take over planning the month before my wedding, and to be my day of coordinators and it was the best decision I ever made. I had my wedding at Gurney’s in Montauk in August and completely forgot to get fans for my guests, so they put a rush on it and got them there which was great because it was so hot and humid that day. I worked with Monica and her team the day of and she is an absolute dream. Monica has the most sweetest and calming presence and I felt like I could share anything with her sans judgement. She maintained the perfect balance of keeping me in the loop the day off but also not overwhelming with anything that wasn't going as planned (vendors showing up late, etc). She is so incredibly professional and yet makes you feel like you have been friends forever and will make you laugh when you are nervous (which will be a lot throughout the day of your wedding!) I had a few last minute changes and it was always so easy to get in touch with Monica. I wished I had hired them earlier and worked with them for the entire wedding!
