    J.J. Kelly was awesome!! I was concerned about my appointment based on the terrible reviews on here; however, none of these reflected my experience whatsoever. I don't often write reviews, good or bad, but I feel compelled to share my experience to let other brides-to-be know what to expect.

    I worked with Nicole during my appointment, and she was FANTASTIC! The day before my appointment, she emailed me to ask about what styles of dresses I like, if I had a Pinterest board, and what my budget was. Since my Pinterest board is secret, I emailed her about 10 pictures of my favorite dresses. On the day of the appointment, I arrived about 10 minutes early. We were greeted by the friendly staff and told to look around while Nicole finished up her last appointment. They had such beautiful gowns and such a large selection! The shop also had just a great atmosphere when we arrived. After about 5-10 minutes, Nicole came over introduced herself. She then showed me some of the gowns she had pulled based on the pictures I had sent her the day before. They were just what I was looking for plus they were all within budget.

    We then went back to the fitting rooms. One cool aspect was that Nicole offered to let me use a strapless bra during the appointment. This might sound odd or something small, but it was such a nice touch. I wore a regular nude, strapless bra for the day; however, this bra was more like bridal lingerie. It was white and lacey, had a corset attached, and had a low cut back. It just made me feel more like a bride and was truly better suited for the dresses. During the appointment, Nicole made small talk about my fiancé, where were were getting married, how we met, etc. She was so professional, down to earth, kind, and best of all HELPFUL! She really listened to what I liked and didn't like about certain dresses and then knew what direction to go next. She addressed my bridesmaids by name, never pressured us, and ultimately helped me find THE dress that day!!

    My daughter had checked out several wedding designers before we went to JJ Kelly and she was looking for Hayley Paige dresses. I was thrilled that a local OK business carried this brand because I was convinced we would have to go to Dallas, Houston or New York to be able to find the dress.

    We had Nicole as our consultant and she was really great! She was nice and made our dress shopping experience easy! I think it did help that we had our wedding planner with us as she gave us pointers before we went about what to expect and she knew the right "lingo" to use!

    We paid what it would have cost us in any big city for a designer dress without the hassle of travel! Totally worth every penny!

    I was so happy and comfortable working with Nicole at J.J. Kelly. She was such a sweetheart and very patient when it came to finding the perfect dress for me.

    We choose to book the "Blue Carpet Experience" this was worth EVERY penny!!!! Jane Kelly has such a talent for Brides!!!
    When we arrived we were greeted by a table full of wonderful treats and bubbly!
    She even looked up my daughter's pintrest and had a table set up with her favorite flowers and décor all matching her wedding!
    The bridesmaids even found their dress today! which was not even planned!
    Jane picked so many beautiful dresses and stayed close to our budget!
    VERY fun and friendly!!
    I would recommend this to all new brides!

    I have shopped at two other salons before JJKelly. Although they each some beatiful gowns, the experience was not a positive one. Absolutley NO feedback or opinion at one ad the other just wanted me to get through the 1 hour appointment. In fact, it was as though the appointment WAS the event. I took money, both times, I was ready to buy my dress. I just needed some help. Then I found my way to JJ KElly.
    I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everyone was wonderful and so helpful. No high pressure pushing to just make a decision; they were there to help me and most important, they really wanted me to try different things and they guided me to things I would never have tried on. Every person there is a true professional and interested in your special day. The EXPERIENCE itself was the superb. My mother and I both found not only found our dresses, we also found the perfect bridesmaid dresses. Save yourself the trouble and dissappointment ladies, and make JJ Kelly your FIRST stop...I promise you, you wil not be disappointed

    Amazing service and a staff that really knew what they were talking about! I was pampered from the moment I arrived till I walked out the door! I would recommend JJ Kelly to everyone!

    I randomly found JJ Kelly Bridal on the internet. It was our first stop to look for wedding dresses and I bought the third one I tried on! This family has such a wonderful business. They and their employees are all so gracious and kind to their brides and I couldn't have felt more welcomed and comfortable there! Delia helped me and I would recommend her to ANY of my closest friends!

    I am so glad that I went to JJ Kelly! Dorothy was my consultant and she was wonderful! I went to my first appointment alone and even after making it clear that I was not going to purchase anything that day, Dorothy gave me an extra-long appointment putting on several veils and hairpieces with every dress I tried on. After that first visit I chose to book a Blue Carpet Appointment. If you have the option, this is a must! Dorothy and Jane made me feel like a princess and they were so nice to my family and friends! After I said yes to the dress and veil, Dorothy told me to keep the dress on for as long as I wanted. While we were celebrating with mimosas, we also found the perfect flower girl dress. A few months later I went back with my matron of honor and flower girl to try on her dress. Jane helped us and was so wonderful! She even allowed me to put on the sample of my dress so that we could take photos together. I didn't have an appointment and once again, I was told to stay in the dress for as long as I wanted! My dress came in last week and when I went to try it on for the first time, Dorothy spent extra time helping me to find a hairpiece and shoes. Once again, Dorothy told me I could stay in the dress for as long as I wanted! I have never felt rushed at JJ Kelly and in fact all of my appointments have run long. It is one classy place and Dorothy certainly knows her stuff! I don't think that Jane could be any sweeter and she is oh so helpful! I'm so glad that I didn't listen to the negative reviews before I went because I would have missed out on the perfect bridal store!

    I had 2 sisters get married before me and was involved in their dress dilemas. JJ Kelly was extremely professional. They had beutiful gowns from which to choose and my consultant really got to the heart of what I wanted. I had none of the problems my sisters had with their dresses or services. I was so pleased, my mother, bridesmaids, and flower girls all got their dresses from JJ Kelly.

    I had an appointment with Dorothy and I had a great time! Lots of people on here were put off by her, but I had an awesome experience. She is my type, though--I get annoyed by super girly/loud/overly expressive saleswomen, so her more muted demeanor was actually very appreciated. She does speak her opinion a bit more than some people may like, but I appreciated her wisdom as she's been selling dresses for decades.

    The dresses are unique, for sure. I think they may be pricier than some places...I am not an expert on the value of dresses. But if you have a good sized budget and want something you likely won't see on any other brides this year, this is the place!

    I loved working with JJ Kelly. Not every sales associate was as enthusiastic as the first woman who helped me, but my dress was ready on time and that's all that's important. It would just be nice if they at least smiled when you came into the store no matter the reason for your visit.

    JJ Kelly helped me find my dream dress! I loved it. I so enjoyed the experience and they even helped us celebrate by popping a little bubbly at the end!

    I was honestly scared to walk into JJ Kelly, because of all the terrible reviews. I went ahead and booked an appointment, preparing for the worst..but I was surprisingly shocked! As soon as my mother and I walked through the door, they greeted us with warm smiles. Nicole was my consultant, she was wonderful and not pushy or condescending in the slightest. I had a GREAT experience.

    This is a high-end boutique... I bought my dress on sale and off the rack, ended up fitting me perfectly, except for the bottom hem. Sometimes they weren't very flexible, which could be hard with my schedule. Otherwise, what I would expect from a high-end boutique.

    JJ Kelley has the most beautiful selection of dresses! They were very nice and I absolutely LOVE my Hayley Paige dress! The problem for me was in the extraordinary cost for alterations. I think I paid close to $800 all said and done. I really needed it taken out a bit (the seamstress took it in too much - I know because I took my measurements the day of the first fitting and of my last fitting) but they wanted another $100 to let it out some. No way! For as much money as I spent on that dress (over $3000, plus alterations), they should have been a bit more accommodating when it came to their own error!

    I got my wedding dress here and am completely happy with it. However, i think they need to update their services. At JJ Kelly you can not take pictures of a dress until you purchase it and everything you have on (belt, veil, etc.). This was difficult because my mom was with me but my dad is the one who is approving our expenses and I couldn't even send him a picture of my favorite one until AFTER we purchased it. Other stores that carry the same designer would have let me take pictures so this policy is outdated.

    Although their prices are a little steep, I found a great dress on sale. They were all very nice, but a bit pushy sometimes. But the dress quality and fitting was outstanding.

    My dress, sash and vail were amazing! I absolutely loved the multiple options they had available. The sash itself was a bit pricy, but was worth it in the end. The sales lady taught me how to tie it myself and was very helpful in trying to get me exactly what I was looking for. They do not have a great selection of Bridesmaid/ bridal party dresses, but the wedding gowns are absolutely beautiful and very well priced!

    I love the dresses in this store. They carry designer brands. While I received a lot of help I also found the service to be a little pushy and overbearing when it was not necessary.

    My dress and the tuxedos were all from JJ Kelly. The alterations were perfect for the men and myself. Everything they carry at their store is of excellent quality. Depending on who helps you out at the store will depend on your experience. Most of the women who work there are very "stuck up" and "snobby". If they think you have money, they will give you excellent service. If you a middle class girl like myself, it will really depend on the day. Half of the time I was there I felt like I was being ignored because I bought a sample dress and I couldn't afford to buy their hair accessories. Other than that, they are a great vendor with many options for bridal dresses, bridesmaid, flower girl and tuxes

    Their service wasn't great but I caught them on their semi-annual sale, so I was able to purchase a great dress for an incredible price.

    JJ Kelly was one of two vendors I was not pleased with during my wedding planning experience. The only reason we used this bridal store was they were the only store in Oklahoma that carried the Vera Wang and Melissa Sweet bridesmaids lines. The store in located 2 hours from where I live but I really liked the dresses they carried. At first, the people at the store were helpful but after working with them over a few months, it was not so. The store is family owned and operated and the entire time, I felt as if they were looking down at me. They were very snobby and very opinionated.

    I also ordered my invitations from this store because there was a discount associated with having bought my bridesmaids dresses there. While designing my invitation, I was very specific that I did not want a traditional invitation or wording and with each suggestion I made all I was told was, "that is not proper etiquette, or I wouldn't do it that way." There were only 2 employees I did like and they also got those responses.

    Overall, I was very disappointed with their service. My sister who got married a few months after me, had an even worse experience! And a friend of the family just had another bad experience a month ago! We have not recommended this store to anyone and if you are going to use this store, tape record every conversation you have!!! So, they cannot say, we didn't say that!
