  Our favorite wedding vendor!!!

  By far the BEST vendor we had at our wedding!! Connie helped me establish my vision for colors/flowers as I was unsure of where to start. She was very knowledgeable on what type of flowers would work best for our vision/budget. I also wanted to add on a couple pieces last minute and she was able to accommodate our needs! Beside the fact that she had outstanding customer service, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! We received a TON of compliments from our guests and Connie went above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you again Connie!!!

  Exceed Expectations

  I cannot say enough about the team, especially Connie, from John Davis!! Connie picked up on little details about my partner and me then spread them throughout our table decor and arrangements. We are both marine scientist and he loves candles. We had gorgeous centerpieces of oyster shells in vases with floating candles.. it was a magical experience for a fantastic price. The arrangements even included flowers with ocean creature names like anemones! I recommend coming in with an open mind and some picture ideas and see where the experts take you. You will be thrilled you did! Connie even picked up a couple of other things for the wedding when it got close to crunch time and decor items fell through the cracks for our memory table and our head table. This will be one of the best decisions you make for your wedding!

  Perfect Flowers

  I am very happy with the quality and pricing of the bouquets, boutonnieres, and wrist corsages we ordered from John Davis. We planned our Savannah wedding from Seattle, WA and Meg was able to put together the perfect bouquets based on a few reference pictures and a consultation phone call. We were also able to save a little money by having our blue and purple hydrangeas spray painted, which was an awesome option that I wasn't even aware of! Thanks again!

  Simply stunning!

  John Davis and his team did such an amazing job for our wedding. The flowers were more beautiful and romantic than I could have imagined. They are super friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend for any of your floral needs!

  John is a family friend..but putting my bias aside; he made my wedding beautiful. I was worried he would not take the job seriously since he is a friend, but he was professional as ever. I could not have asked for more perfect flowers!

  John and I have worked together for over 20 years on all my corporate event needs, so when it came to planning my wedding, I knew he would be able to handle every detail. He blew me away with his attention to detail and he made sure I had my peonies. It was beautiful thanks to John.

  If you want the most amazing flowers call John Davis. I gave him an idea of a color scheme I wanted and trusted him to do the rest. I had never seen flowers look so amazing when I walked into my ceremony and reception. He is by far the best florist in Savannah!

  I walked in stating "I just want sunflowers!" Meanwhile, my wedding was in March and this was September. I told this poor lady that I understand I will have to pay out the behind for them but I simply want them! And she responded, in a very calm voice "Wait, who have you been talking to?!" Proceeded to look on the computer, and gave me the lowest number I heard all day. From there we were all kinda down hill. On my part. She started asking me all kinds of questions that I had no clue the answers to, all I knew was that I wanted sunflower and no roses for my wedding! That is exactly what they gave me. When they arrived the day of the wedding I was simply blown away! The arrangement were BEAUTIFUL! I recommend them to anyone anywhere! Everyone there was helpful, kind, and there work was simply impeccable!

  Simply the best florist around! I told John what I wanted, sent a few pictures via email, & was amazed at how beautiful everything turned out. I was trying to keep the cost down a little so I opted for smaller bridesmaids bouquets & centerpieces, & when I got them I had to do a double-take! The bridesmaids bouquets were so big & full they could have easily been used as a bridal bouquet, & mine was so beautiful & exactly what I had pictured in my mind! The centerpieces were gorgeous too, he definitely did not skimp or cut back in any way at all. Thank-you for making the flowers so amazing!!!

She also found the most amazing red peonies for my bouquet. Best of all, I had to cut my floral budget after I began planning, and she was still able to come up with a spectacular set-up, from the chuppah to candles on the cocktail tables to centerpieces and, of course, bouquets.

  Very friendly staff. We had a tight budget and they stuck with it and it was beautiful and much more than i expected. He is very good at giving you what you want for a reasonable price.

  Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! John and his staff are very in tune with what I wanted and were very helpful and contributed fabulous ideas. In addition, the crew at John Davis Florist are so easy to get along with and at times are a hoot!

  John Davis is the best. He was extremely thorough during each visit to his shop to insure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The flowers arrived exactly at the time scheduled and they were BEAUTIFUL!

  I would highly recommend John Davis Florist! They created 15 beautiful but affordable centerpieces for our riverboat wedding reception. They were delivered directly to the boat and our carried bouquets were delivered to the hotel, and the delivery fees were very reasonable. There was one delivery mistake that was made, but it was handled very well and corrected on our bill. Mistakes happen all the time and I couldn't have asked for a better result.

  John Davis Florist did a fabulous job for our wedding! My bouquet was beautiful and the table arrangements for the food and guest tables were fabulous. I had a tight budget for John and he met with me to look at my ideal pictures and listen to my ideas and vison for my wedding. John and his team made it happen in style and on budget! They even called and texted to make sure everything was perfect upon delivery and set up.

  I was getting makeup applied when I saw my flowers...I cried because of the disappointment! The bridesmaid bouquets were just okay..very small, between 4 and 6 roses that were not very full at all. My bouquet was maybe fit for a flower girl...nothing compared to the ten photos I provided them, and they came unwrapped just after walking out, and all the roses had alreadyy started wilting and falling by the time pictures rolled around. I was so upset at the flowers that I had my matron of honor call RIGHT when I saw them, 20 minutes before walking down the aisle. The person she spoke with was very rude. She followed up and spoke with the owner, which is where the bulk of my issue lies. He is incredibly rude, with no "customer service" manners at all. I am truly surprised at the excellent reviews he received..maybe he just did not like me, I really do not know. I called him after my honeymoon to follow up and he was so rude to me, even accused us of ruining our bouquets prior to taking pictures. I started crying on the phone because he was so combative on the phone. He made me feel awful. The only thing wrong at my wedding was this florist!! The owner of this heinous flower shop is rude, with a terrible attitude. He absolutely treated me worse than any other business owner I have ever come in contact with. I don't know if it was the budget, or just plain hatred. I wouldn't use this place for one single thing ever again in my life. I wouldn't even accept a free offer! The other woman I had contact with was nice and accommodating...it was john himself who was beyond unprofessional. Maybe you have to have "roots" in savannah to be respected by him? I'll never know, but if there is one regret I have with my wedding, it is using this vendor for my "bouquets". My very well known makeup vendor and photographer even agreed at how horribly I was ripped off by these people!
