    Greenan's is great!! If you love that family feel, GO TO THEM! Every time I walk in I feel like I'm part of the family, they always remember me, and my fiance. They did a great job of helping my fiance find the perfect ring and since then they have been great with all my crazy sizing request!! I look forward to working with them again for our wedding bands!!
    Please know they did all the work custom for my ring and the jeweler is in MD so know that you won't get same day results but its totally worth it, the work he does is amazing and at the right price!

    My fiance picked out my engagement ring here, without my know (totally surprised!). I had always wanted a less commercialized place for wedding bands. Walt (the jeweler) recognized my fiance when we walked in and said, congrats, glad she said yes. We then started looking for wedding bands. They had many options to help with my process and even offered to change one of the rings around so that it would be more what I was looking for. My husband got exactly what he wanted. And I ended up going in a different direction then what I had originally thought but love it! Plus, while we were there trying on wedding bands, they had my fiance look at his first, so that they could clean my ring so it wouldn't look dirty when I was comparing it to wedding bands. It's the personal touches that make me so happy.

    My fiance got my engagement ring from here and we ended up going back to get our wedding bands. They have great prices and customer service!

    Eddie opened his own jewelry store in the Springfield Plaza shopping center in September 2009. We are so happy for him he did our rings as well as our sons and daughters rings...and now our grandson is getting married and you know where he is having his rings done!! Eddie Greenan Jewelers!!

    We heard about Greenan & Sons from several other people in my family, who use them regularly. They have a few locations, so they have tons of variety.
    My fiance said that he never felt any pressure when choosing my engagment ring, and it was the same way when it came time to find our wedding rings.
    We both immediately found rings we loved. The process there is so easy--they make you feel like family, and Damon was fun and easy to work with!

    We worked with Walt. He was very patient with us and always had a great story to tell us. My (bride) wedding band was custom made and it is beautiful, but did not cost a fortune. Each employee there greets you with a friendly smile and hello and even though you might have to wait for your turn (they have lots of customers!), it is so worth it! We will definitely go back there.

    Had 2 custom rings made in 2 weeks that were perfect. One was done in house to match an engagement ring. Eddie and staff were great, helpful and the prices were affordable.

    People still stop us to talk to us about our rings.

    They are great! I still go there every month to get my ring cleaned and they are always so professional and kind.

    The people at Greenan's were a delight to work with. Eddie was extremely friendly and helpful. He was also very patient with us. Great price and service....Greenan's is a definite gem!!!

    John Greenan & Sons Jeweler was recommended to us by friends who had purchased their wedding rings there (I loved her wedding set!). We went in after looking at other places, and found Walter Greenan to be extremely knowledgeable about diamonds plus they had some absolutely gorgeous settings! My groom picked out the wedding ring set for me and got a diamond of extremely high quality at the most reasonable price I think he could have ever found. Because I was happy with my engagement ring (and the matching band), I went back to speak with Walter and pick out my husband-to-be's wedding band, again receiving good advice and a great price. Please consider John Greenan & Sons when searching for the best quality and price in the area.

    Eddie was really helpful and the jewelry is spectacular. It does take a few minutes to get things done with them, but only because they're so great and therefore incredibly busy all of the time. I had a slight problem with my engagement ring prongs, and they fixed it same day, and its perfect now. They are our family jewelers now.

    I have to say first and foremost I have a beautiful, unique, and amazing engagement ring. I absolutely love it. It was designed by Gabriel and Company, I would go directly to them. Some of the staff were awesome, while others were rude and nasty. When you are spending thousands of dollars and making a lifetime memory like an engagement ring, you want to have an awesome experience.

    DO NOT get an appraisal done by Walter. We undervalued the appraisal of my ring by $10,000 - yes that much money. He does not know what he is doing and thank God nothing happened to my ring while it was insured under his appraisal I would not have been able to replace it. He has written two appraisals on this diamond and each time was different specs of the diamond. He clearly should not be writing appraisals because he doesn't know what he is doing. We got a second appraisal done by Helzberg Diamond by a Gemologist - it was 8 pages long with tons of information. Walter's was a couple of sentences. We thought something shady had gone on because the two appraisals of the same diamond were different, in actuality Walter just doesn't know what he is doing. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and annoyance - go somewhere else.
