  Phenomenal

  He was the BEST photographer I could have hoped Crystal Beach would choose for my wedding! His talent blew me away and he captured the most perfect photographs! If you choose him you will most definitely not regret it!

  Jon Starrett was amazing. He was very professional in everything he did. He photographed my sons wedding in Pensacola. The pictures were more than I expected. I couldn't have asked for better memories. I absolutely love the way he captured their special day. Thank you so much Jon.

  Jon photographed our wedding on Pensacola beach in May this year & he exceeded all our expectations! We discussed things I wanted done most in the months leading up to the big day and he succeeded every one of my ideas. Besides being an amazing photographer, he also helped me keep good time management on the wedding day to insure I got everything I wanted in the photos. My husband & I could never thank him enough for giving us these beautiful photos to always look back on & remember how special he made our day! We are so thankful to have found him! A lot of our family & friends have told us countless times how awesome our photographer was! I would definitely recommend him for your special day! You will not regret it!

  John Starrett is amazing! He was the photographer for my daughter's wedding, and also did engagement pictures when we were in Destin on vacation. John has unique vision, and his photos are cutting edge. John goes above and beyond in giving you what you want, while also taking creative liberty to produce one of a kind photos. Great value and customer service! Highly recommend!

  Disappointing

  Paid for a set amount of time with a set amount of edited photos for a wedding. He spent a fourth of the time paid for and half the photos. Took over 5 weeks, no editing done, mostly squinting eyes or closed. totally disappointing offered no refund because of some language in his contract that excuses him from not doing what he was paid to do. What a jam job.

  I am sorry you feel this way and had you contacted me directly I'm sure we could of come to an agreement. Please bear in mind due to several circumstances beyond my control I was not allowed the necessary time nor resources to create the full scope of photos due to weather conditions from the day. Several instances cut severely into our allotted time frame such as the tropical storm down pouring and blowing on us. My time starts when the agreed upon/scheduled start time is. As I recall the event started almost 45 minutes behind schedule. During the event I risked my $10k equipment standing under the rain and tropical force winds and small umbrella to get the pictures I could. Once the rain stopped I further agreed to stay past the time I was scheduled to allow you to go across the street to dry off and re-apply makeup. Due to the fact I had another event that day I had to leave to stay on schedule. I can not help that the wedding was planned at the brightest time of day, nor help the squinting from the bright sun over head. As for the tropical force winds there is very little I can do with hair and makeup without a makeup/hair stylist on standby. In my photography contract that was signed I can not be held accountable for time lost in circumstances beyond my control whether it be by in-climate weather or the client running behind. We have refunded you for your troubles and I again apologize sincerely.
