  Exceeded my expectations!

  If you are looking for a cinematographer for your big day, look no further! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Josiah was to work with! From beginning to end, he was great to work with. Always responsive and professional. My highlight video was an absolute dream. He exceeded my expectations. His creativity and the way he brought my venue to life was phenomenal. He captured my wedding day perfectly. He doesn't put a limit on your wedding day. He does whatever he can to capture every moment and finds things throughout the day that make beautiful touches to a video. My one request was to include a voicemail in my video somewhere. Josiah incorporated it perfectly. I have been told by many people this was one of the most beautiful videos they have seen from a wedding. This video was well worth the investment and something I will cherish forever.

  The best keepsake from our special day!

  We absolutely love the video! It is so much more than we expected! Josiah was great to work with; he's very talented and creative and just came into this with so many ideas ready to go--drones, amazing locations all over town that we would've never thought of, and just a lot of thought and care for the quality of the video. This is probably the best keepsake from our wedding day! We highly recommend him!

  Genius of Love

  Josiah is a very talented cinematographer who blends elements of documentary and drama to create an emotional film. He does this with personal prompts and an efficient filming schedule (ie not too many takes). He is a meticulous researcher who will know the filming locations better than and shows them off with beautiful drone footage. He knows how to edit the footage down to beautiful story, creating narrative where you never saw it and capturing the pure essence of emotion for the event. That’s why we call Josiah a Genius of Love.

  Wedding Video Makes Me Feel Like A Celebrity!

  Josiah and Kevin are incredible at what they do! I cannot stop watching my wedding film and it seriously makes me feel like a celebrity. The way they captured such special moments and put together a beautiful compilation of our day, set to some fun music -- it's amazing. You can NOT go wrong with hiring them. They are behind the scenes and you barely remember they are there, but they capture such awesome footage! If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer, or are between videographers, take a look at their work and see for yourself - you can't go wrong with them! I was referred to them by a friend, and I am so happy I went with them. For what you get, they are very reasonably priced, too. We are so so happy to be able to relive our wedding day over and over again thanks to Josiah and Kevin!

  I have been following Josiah’s page since before I was even engaged, so when the time came to plan my own wedding, it was a no brainer that he would be our videographer. I had very high expectations and he exceeded every one of them. If I could offer future brides/grooms one piece of advice, it would be to hire Josiah (and Kevin)!! They both are so kind, personable, professional, and BEYOND talented. I’m amazed at how they were able to perfectly capture every moment of our wedding yet were completely unnoticed (and I mean that in the best way possible!) They truly go above and beyond to make your film a one of a kind piece of art that perfectly depicts your individual story. Our video is something we will cherish forever. Thank you Josiah and Kevin for allowing us to relive our wedding day over and over again!

  Josiah is beyond talented!

  From beginning to end Josiah was a dream to work with! YOU SHOULD SEE THE HIGHLIGHT VIDEO IT IS AMAZING, My husband and I are obsessed with it! We have gotten so many comments and praises on the video and how well he did with it! He is beyond talented and really captured our day perfectly. He knows what to video and when, he put it all together perfectly with the BEST MUSIC! He really knew how to capture our day and love story magically! From the moment we met with him for some coffee to the wedding & after he was so accommodating! PLUS HE MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE VIDEO! We even did an engagement session video at a carnival, and it was added into our wedding highlight. It was truly incredible to see the finished product. We would recommend him x1000! WE LOVE YOU JOSIAH! YOU ROCK! CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS FOR YOU! - THE TRAVERS

  The most perfect Wedding Film!

  I was convinced I wouldn’t be able to have a good videographer for our wedding. All our options were either way out of our price range or didn’t have the quality of video I was hoping for. I heard so many friends say their biggest regret was not having a videographer, and this and after our coordinator recommended Josiah, I thought it had to be too good to be true. He was well within our price range, AND his work was amazing? I knew there had to be a catch. No catch at all! We also did an engagement video shoot with him and it was a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and get to know Josiah and Kevin! They worked so well with our photographers and I got so many compliments from guests about how they didn’t even notice we had videographers, and because of that we got some pretty awesome footage from our reception of guests dancing. Josiah meshed our engagement shoot with our wedding footage so beautifully. It wasn’t just a cut and dry wedding film but really told the story of us. We are so happy with our decision to book Josiah!

  It was a pleasure to work with Josiah and Kevin for our wedding. Leading up to the big day Josiah was quick to respond to questions or comments, very professional and organized and accommodating. On the day of the wedding they arrived and immediately got to work, they were very friendly and were very comfortable to be around. When we initially began wedding planning we were not considering a videographer however, once we saw his work we were hooked. BEST DECISION EVER! He was the most professional of all of our vendors—immediately responding to emails, showing up early, and producing an incredible video. All of our guests commented on how discreet he and his assistant were throughout the day yet still they captured every important moment flawlessly. Their video left family, friends, and us in tears—in the best way possible. We are especially grateful that he suggested writing a letter to each other which perfectly reflected our thoughts and feelings on the day! We can not recommend Josiah and his team enough! Thank you for doing us a beautiful service!

  What a pleasant experience we had working with Josiah and Kevin as our wedding videographers. They were so professional and provided us with a survey to complete in advance to ensure they had a full understanding of the day and how they could plan their activities to support our big day. On the day of Josiah and Kevin arrived much earlier than they needed to to get a lay of the land and plan their day. They took the opportunity to get comfortable with their surroundings and ensure they were ready to roll once the activities started. They were so great to work with throughout the day in obtaining all of the preparation shots and when the lighting was best for some great outdoor shots. all told we could not have been happier with the lead-up and day of work that they did. And then we received the videos... the product that Josiah produced so far outperformed anything we could have expected. The video is incredible from the cinematography to the audio selections could not have been more perfect. We are so excited to get to share his work with all of our friends and family. We have received so many comments that people thought it was a staged wedding simply for the video based on the incredible quality and how it all was put together. Thank you so very much Josiah and Kevin! We are so happy you were there to help us forever remember our big day!

  Josiah and his team are incredibly down to earth, quick to respond, catering and just cool people. Having Josiah film my wedding was the best decision. He captured lots of great moments- both ones that I was a part of and ones I missed! I'd prioritize this investment over photography if I had to do it again. I HIGHLY recommend Josiah and his team.   Josiah Farnsworth Cinematography was a dream to work with! We had exchanged a few emails discussing our wedding and what we wanted captured and other than that, Josiah and his team showed up the morning of the wedding and knew exactly what to do! Talk about an easy pleaser, which was very appreciated on the morning of my wedding! While filming, Josiah and his team were very considerate by keeping mostly in the background (half the time, I didn't know they were filming) but were also so much fun to be around! For the videos, I couldn't be happier. Josiah created a masterpiece with awesome music and creative cinematography! He included all the wedding day moments I wanted highlighted along with the moments I missed throughout the day, which is extremely special for me. I couldn't be happier with Josiah, thank you so much!! We will cherish these videos for the rest of our lives. If I have any advice for a bride to be, it is get a videographer...worth every penny!

  Josiah was absolutely amazing, he captured every single moment in our special day. He is not only extremely talented but also such a professional to work with. Josiah and Kevin went above and beyond to get the most amazing footage for us. If you are in search of videography for your wedding or next event look no further, you will not be disappointed!

  Josiah is not only friendly and personable, but he's so accommodating. He was there earlier than expected and took only a few shorts weeks preparing our video. The quality of his work is AMAZING! I was crying the whole time watching. He was able to capture every crucial moment of our day. I would 100% recommend Josiah for your videography needs!

Josiah got back to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, answered any questions and made the entire process smooth and easy! I was blow away by the aerial views taken by the drone and how the entire video truly captured every event in my wedding. I'm so happy with it! Don't think twice, book with Josiah!!! :)

Josiah took a leap of faith when I randomly called him and asked him to travel to Maryland for our wedding without ever meeting or talking with my husband and I. He was more than accommodating, friendly and efficient. Our wedding poured down rain the entire day. Kevin and Josiah were such troopers and did everything they could to make sure we were happy. Their professionalism is what makes them stand out. They noticed that our audio of our vows from the ceremony was scratchy so they pulled us aside to recite them again to make sure they captured the most important part of our day. In the video you can't even tell! Everyone is raving about how fantastic the video turned out and it is a perfect representation of our day. Rain or shine.

  I am beyond thrilled with the video Josiah has made us. I wasn't even planning on having one of these done because of the cost but as we got closer to our date I changed my mind. I didn't want to regret not getting one. I went online and looked to see if I could still find someone to do it that was reasonably priced and I found Josiah. He got back to me right away with his options. I saw some of his videos on his website so I thought his prices would've been double what he actually charged. I was so excited when he sent me the different options, especially because of how little I had to pay upfront and then we didn't pay the remaining until we got the DVD. I was thrilled because this meant we could use some of the money from our gifts to purchase the DVD. Then on the day of the wedding they showed up and all the ideas they had just made me so excited to actually see it all come together for the video. 5 stars really isn't enough to give Josiah. He is extremely talented and I couldn't have asked for a better video. This is something we will have forever and we can watch it every year on our anniversary. I know I would seriously regret not having this done now that the wedding is over. It would probably be my biggest regret. All of my family and friends were blown away by his talent. I know our pictures will be amazing from our photographer but nothing could ever beat having a video made by Josiah. If I could give one piece of advice for all brides, it would be to do what you have to do to get one of these DVD's. Make room in your budget. I promise you won't regret it.

  Unbelievably talented

  Josiah was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so quick with his responses as we were preparing for our wedding. The final result was more than anything we could have imagined. It looks like a movie! We were so happy with our choice - highly recommend!

  Josiah was such A pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to get to our venue early to scope it out & got some of the most amazing footage. He got us our highlight video in 2 weeks and it was absolutely everything we wanted to capture and more! Definitely recommend Josiah to video your wedding or any special event!!
