  Amazing coordination services

  The entire Joyfullyco team was an absolute delight to work with. We booked their month-of coordination services, and it helped so much with the stress of the final details. Sharon, our senior planner, was a godsend during the entire process. From curating our timeline, guiding us through our rehearsal, and managing all affairs the day-of, she was such a tremendous help. Without her, we would not have had an enjoyable wedding! On the day of our wedding, Sharon, Blaire, and Hannah were on top of it all, making sure we were staying on schedule and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. Our florals were also taken care of by the Joyfullyco team and they turned out even better than what I had envisioned. If anyone is on the fence about having a dedicated event coordinator for their wedding, I would say it is 100000% worth it! I felt that I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day because we had so many helping hands in the background taking care of all the details. Special shoutout as well to Hannah, who helped us out in the beginning with florals and initial contracts, and Blaire for handling our initial consultation and also day-of activities. These ladies are truly amazing at what they do, and they make any event experience so smooth and stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about what the Joyfullyco team has done for our wedding!!   We worked with the Joyfully Co team for their full wedding planning package and it was the BEST decision! Throughout the whole process, the team was so organized and communicative. They guided us through every part of the planning process and design decisions. We were very busy with some major life changes (multiple moves, new jobs) over the course of wedding planning and they truly took care of everything. All of the vendors they recommended to us were also wonderful.
  Our wedding day was perfect and everything was SO beautiful! The bridesmaids were all raving about how smooth and low stress the day was and I TOTALLY agree. It felt busy but not at all hectic or frantic because we just knew that Blaire and Hannah were on top of everything, all the details would be taken care of, and everything would work out 😊 They coordinated with all the vendors and made sure everything was seamless. If there were any vendor/day-of hiccups, I'm still not even aware. We are so grateful that we were able to be fully present for our wedding day. We just went/did whatever they and our photographers directed us to, focused on eachother and our guests, and enjoyed every minute. My extended family told me afterwards that they were amazed with how naturally everything flowed and all our guests had a wonderful time.

  Incredible Team - Professional, Prepared, and a Pleasure to Work With!

  Blaire and her entire team were incredible to work with on our annual fundraising event! From the initial planning meetings, they asked all the right questions and helped us think through the many minute details that need to happen to ensure a seamless and successful event. The day of the event, they arrived early and were proactive, professional, prepared, and always one step ahead. They made sure that load-in and set-up went smoothly and everything was ready to go well in advance of the arrival of our guests. All of our presenters commented on how wonderful they were backstage and made it very easy for them to be in the right place at the right time. Blaire, Hannah, Sharon, Helen, and Jay are all consummate professionals who need little direction, have a talent for anticipating needs before they arise, and just know what needs to be done. We look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for event coordination services.

  Choosing Joyfully Co. to be my wedding coordination team was easily one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I had the pleasure of working with senior planner, Sharon, and she was AMAZING! Throughout our whole time together, Sharon was so professional, organized, communicative, responsive, and sweet! I literally cannot emphasize enough how great of a job she did, and the other Joyfully Co. team members on the day of the wedding executed flawlessly as well. I had some of my friends who already got married say how they wish they had gone with Joyfully Co. as their coordinator instead. They handled even the tiniest of situations - for example, I forgot to put on deodorant on my wedding day and Sharon pulled through and saved me lol. I cannot recommend this team enough!!

  Highly Recommend! Especially for American + Korean Weddings

  We worked with Helen Kang and am so glad we decided to get a "day of coordinator". At first, I really didn't know why it would be worthwhile when we had 2 venue coordinators but oh my goodness am I glad we had Helen help us plan and think through the million things we would have never thought of ourselves. We started talking with Helen about 2 months prior to our wedding. She helped us with our timelines, rehearsal, managing outside vendors, and of course did a TON the day of the wedding. She caught a lot of little details we didn't plan out 2 weeks prior to the wedding and was VERY flexible with our billion last minute updates like adding a whole Paebaek to the timeline literally the week of the wedding. Also it was SO great that Helen was pretty fluent in Korean as a lot of my guests spoke little to no English.

  Professional and caring team

  Having Joyfully Co. coordinate our wedding was truly a "joy"! From the first meeting with Hannah, we loved the breakdown of their wedding coordination and packages, and services they offered. Everything was presented in a straightforward and easy manner. Hannah took time to get to know us as a couple, and really took the time to focus on what mattered to us when coordinating the wedding. We later on got paired with Sharon, who reached out to use exactly 2 months before the wedding. From the get go, she was so organized, and very flexible with her schedule to meet our needs. We work a lot, so finding at good time to discuss everything prior to the wedding was very important, and I am glad Sharon was very accommodating to our hectic schedule. On the days leading up to the wedding, she was so organized and kept us on track of everything we needed for our big day. On our wedding day, she and her assistants kept everything flowing so well, and smoothly. They also helped troubleshoot any problems during the wedding and helped calm my nerves throughout the day. I even had a problem with my bustle, Sharon and her team rushed to fix my dress without hesitation and helped me keep hydrated during the day! I am so grateful my husband and I used Joyfully Co., we did not regret it one bit and they exceeded all expectations. Will definitely recommend them to my friends for any future events.   The wedding master

  The Joyfully Co team made wedding planning a breeze! I knew I needed a full package planner because the idea of planning a wedding was extremely daunting. Joyfully helped me build the dream team of vendors to create my fairytale wedding day stress free. My loved ones all said they had never seen such a stress free bride. Joyfully was very responsive when I had questions throughout the process. They provided budgeting tools to help us stay on track. They provided wedding design services in the easiest way. On the day of the wedding, Blaire had every detail mastered so that I did not have to worry about a single thing. So many guests told us that we had the smoothest, most well planned wedding they had ever attended. Joyfully made the clean up process after the wedding so easy. I recommend them to all future brides! I will definitely work with them to plan future events.

  Great Wedding Planners!

  We went with Blaire and her team for our wedding, and we're so glad that we did. My fiancee and I had no idea where to start, and Blaire jumped right in and guided us throughout the whole process. She referred us to numerous vendors, many of whom we ended up booking, helped keep us on track, and handled so much of the other logistics. The thorough preparation led to a smooth wedding day, on which she and her team handled every aspect so that we could focus on enjoying our big day.

  Great Service

  Many places have 30 day service for their day of coordination, but they provided 60 day service for their day of coordination which we found to be great value. Although we went in expecting to do the brunt of the planning for a 200 guest count, they provided good advice, helpful templates/lists and noted/reminded us of details we definitely would not have even considered. They were very considerate, friendly and great to work with. The wedding reception (portion of the wedding day we hired them for) ran smoothly.

  Many places have 30 day service for their day of coordination, but they provided 60 day service for their day of coordination which we found to be great value. We worked with Hannah for the last 2 months before our wedding, and she was very communicative, extremely organized, and flexible to accommodate our time and needs. This was such a kind gesture because both my husband and I work, so we really appreciated her thoughtfulness.
  
  My husband and I thought we planned a lot for our wedding, so we went into our first meeting thinking we were prepared. However, she had an extremely thorough spreadsheet that helped us truly prepare for our wedding to the last detail. There were so many things that we would have never thought of, but because of her help, we were able to plan our dream wedding. We were so thankful to have hired a professional because it was truly worth every penny!
  
  They also have a rental package with so many options to match your style, so I highly recommend taking advantage of their deal while working with them!

  Amazing Team. Cannot ask for a better wedding planner!

  We just had our wedding in Orange County area and had Joyfully Co as our wedding planner. Blaire and the team went above and beyond our expectations. From the first meeting months before the wedding to our wedding date, Blaire and the team helped us prepare for all the details. We were even able to find many vendors through Blaire's recommendations. Throughout the preparation we were assured that we will get everything covered for the wedding date, and the team is also very flexible to accommodate any last minute changes.   We just had our wedding in Orange County area and had Joyfully Co as our wedding planner. Blaire and the team went above and beyond our expectations. From the first meeting months before the wedding to our wedding date, Blaire and the team helped us prepare for all the details. We were even able to find many vendors through Blaire's recommendations. Throughout the preparation we were assured that we will get everything covered for the wedding date, and the team is also very flexible to accommodate any last minute changes.   From the initial meeting, they were all hands on deck. I am one to worry and over analyze about every single thing, but the team always assured me that we were in good hands and were always so patient with the handful of questions I had. And I had A LOT haha.
  
  Even on the day of our wedding, they were with us side by side and everything went the way it should have been. Really, a dream wedding come true! A lot of family and guests were amazed by the flow and how organized everything was and stated how the team was so helpful with everything.

  My wife and I had our wedding about 2 weeks ago, and we are so glad that we had the joyfully team there to help make the wedding day special as it was. Blaire was a great coordinator who is honest, supportive, and pleasant to work with.   Hiring Sharon and team was the best decision!

  Sharon was the best decision I made for my wedding. My husband and I hired Sharon as our wedding planner for the last 2 months before our wedding. Sharon was not only experienced and professional, but also incredibly friendly, understanding, and empathetic at the same time. The two months leading up to the wedding, Sharon was very responsive and outlined her plan for us with her very detailed planning spreadsheet. As a program manager by profession, I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and planning expertise that Sharon showcased. I knew that I was in good hands!
  
  On the day of the rehearsal and wedding, Sharon and team were a well oiled machine! Sharon ensured that my husband and I were on time for our wedding festivities, grabbed boba for us during cocktail hour (we hired boba for cocktail hour), had enough time to eat (and drink), and we’re hydrated throughout the night. All of my guests and the wedding party were pleasantly surprised and admired Sharon’s planning and coordination skills! Sharon worked really well with my vendors which helped maintained a harmonious dynamic among my vendors on the day of the wedding.
  
  I’m really glad that Sharon was a big part of my wedding and wouldn’t have it any other way!

  We worked with the Joyfully team in 8/2023 and utilized their full design+wedding planning service. They helped us for a little under a year, and I can only sing their praises and feel so lucky to have had them at the helm. While there is a lot of DIY information on the internet and it’s tempting to try to do the whole planning process yourself, there is nothing to replace having an industry expert help keep you on task, communicate and coordinate with your other vendors, and provide unique and interesting design/style.
  
  We were planning a wedding from another state and while we both worked >80 hour work weeks so I mean it when I say we could not have done this wedding without them. They are well connected to the Southern CA region so they have recommendations for vendors that fit your vision/price point. Most of all, they are professional, with fresh ideas, very fun to be around, and humble.
  
  The day of the wedding, they set everything up, coordinated everything between the vendors, coolly handled many last second changes, kept my husband and I well fed and ordered drinks for us, and did this all in the background. It allowed me to actually enjoy the wedding day and be present with my husband and family. I highly recommend having a wedding planner/coordinator in general, and hopefully can convince you too to go with the Joyfully Co. Team.

  Sharon(one of the senior planners) and her team really gave me comfort and laughter from the very beginning of the whole process.
  She made sure that everything was on time and under control with sooo much detail!
  I was surprised that there was a lot more to a wedding than i thought but she really didn't miss a thing!
  I was also having so many doubts on how things will work and how the designs will look out but Sharon really showed her experience stand out in those moments and I was so relieved and thankful that she took all of my craziness into joyful-ness until the very end.
