  Amazing DJ

  James was amazing! He was very helpful and exceeded my expectations! He made himself available for additional questions and checked in multiple times to make sure we were on the same page. Everyone was on the dance floor throughout the night, and it was in large part to him playing for the party. I highly recommend him!

  James was very professional and helpful to my wedding day needs. Not only was he an amazing dj but he took charge and was the wedding planner as well. Organized and made sure my husband and I had nothing to worry about. I appreciated the help and feeling relaxed thanks to James on the big day.

  James and Avery we absolutely wonderful! The whole process from start to finish was professional, easy and enjoyable! James was professional, helpful, down to earth and just a one of a kind guy. We were so lucky to find him!

  So much fun!

  Wow!!!!!! We LOVED James at our wedding!!! My husband and I had very specific desires for what we wanted to hear at our wedding, and James went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our wedding atmosphere perfect! He was dedicated and professional, and made sure to learn about the cultural differences in our music taste so that he was able to provide exactly what we wanted!!! Our dance floor was so packed we had to kick everyone out for our last dance! No one wanted to leave. While our wedding was so incredible, James was also so awesome before. He spent hours on the phone with us making sure every detail was perfect, and was able to knock every curveball out of the park, in such a timely manner! He was patient and kind with us as we planned out our finances and changed our minds about so many things! He was knowledgable and helped us make great choices for our timelines and music choices! He made sure everything went smoothly on the day of and kept us on schedule, which was so amazing. I think the most incredible thing about James is how he was able to keep all of our Hispanic family members on the dance floor, ALL NIGHT LONG! So grateful! Thank you James!

  Incredible DJ from beginning to end!

  We chose to hire DJ James O’Grady after my first conversation on the phone with him. He set aside the time to go through everything with me in great detail, never making me feel rushed or like I was just another client. He made me feel like our wedding was important to him and that he wanted to make sure it was a great night. DJ James was professional but also easy-going, which was important to me as I was really more of a city hall type of bride. I wanted the wedding planning to be as easy as possible, so picking vendors who I could trust to handle everything was essential. I knew DJ James was the perfect fit. While many vendors are great with communicating only in the beginning, that was not the case with James. He was an excellent communicator from beginning to end, even when I had to call him unexpectedly the morning of the wedding. There were times when I reached out to him via text and I had a response within minutes – he really makes it a priority to remain available to his clients.
  
  He was incredible to work with in the planning process, but he was also a fantastic DJ on the actual wedding day. He always knew the right music to play – far better choices than I would have made – and our guests danced all night long. The dance floor was always the life of the party. My mother-in-law made a special request for her dance with the groom and it was not a song that you could find on Spotify or any other music streaming source. She found it on YouTube and I was not sure if James would be able to play it, but he made it happen without any problem. There ceremony and dinner music choices were just right, and he even encouraged our guests to sign our guestbook activity when he saw a lot of people had forgotten. I also had a little surprise joke for my mother-in-law that James managed to pull off perfectly.
  
  I cannot recommend DJ James O’Grady enough. Throughout the entire wedding process he was fun, professional, and trustworthy. I can assure you that if you are lucky enough to book him for your event, you will not regret it!

  A Fantastic Night!

  James was such a fantastic DJ & Host for our wedding day! He made sure everything went right for our big day. I can't get over how much involved he was with helping to plan our day. He did more than play music!! We highly recommend him :)

  Fantastic DJ for our Wedding!!

  James did an amazing job as the DJ at our wedding. Due to COVID-19 our plans were constantly changing. He kept in contact with us and was very easy to get a hold of. He was very insightful in our planning process and adaptive, when needed, with the changing plans. The music selections at our reception were exactly what we wanted. My husband and I were unsure what the night would be like with a smaller guest count than anticipated and with certain restrictions in place, but James was so easy going. He made everyone feel comfortable and most importantly people were having fun [safely] dancing!! We highly recommend James for your wedding!

  Nothing but Fun the whole time

  James was the absolute best! He was professional every time we met leading up to the date of the event. I did have some last minute changes to my bridal party and he made sure to double check it all with me before we did the introductions.   I attended a wedding where James was the D J. The bride has been a Disney fan since she was a little girl. James helped her dream come true with the amazing play list of music. As well as a Disney themed photo booth. When I get married I will be hiring James!

I contacted him in short notice and he did everything possible to make sure me, the bride in distress had nothing to worry about music/dj wise. I contacted him after 11pm the night before the wedding to change songs and he was willing to do it to make me happy. He really knows the music to get people up and dancing . I'm so glad I turned to him for my dj needs so many people at my wedding told me he was such a great dj. Thanks James!
