  Juan is an amazing photographer and we had so much fun with him! He made us laugh and helped get rid of our fake smiles. We felt that he was just as excited as we were for us to get married and to capture that moment for us. We also really appreciated that he got us some sneak peak shots of the wedding a week after to remember the moment and share with folks. It was so nice not to have to wait months and months for some shots of our wedding. Highly recommend!

  Juan was a lot of fun to work with! We liked that engagement photos were included in his packages, bonus pictures! Our pictures from both our wedding and engagement session turned out very well and Juan was easy to work with and fun. We were very pleased.

  Juan is wonderful! His eye and ability to catch amazing photos is great. Juan was very calm, easy going and open to requests. My husband and I just viewed all of our photos last night and were amazed to see some of the candid shots Juan was able to capture. Juan caught a very tender image during our vows that is an incredible photo. I didn't even know Juan was around. I would highly recommend Juan Kis to capture the moments of your special day.

  Juan did an amazing job! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to another bride to be. He was very responsive and we received our pictures back very quickly. He is a fantastic photographer and captured some amazing moments! Thank you again!

  Juan Kis was an amazing photographer! My husband and I were very pleased with his work for our wedding in June, we had him come for 6.5 hours. Juan was willing to video chat with us and talk to us anytime and he was amazing to work with. Juan went above and beyond, without even being asked during the reception he translated for our Spanish speaking family, he was very patient when we were taking pictures even though some people got rude with him he remained nice and calm. He also was very organized and made the picture taking process go as smoothly as possible for everyone. At the very end he came up and let me know that he was going to be leaving in an hour and what pictures he didn't have yet and he was very easy to work with, any pose request we had he was always more than willing to go out of his way to do them and we really enjoyed having him be our photographer. I would definitely recommend Juan Kis for photographing any of your special moments, I absolutely love my pictures I received back.

  Juan is amazing! I searched for a long time for just the right photographer. I didn't want the standard tripod stand, pre-positioned photos. I was looking for someone that could catch the feel and breath of the event. I wanted spontaneous shots as well as the standard group shots along with some magazine angle shots. Juan produced all this and more. He is the kind of photographer that is stealth! You know he is everywhere but he's so efficient you only see him here and there. Smart to do our group photos right after the ceremony-- great timing! He took over 1000 photos, caught moments that brought tears to my eyes and gave my husband and I more still memories than we had hoped for. One of my favorite shots is my daughter laughing while I am looking at her and holding her hand and everyone is standing around us. What a shot! My only regret is we didn't hire you for the dinner the night before.And the black and white finish was perfect! (he edits and colors photos for you as well!!) Juan- you truly caught the feel and tone of what we considered an amazing event. If you are looking for a photographer that is professional, polite, creative, busy, as well as traditional, and gives you much more than you hoped for, then Juan Kis is your photographer. You won't be disappointed!

  Juan Kis took beautiful high quality photos. He didn't waste a minute but was constantly at work. He had several cameras mounted to a harness so could take any shot at a moved notice. He completely put me (the bride) at ease during the whole service. He was very willing to accommodate my wishes. I didn't want to spend much money so he was willing to come photograph for me though I only hired him for two hours. He really put me at ease.
  He was easy to work with and not pushy. I would completely hire him again and refer him to any friend.

  Juan was our photographer in March for our wedding at the Academy in Vancouver. When we met Juan and saw his work we knew right away that his style was exactly what we were looking for. Juan was very personable and really wanted to get to know us so that he could translate our ceremony how we wanted. He took charge and made everyone feel very comfortable. We are so happy with our photos and were really happy with everything. He was an absolute pleasure. Would highly recommend Juan.

  Juan took excellent pictures for my wedding and for my engagement session. He worked very hard to capture every moment, while still keeping a cheerful and bright personality throughout the entire wedding day. I chose Juan as my photographer because his personality is consistent and while there are many photographers out there who can take excellent pictures, there are few who have a warm and friendly personality like Juan. However, Juan’s work is also creative and his pictures are astonishing. With a combination of the two, his skills and his humor, he makes a perfect wedding photographer. I am very pleased with my pictures.

  Juan was great to work with. We had a small courthouse wedding with a five minute ceremony, but we wanted to get dressed up and a professional photographer anyway. We had a limited budget, and other photographers came in with lower offers, but we felt more comfortable that Juan would help us with great photographs that we could share with all of the friends and family that couldn't be at the actual ceremony. Juan was on time, excited for us while also being professional, and was able to cater to special requests. Even though we were a small wedding, we felt that Juan gave us the same attention as if we were throwing a huge bash, and we were thrilled with the quality of the photos and the timeliness of his delivery.

  Juan goes above and beyond what's expected of a wedding photographer. He not only makes you feel at ease but by the end of the evening, your guests will also love him.   Quality is awful, customer service terrible .
  He should have a assistant to help out with basic thinhs because clearly he doesn’t know how to edit or even take pictures. DO NOT BOOK HIM
