    Best Decision Ever!

    Diana and Jubilee Events. Diana knows how to stay organized and make a couple feel like they are her only priority. She remembers all of the details you ask about, and she knows the perfect vendor for each budget. In addition to plan A, Diana always has a back-up plan. When our day arrived, and the forecast looked colder than usual, Diana knew who to call to add sides to our tent and make sure our grandmothers stayed warm all night. Of course, the tent really heated up when our friends and family started dancing – all thanks to Diana’s AMAZING DJ recommendation. I can’t stress this enough – I really wanted a live band, but I knew that it was out of budget. Diana said we would love our DJ and that is an understatement. So many friends have asked for his information, and we would not have found him without Diana. Every time we think about our wedding or look at a photo, we think about Diana and her remarkable ability to make the day everything you dream about. HIRE JUBILEE EVENTS!

    Fantastic!!

    I can't thank Jubilee Events enough for making my daughter's wedding day truly amazing. They went far beyond my expectations and provided excellent service, creativity and professionalism. Everything was beautiful and we are still receiving compliments. Jubilee Events is top notch and I highly recommend them.

    We worked with Libby last year for our Labor Day weekend wedding and she was nothing short of amazing to work with. From our initial phone conversation to our weekly emails, phone chats and in person meetings, she made sure to take the pressure of planning off so we could fully enjoy the process! My now husband and I live on Long Island so our Connecticut venue was a bit of a destination. She worked to make the distance work and it was a breeze! It was really important to us to be surrounded with the most professional and capable individuals to plan our dream wedding and we had just that! Libby listened to our wants and needs (with budgets, personalities, design and style in mind!) and recommended the most amazing vendors. There was not a doubt in my mind when it came to the day of the wedding that every detail would be just right! Your wedding day flies by so not having to stress over any minor details made it that much more enjoyable knowing our celebration was in the best hands possible! From our decor, to flowers, to food, music, and photography, we couldn't have been more pleased! I would HIGHLY recommend Libby and Jubilee events to any and everyone if you can make a little extra room in your budget, they were truly worth every single penny! We wish we could relive the best day over and over again!

    Thank you Diana & the Jubilee Events Team!

    My husband and I had a tented wedding in Newport, RI. Our wedding had a several custom details and moving parts. It was all executed perfectly thanks to Diana. My husband and I live in Chicago, so planning a wedding a plane ride away was a little daunting. Diana was reliable and helped make sure each detail was buttoned up. I think back to the thousands of emails I sent her over the course of our planning process, and she always answered each one promptly and professionally. Her knowledge of the wedding industry, resources, and contacts made the planning process much easier and less stressful. I was actually able to enjoy the day! Her positive, friendly demeanor made her a pleasure to work with for the 1.5 years of planning. In fact, almost three years later she still checks in from time to time to see how we are doing. Looking back, I can't imagine planning our wedding without Diana. She is truly a rockstar in her industry. Vendors spoke highly of Diana and her team so it was clear that she and the Jubilee team are well respected in their industry. It would be a mistake to plan your wedding without Diana!

    I truly can't begin to explain how INCREDIBLE Diana was throughout our whole wedding planning process.

    Joe and I had a tented wedding on our family farm where Diana helped us take the farm from a totally blank canvas to a magical vintage lounge. I trusted every decision she helped us make 100%. Diana is thorough, trustworthy and felt like she was part of the family. Each and every vendor she recommended to us turned out to be perfect for our wedding.

    1 million thank you's to Diana and Jubilee Events for creating the most incredible atmosphere on our wedding day!

    Made our wedding day perfect!

    Diana was professional and personable throughout the entire wedding planning process and especially on our wedding day! She had the difficult task of planning an outdoor wedding on a day where rain was in the forecast! She went above and beyond to have contingency plans in place! Luckily the weather cooperated and we had an amazing, unforgettable wedding. I strongly recommend Jubilee Events for any event you are planning!

    We hired Libby at Jubilee to assist with coordinating our wedding after interviewing a few other wedding planners/coordinators. Libby went above and beyond for me every step of the way and was patient, resourceful and organized. She really was my paid best friend for the month (and before) the wedding. I can't say enough to recommend her to other brides and grooms who are looking for party coordination and/or planning services.

    Working with Diana from Jubilee Events on our wedding was a pleasure!
    The entire experience with Jubilee events was great! Diana was so helpful. I felt that I had some difficult requests/situations to overcome when it came to planning the wedding, but when I presented them to Diana she handled them professionally, and always had a good solution! I didn't feel like they were so difficult after all.
    My husband and I married in the backwoods of Vermont, with no electricity, no hot water, a tiny half kitchen, and rough terrain...Diana was able to turn it into a fairy tale in one day!! Then she stayed to ensure everything went smooth, I really had nothing to worry about.
    Diana connected us to very qualified professionals, (photographer, rentals, and even the officiant!) they were all super sweet to work with! They seemed like the perfect match for us.
    Really the entire experience was so fun! I personally think a bride, or groom should have zero stress about planning the wedding, and unfortunately it seems so many couples do! It should be a time to focus on each other and have fun! My husband and I lucked out with the help of Diana and Jubilee events. It was calm, enjoyable, and exactly what we had hoped for.
    I was left with unforgettable memories that I will always cherish.

    Diana and the team at Jubilee were amazing to work with - organized, detailed, responsive and full of great recommendations for how to organize our wedding. We slept easy down the stretch of our planning knowing that Diana was on top of all of the details and making sure everything was integrated and organized. Our families loved working with Diana at the rehearsal and on the day of our wedding. We enthusiastically recommend Diana and Jubilee!

    Without Candice - our perfect wedding day wouldn't have been possible. She went above and beyond and we were SO thrilled and beyond pleased with how everything turned out. It was a beautiful day and we said our I DO's in front of loved ones and enjoyed every moment of it - wouldn't have changed one single thing. Candice's team at Jubilee Events are all-stars and are incredible! We would like to thank them for everything they did for us - their recommendations were spot on too - every vendor suggested WOW'd us with such beautiful, meticulous details and going the extra mile. We were truly touched - Diana is awesome and Molly is the best intern, too! Referrals absolutely go without saying - if you're looking for a wedding planner to help you with your day, this team is the best in the business!!!

    I first discovered Jubilee after I had picked my wedding venue. I was searching through wedding blogs of other weddings that had also taken place at the Saybrook Point Inn, and I saw one that was gorgeous - the flowers, the lighting, everything looked perfect! I noticed that Jubilee had been the wedding planner, so my mother and I immediately contacted them.

    Candice's vision of our wedding was exactly what we wanted, before we even knew it. All I knew going in was that I wanted a romantic, elegant vibe. Everything else was her idea and imagination. The wedding was more than I could have ever asked for - everything was gorgeous, and everything went extremely smoothly! Every single vendor we used was from their recommendation - they really know the industry, especially in CT.

    In the final weeks leading up to the wedding, and the day of, Diana was beyond helpful. I didn't have to worry about anything all night. Even when part of my train ripped half-way through dancing, Diana whisked me out of the room and quickly pinned the dress back into place! Perfection.

    It's bittersweet now that the wedding is over, because it was the best night of my life, but the process of working with Diana and Candice was so fun!! They took a few small ideas and made an absolute dream come to life!

    A book title once declared that it takes a village to raise a child, I think Diana Chouinard could write her own book about the village she assembled to plan our tri-cultural wedding. We had horses, sitar players, a string trio, 3 outfits, multiple caterers, 20+ vendors, all on the same day. Despite all of this, Diana handled all the details & moving parts with exceptional grace, eagerness, and aplomb.

    Diana would take ordinary ideas and tastefully embellish them. For example, our escort table was transformed into a gorgeous ombre arrangement of colorful macaron boxes, stuffed with handmade green tea & chai macarons (my husband and I are of East Asian and South Asian descent respectively). When you work with a wedding planner, you expect these details to be fine tuned, but the thing I especially liked working with Diana was that it felt like a true collaboration. She would take my initial idea and refine it so it came out even more gorgeous than it was before. She did this all while making me feel warmly included and welcome in the planning.

    Clients are not the only people who feel this way about Diana.When I would tell vendors that I was working with Diana, I heard the relief and pleasure in their voices. Vendors like working with Diana because she is respectful, straightforward and courteous. Among my guests, Diana was accessible but not invasive, an ideal combination. One of my guests said of Diana, "she was wonderful. The day of the wedding, she made it a point of staying out of the way, but when approached by me, she was totally gracious & helpful"

    The most frequent comment we heard about our wedding was that it was "lovely". I think that word sums up my experience with Diana - she has a lovely demeanor, lovely ideas, and is lovely company during your wedding planning process. She will not push you towards ideas that aren't you; instead, she will supportively guide you through the experience from Day 1. I highly recommend Diana at Jubilee Events.

    Hiring Jubilee Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. It was really important to us that we work with someone who was the “right fit” and Diana and Jubilee Events were exactly that! Having researched and interviewed many companies in CT, we were thrilled with the opportunity to work with them. From the onset, we were impressed with their level of professionalism, expertise and interest in not only perfecting the logistical details but their mindful consideration of the design aspects (which was very important to me!). My husband and I were overseas while we were planning, which was no challenge at all for Diana. She was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with, making the distance seem like a total non-factor!

    One of the most important things that I learned throughout planning our wedding is how essential it is to work with somebody who has developed strong relationships within the industry. Because of Diana’s knowledge and rapport with vendors, she turned what could have potentially been an overwhelming experience into an absolutely delightful one – connecting us with the best of the best, from catering to floral to stationery and so on!

    As anyone will tell you, planning a wedding can be very stressful and it can be easy to lose track of all the “happy” leading to the big day. Diana had this wonderful ability to keep the experience positive by taking on the tricky/stressful stuff herself and allowing us to enjoy the process – and for that, we are forever thankful!

    The day of was absolutely amazing. Everything just fell into place, thanks to Diana’s meticulous planning, execution and our all-star team of vendors. We will never forget how special it was and the role that Diana and Jubilee Events played in it.

    Needless to say, we HIGHLY recommend Diana and Jubilee Events! ☺

    I can't imagine a better partner through the winding road of planning a wedding. Candice and team at Jubilee events are unmatched in style, execution, and support. Every last detail was attended to with perfection, and my every wish for the day came true as if through telepathy.     Diana from Jubilee Events is incredible! My husband and I hired Jubilee Events to plan our wedding from the very beginning, and it was absolutely worth it! We both lived out of state, and I knew I was going to need help. In stepped the talents of Diana, and I never had to look back. I never thought I would be able to afford a wedding planner, but Jubilee Events is not only worth the expense, but it makes the entire process so much more enjoyable. Instead of stressing about whether I was going in the right direction with my plans, I always had the ability to go to Diana with questions or concerns. And, when I was overwhelmed I was able to ask for her to take on the workload for me. It allowed me to enjoy the process of planning my wedding. I can look back at my wedding day, and thank Diana and the whole Jubilee Team for being there. We never had to worry about a thing!

    Diana Chouinard of Jubilee Events was my Day of Coordinator. I initially thought I could handle everything myself and I didn't need any help. I also thought that I couldn't afford a planner and wasn't convinced that the money I would spend would be worth it. I was planning my wedding from afar, and as the day approached I started to feel very overwhelmed. That's when I contacted Jubilee Events and was introduced to Diana. She impressed me with her professionalism and knowledge, and I even though I was still hesitant about hiring help, I was sold! Looking back, I wish I would have contacted Diana earlier in the process. She stepped in to tackle so many of my headaches including last minute linen changes, problems with the transportation company, and the priest's request for specific flowers for the wedding on the night of the rehearsal! She was always available and quick to respond to my email messages and phone calls. She was also a great help with choosing the design elements for the reception, contacting and working with vendors, setting up the decor to my specifications, I could go on and on! Don't hesitate to hire Diana or any of her team at Jubilee Events! They are fantastic and well worth the money spent!

    Working with Candice at Jubilee Events was the best decision I made for our wedding. I was a little hesitant about getting a planner at first, as I thought it was an unnecessary luxury. I was wrong. I am an extremely good planner, but I wanted to be able to relax and enjoy my big day. Thanks to Candice, that is exactly what I got to do. I just knew anything I threw at her, I could consider taken care of. I took the route of working in tandem with Candice on everything to achieve my vision, and the day was amazing. She responds very quickly to emails, and always has such an excited and positive attitude about everything. Whether your email is about something as big as the dinner menu, or as small as where to source personalized pencils, she handles it with enthusiasm. She has a great list of vendors at her disposal as well. The entire team is so cheerful and enthusiastic. They are also very creative and brimming with fresh ideas. It may seem expensive to get a planner, but it is worth every penny for what you get out of it. My day went off without a hitch and was just as I wanted it to be. Hire Candice and her team!!

    Candice and her team could not have taken my vision and transformed it into the best day of our lives. I initially met with Candice over a year in advance and explained to her what was most important with me and what items I hoped to save on. She was flexible, kept me on task with items I needed to make decisions on and was always responsive to my somewhat random one question emails. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, it was a gorgeous day for an outdoor tented wedding and the inside of the tent wowed so many guests thanks to the team of talented vendors Candice worked with. From the beautiful table linens to the perfectly placed escort cards, I honestly could not have asked for anything more and I truly appreciate all the hard work Jubilee Events put into our day.

    We had the pleasure of working with Diana for create our magical evening amongst family and close friends. When I saw the room I literally cried real tears. Diana created such a romantic intimate setting for everyone to enjoy. From insipration to design and execution Jubliee Events is wonderful!

    Very professional to every detail

    JUBILEE EVENTS/ DIANA CHOUINARD

    I was stressing out about planning and organizing our daughter's wedding. Like every Mother, she just wants to give her daughter her fairytale wedding. Thanks to Diana this was possible.
    Diana was there for us any time day or night and no question was ever over looked. She answered all our concerns and even gave us things to think about without ever feeling any pressure. She took care of all the details big or small as they came along.
    We were able to enjoy the the entire wedding day from start to end knowing that Diana had it all under control. She would occasionally check in with us to ask if there was anything we needed. She had it all covered. Diana saw it all the way thru to our last guest leaving that evening. She was our Angel!
    She helped us with the rehearsal dinner and the morning after Brunch in which was just as important to us because we had so many friends and family that had travelled from far away and we knew that we wanted to spend time with them in a less formal atmosphere. Again it was such a delight.

    Diana did such an amazing job with our daughters wedding that we hired her for our second daughters wedding. It was an entirely different style wedding but again every detail was taken care of! We were able to relax and enjoy the entire evening and visit with all our friends and family.

    JUBILEE EVENTS/Diana Chouinard has become such a personal part of our life that we were thrilled to have her plan our daughters BABY SHOWER. It showed the passion that she has and she was complimented by our friends and family.
    Thank you Diana for all the care and love you put into everything!

She was always available when I had questions or needed her opinion, she recommended some really outstanding last minute vendors, and made sure we enjoyed our wedding from start to finish.     I just don’t even know how to thank Candice and her staff enough for what they did on our wedding day. She was behind the scenes orchestrating so many aspects but most of all, she kept me and my husband calm and free of any worry. Our wedding day was wonderful and she played a huge role in our happiness. What I loved too was how she was on board from the start and went above and beyond what we had contracted her for. She really exceeded our expectations. We’re even using her for a surprise anniversary party for my parents next year. I’ve given her name to all my girlfriends and will recommend her to all couples looking for a planner!
