Anna Martin was Awesome!
I can't say enough about Anna and Julep Events. I just had a wedding in March for my older daughter in our hometown of San Antonio...but my younger daughter wanted to get married in Fort Worth and I had no contacts. Anna was so helpful with recommendations, advice and being very organized. She was always looking out for us and putting out fires before I ever saw smoke! Anna worked behind the scenes confirming and double checking each vendor. I can honestly say I relaxed and enjoyed the whole wedding weekend knowing that she was in charge. Thank you Anna! You were amazing! -

We are beyond pleased with Julep Events. Jazmine and Anna were rockstars! Jazmine did amazing work leading up to the wedding to help us make sure everything was in order and to help us with anything we needed. They did a wonderful job on our wedding day! Setting up, keeping things on schedule and breaking everything down, they ensured our day ran as smoothly as possible and that we had a perfect day. And our day was perfect! Couldn't have done it without them! -

Hiring Ginny of Julep Events was the BEST decision I made related to my wedding (besides my choice of husband of course)! She was always there to answer my many many questions and made the planning process fun and enjoyable! On the day-of, her calm presence made everything feel as if it was exactly as it should be, even if it wasn't (life happens). Ginny and her input/contribution were invaluable and she is worth way more than I could have ever paid her for her services.
I was one of those impacted by the pandemic and she helped me through that time of uncertainty and we ended up with a beautiful and intimate wedding, thanks to her. She was having to change dates, venues, etc and through it all, I knew the ball wouldn't be dropped because she is incredibly competent!
She always had great recommendations and knew so much about the whole process and all of the vendors in the area, which was so helpful because I knew nothing. She went FAR above and beyond, and I am forever grateful for all she did. I cannot recommend her enough! Best money ever spent. She is amazing and creates beauty effortlessly. -

Ginny was absolutely great! She helped pull everything together the weeks leading up to the wedding and especially the day of. Even when the DJ packed his things before allowing us to have our Last Dance (we were on time, she made sure we still enjoyed the moment and it was perfect. My whole wedding was PERFECT and we could not be happier.

I am so happy Julep Events was recommended to me! Originally I thought I could do everything for my wedding by myself but around 6 weeks out I started feeling incredibly overwhelmed as I needed to start creating timelines and really hammer out all the details. Thankfully Ginny still had availability and from our first conversation, I knew she was going to be just what I needed. Ginny is so organized and thoughtful, and I could tell she wanted everything to go perfectly for us. I told her everything I’d planned up to that point and really handed the wedding over to her, which was such a relief. Ginny not only took care of everything for me that I had planned, but she came up with wonderful ideas I hadn’t even thought of and my guests are still talking about them! On top of that, Ginny is incredibly professional, positive, and sweet. I am so glad to have found her and I whole heartedly recommend Julep Events. We were able to just enjoy our wedding day and not worry about anything because it was all taken care of! -

Ginny is wonderful! Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning. She helped me by going over my timeline and making sure I wasn’t missing or overlooking any part of the day, coordinating all the vendors a couple weeks before the wedding, and handling ANY questions anyone had on the day of the wedding. She is detail oriented, thoughtful, and so great to work with. My day would not have been as stress-free as it was for me without Ginny! -

Julep Events was a recommendation from my photographer, so I knew they had to of been good! The owner Ginny was so nice and responsive with my last minute inquiry. Haley the coordinator helped with my timeline, rehearsal, venue walkthroughs, and never missed a small detail. Julep Events made sure my wedding was perfect! Thanks so much
