Julia was incredibly helpful to have on wedding day and prior to! She was my go to girl who helped me when I was indecisive, she reminded me of things I had forgotten, coordinated loads and she made sure everything went perfect the day of!!!!

Julia is the best!! She was so helpful throughout the entire process and always a joy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her and trusting her to do everything that she did and knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about it and that it would turn out the way I wanted. I also knew that anything I mentioned to her about ideas or something that needed to get done that she would be on top of it. She is very organized and timely and went over things I had never even thought of. She was always happy to help me with whatever I needed big or small. I was able to be a lot more relaxed on my wedding day because I knew she was handling everything and there wouldn’t be any problems. 10/10 can’t recommend enough! -

Take this as your sign to book Julia as your wedding planner/coordinator!!! I have spent the past 18 months working with Julia and became to know her very well. On first impression, Julia exceeded my expectations with her friendliness and incredible organization. She has such a sweet and contagious personality which is something everyone should look for when hiring a wedding planner. You can tell she loves what she does and that shines through her planning. She is so down to earth yet able to become assertive to overcome any obstacles put in the way. Because of this, there was never a moment I became a "stressed bride". I knew with confidence she was there to address any of my concerns and jump through hoops for us! There was never a conversation or question she wasn't prepared for!
We used Julia from day one to plan our special day with over 300 guest. Julia took charge immediately coordinating multiple vendors and creating our save the dates and invitations. I was finishing up my last year of veterinary school while planning our wedding. Because of my crazy schedule, I left a lot of decisions up to Julia and had to reschedule multiple meetings. Julia was always flexible and able to adapt to my schedule every time. I mean this when I say I could NOT have done this without Julia. She planned and absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding day for us. I would choose her over and over again. I hope you choose her too because you will not regret it!

I could not say enough GREAT things about Julia if I tried!
She made our special day so wonderful!!! Seriously, she put out so many fires with shifty/shady vendors and was always so helpful and on top of every single little detail! And holy cow, the actual wedding day ran SO smoothly— completely effortlessly— all thanks to Julia running around and making sure every person and decoration and flower was exactly where they needed to be at the right time. I really could not thank her enough because looking back on the day, I really only have memories of feeling so relaxed and excited, having the sweetest time with my friends, family, and husband, and just taking in all the precious details. No stress, no logistics, no concern about something missing or being late!
Could not recommend Julia enough! A complete life saver during the entire engagement season and wedding planning process! -

WOW. We are so impressed with how well Julia managed our big day, from start to finish! Every time I spoke with her leading up to the wedding day, my stress about how things would go melted away. The chaos of planning a wedding can be SO taxing; I know without a doubt that we wouldn't have had such a magical wedding if it wasn't for her. She is an absolute master at exuding calm, is extremely organized, and handled every little thing that came her way, going above and beyond our expectations! We got to enjoy our wedding day and each other instead of worrying about all the details, which is exactly what I wanted. In the early stages of planning, I wondered if I would really need a day of coordinator since we were having such a small, intimate wedding in our backyard with a conservative budget. Now I can say it was the best decision I made during the entire planning process! Absolutely worth every penny. Would 1000% recommend Julia to anyone who wants to focus on their love for their spouse and the magic of celebrating while surrounded by family and friends...instead of the making a billion decisions and worrying about all the possible outcomes! Julia made our wedding day the most perfect day of my whole life. She really deserves all the credit. I never stressed, not ONCE, while planning my wedding. How many people can say that? She is thoughtful, organized, professional, and the kindest person. Her organization is something to admire in itself. If something went wrong on my wedding day, I never knew it. As diy-ers my husband and I thought we’d need very little help with planning but we quickly realized the opposite! We found Julia and her month of wedding package and it was perfect for us! She was more than helpful along the way with her scheduled zoom calls and e-mails to keep us on track and helped with any and all ideas that we had so that we were able to relax and have a stress free day. From timelines (that she made weeks in advance - for absolutely everyone) to the layout of the entire ceremony and reception space - she was on it! Julia handled all of the communication with the vendors and was able to keep everyone (even the whole fam) coordinated and on time for the rehearsal and the day of. She was on top of literally everything (even when I wasn’t). Her attention to detail was amazing (even checked the house the night before for outlets to make sure every vendor was taken care of) - the timelines, decorations, and the vibe of the day was all because she is amazing at what she does. She even made a last minute Publix run to get my bouquet and wedding cake! My husband and I could write a novel on every detail and situation that she help us with lol. I can never ever thank her enough for making our dream day come true. We are so thankful to her and it was such a pleasure to have her join us on our special day ❤️ -

She’s Amazing!
Julia was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in September 2022. She was an absolute God send. Our check-ins were so productive and put me at ease. She was very well organized. She connected with all the wedding vendors and was out at ease that everything would be perfect for our big day. Our wedding day was absolute perfection not major hiccups at all, and that’s a testament of how great she worked with us. She had tons of knowledge and was able to cover things I hadn’t even thought of. She kept us all on schedule as well. I’m addition we had to move to the rain backup plan, which she helped to pull off last minute. I highly recommend Julia to anyone. -

They said some of the best heroes do not wear capes. Julia is definitely one of them. She was able to take ideas from two people that had never been to a wedding and give them a magical day to remember. She explained everything to us, always communicated with us. She was ALWAYS early to every meeting. My makeup/hair cancelled the night before... and this amazing woman found someone literally in hours! I cannot explain how lucky I was to have found her to be my coordinator. She was born for this! -

Julia is fabulous to work with!
I hired Julia after interviewing at least one other wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding. Julia was confident without being overbearing. She had suggestions when I needed input but did not force her opinions -- a perfect balance. I also appreciated her availability and responsiveness. During the actual wedding weekend I had multiple people comment on how calm I appeared. That is truly a testament to the confidence I had in Julia. She contacted all of the vendors and provided an excellent timeline -- I knew she was on top of things! She made sure my daughter was well taken care of and was the go-between for myself and all the vendors during the wedding weekend so that we could just enjoy the special day! -

I could write a short novel about all Julia did to make sure our day was perfect from start to finish. She is thorough, personable, responsive, passionate, and so so wonderful to work with. Some of the biggest reasons I would recommend Julia is because she makes her schedule work with yours, I work crazy hours and she worked around all of those for planning. The "weekend timelines" she created for everyone made it so everyone could be on time and know what they needed and where they needed to be.
As far as our actual wedding day goes, we had a complicated wedding. We had a location at our home for the ceremony, and an offsite location for our reception and a TON of out of town guests. Not to mention it poured all morning. Julia made sure everyone parked correctly, got where they needed to be on time, she even brought towels to help dry the chairs. She ran our music for the ceremony, and helped make sure proper accommodations were in place for elderly family members. Planning a wedding during Covid was not easy and Julia helped me come up with a plan to make sure everyone was safe and healthy and no one got sick after our wedding with 150 people.
Like I said, I could go on for days about how amazing Julia is and how lucky we were to have her be a part of our day. I am the type of person who can find something "wrong" in any situation but can thoroughly say when we look back on our wedding day that not a single thing went wrong (the rain even cleared!) We consider her a great friend and are so blessed to have had her to help us! She will be the best addition to your big day and making sure it runs perfectly! -

Julia is absolutely incredible! I found her on Instagram because of a mutual friend. What a lifesaver to find her that day! Not only is Julia meticulously organized in the planning stages, she is a positive guide that allowed me to keep my sanity throughout the whole process.
Although she did a wonderful job in the planning stages, where she really shined was in the last couple of weeks and day of. She had everyone in line, from vendors to wedding party. From family to myself. She kept us all on track! I particularly appreciated the extensive timeline/organization tool she used leading up to the day. It have every little detail. This included (but not limited to) vendors list and contacts, decorations list and locations, entire seating chart, and timeline for both bridesmaids and groomsmen. I cannot say this enough- my wedding would not have been the same without her! I received various compliments on the organization of the wedding, and I know, without a doubt, it was in large part because of her. 100000/10 stars.
Hire Julia for your big day or any special event!! It will be the best decision you ever made (besides choosing to marry your spouse, of course)!
