  Juniper Sweet Treats provided a beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding this past weekend. I have been to many weddings, and I have never heard so many guests comment about how much they loved the cake! Thank you, Yvonne!

  Amazing Experience!

  I wasn't sure if I wanted a cake at first but at the last minute decided I did want one. I was specifically trying to find someone who could make a rum cake- wedding cake that matched our theme and decor. We were able to find this amazing company, do a tasting, and figure out the design and details without missing a beat. She also delivered the cake to our venue! Absolutely amazing experience all around! 10/10 recommendation...we truly lucked out with Juniper!

  Hands down best red velvet cake

  Hands down best red velvet cake I've tasted. Yvonne was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to choosing a design and flavor for my wedding cake. I ended up going with a simple 10" cake, red velvet with cream cheese frosting. It was absolutely beautiful and so delicious. I honestly thought all red velvet tasted the same but this was next level. Thank you so much!

  Juniper Sweet Treats crafted the most delicious, moist, and beautiful wedding cake we could have ever imagined. From start to finish Yvonne was an absolute delight to work with. Guests said it was the best wedding cake they have ever tried! We could not recommend Juniper Sweet Treats highly enough! It was the best!

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Juniper Sweet Treats on creating the cake I had envisioned for a good portion of my life. My cake was memorable and tasted so good. Good as in you could taste the quality of the ingredients, unlike some to these bakeries that use artificial ingredients. The entire process from our first our first meeting to the delivery of the cake was stressless and professional. Yvonne is personable and takes the time to fully understand what her client wants. Since my wedding I have been a repeat customer, purchasing cakes for work events and birthdays. Juniper Sweet Treats will not disappoint!

  I reached out to over ten bakeries to find our wedding cake and Juniper Sweet Treats was the only bakery that continued to communicate and answer ALL of my many questions. They were so flexible to work with and easy to communicate with. I send a few pictures as inspiration for the cake as well as an idea for cake/icing flavor and left the rest up to the pros at Juniper Sweet Treats. I didn't have to worry about anything with Juniper Sweet Treats come wedding day. The cake looked and tasted better than I could ever imagine (we received so many compliments from our guests). Thank you!! We will continue to use Juniper Sweet Treats for all special occasions and will recommend to friends.

  Scrumptious and great value!

  While our wedding venue/catering came with a station of bite sized desserts, we also wanted a cake for the symbolic cake-cutting moment. Because this was an additional dessert, we wanted a two-tier, relatively simple buttercream design that gave an extra punch of flavor. And Yvonne got it just right!
  
  We did a tasting with Yvonne about 1.5 months ahead of our wedding date. Yvonne hand delivered a set of cupcakes with our chosen flavors to try: coconut, lemon, and salted caramel (along with some homemade fillings). All of the cakes and Swiss Meringue buttercreams were delicious and what we loved most was that they tasted homemade. It really scratched the sweet tooth itch without being overwhelmingly sweet. We decided to go with the coconut cake, coconut buttercream, and a mango fruit filling and couldn’t have been happier with the result on the day. You could tell that the cake was still fresh, unlike when you order from some larger bakeries that keep orders in the fridge for a few days.
  
  For the design, we shared a few photos of simple patterned white buttercream cakes with Yvonne for inspiration and she gave us exactly what we wanted. We bought a few pops of flowers from our florist that matched our bouquets and Yvonne placed them beautifully on the cake when she delivered it.
  
  Overall an incredible experience working with Yvonne and we couldn’t recommend her more highly for other couples getting married in the DC area and wanting a great tasting and affordably priced cake. She is a pleasure to work with.
