I truly do not have the words to express how amazing Raquel and her team are! We opted for the wedding coordination package and were just blown away by her level of service that she provides! From the start, Raquel was polite, professional, and helped ease my worries...even before the package had officially begun. Once it was go time, she sent me the most wonderful spreadsheet. Everything was SO thorough, she really had thought of everything!!!! She also went above and beyond, picking up our desserts on the day of the wedding when we couldn't fine anyone else to step in and help us out.
I know everybody says this...but our day was truly PERFECT thanks to Raquel and her team. The ceremony time was 5:30 on our invites, and at 5:20 she had everyone was lined up and ready to go! Throughout the night, she checked in on me and my husband to make sure everything was going well. Towards the end of the night, a few of my guests started getting rowdy and Raquel handled it like nobody else could! I seriously did not even know that anything happened until my mom told me about it the next morning. When people ask me, "What was one thing you would change or that didn't go well the day of your wedding?" My response is always, "NOTHING!!!"
I have nobody but Raquel to thank for that. If you're looking for a coordinator, look no further! I can only imagine what her planning packages must be like!!!!!!
I also just have to mention that she is such a wonderfully kind human, even outside of her work. I am a teacher and posted an Amazon wishlist to my Instagram for my friends to see, and Raquel purchased materials for my classroom! -

Raquel and the Just Say Yes team are incredible!
We hired her as a coordinator for our wedding and we are so, so grateful that we did. We had our wedding this past June in a "raw space" venue with both indoor and outdoor spaces, and had to coordinate across all of the different vendors we were bringing in along with many family members. Raquel was so great at reading the room and really working with every different personality involved in our wedding from the first day we met her. She eased all of our planning stress in the last 2 months leading up to the wedding by helping us with our timeline, providing final design and planning recommendations, and even hooking us up with an awesome upgrade with one of our vendors!
On the day of the wedding, Raquel and her team ensure every little detail ran so smoothly for us. After the wedding, we found out there had been a few small hiccups come up throughout the day (as is generally the case with large events), but we had no idea because she handled them so swiftly and smoothly that no one even noticed! We are so grateful for her amazing work and how seamless our day was. -

Raquel and the Just Say Yes team made our wedding everything it was. She is organized, kind, timely, understanding, and easy to work with. She kept us on task throughout the planning process with google calendar events, made great recommendations for vendors if prompted, worked to understand our vision and our budget, and helped to execute it perfectly.
On our wedding day, Raquel and her team were available at all times. They kept in touch with all our vendors and ensured everything played out as we had planned. I really cannot recommend Raquel and the Just Say Yes team enough, she made everything easy to manage on our end, and we never saw her sweat. 10/10. -

Raquel and her team executed our ambitious vision with care and attentiveness. Our ambitious vision included a Japanese traditional sake ritual, the groom performing with a Mariachi band, a separate late night jazz jam session, and sushi bar combined with our main catering, all at a venue that had an incredible view of the NY skyline, but was also subject to potential rain (thank goodness it didn't), and all were executed well thanks to her and her team. We had her for the two month coordination package, and from the start she was very helpful with advice that we had no experience in, and was able to provide any resources and tools that we did not have the capacity for, especially towards the last few days before the big day. On the day of, she led the way with consistent communication and when there were any hiccups, she had a plan and made sure we were on board. Thank you to Raquel and her team, for supporting such an unforgettable day! -

My partner and I are wedding videographers. Raquel and Rochelle were an absolute joy to work with! From the start of the wedding day, and all the way to the very end of the night, they were extremely kind, approachable, professional, organized, and communicative. They made a HUGE difference in our workflow throughout the day by offering to help at any point, and checking in to make sure we were ok. They treated us as a part of their own team. I felt incredibly comfortable coming up to them to ask for help or to ask any questions. To all the potential clients out there - HIRE THEM AS YOUR WEDDING PLANNER/COORDINATOR. They are very well connected in the industry, are excellent communicators, and will give you the greatest client experience. They care about their couples and vendors. You can tell they LOVE what they do and they are GOOD at it. -

I HAD LITERALLY THE PERFECT WEDDING BECAUSE OF JSY NY! The team was quick on their feet, helped with anything and everything I needed, and really helped my nontraditional and creative visions come to life. Raquel even helped set up a painting station and lots of quirky decor in a beautiful way. Do yourself a favor and hire these babes!!!! -

Raquel was heaven sent! She took over 3 months prior to our wedding date and I couldn’t have felt more supported. She is so detailed oriented and extremely efficient. Raquel is absolutely fantastic. She made us feel comfortable as we expressed our needs as a Latinx family how important it was to communicate with my family and she owned it. As a DJ, I recently had the privilege of working with Raquel and the Just Say Yes team for a wedding, and I have to say, they are amazing! From the first time we spoke, Raquel was incredibly friendly, organized, and just a joy to work with. She took the time to really understand the bride and groom's vision and made sure that everyone was on the same page.
Throughout the planning process, Raquel was always available to answer questions and provide updates. She made everything feel seamless, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely perfect. Raquel and her team were on top of everything, making sure that all the vendors were in sync and that everything ran on time.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Raquel of Just Say Yes and she was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! As a Professional Wedding Officiant in this industry for almost a decade, I know that all Planners are not made equally, and Raquel stands head and shoulders above the rest. She is organized, professional and kind. She carefully thinks through every contingency and is two steps ahead of everything, so the couple don’t have to worry about anything. Wedding planning during COVID has been a challenge for everyone, but to have someone like Raquel and her team by your side during this process is what every couple needs. If you’re getting married and looking for an amazing Planner who is on top of her game and will deliver, HIRE HER! I promise, you wouldn’t regret it! -

Where to start! We got engaged in the beginning of 2020 and first thing we wanted to check off was a wedding planner, especially after going thru the pandemic.
We wanted some who was:
Organized, task orientated, managed events in various settings, someone who took charge. We also wanted someone who understood how important it was to incorporate our cultures together, who will get how to blend tradition with modern and keep our integrity.
What we got was this and so much more:
Raquel met every single thing and more!! After a month of searching and several failed interviews I was recommended Raquel. I had no background info on her or her company but I was willing to give it try. Within hours of emailing her we set a time for a call and we hit it off! Raquel was straight forward, she explained that she has been in the wedding business for many many years but 2021 she was going to start out on her own. She provided me with info of her employer knowing well that I could have gone to them instead, but she was extremely transparent and we really appreciate that. She then led with her background in management and event planning. We spoke about being BIPOC and how important that is to her and the clients she serves. We hit it off within 5 minutes on the phone, I gave her my vision of mixing Mexican/Ecuadorian cultures with a modern twist and she was on it. She was coming with ideas that I also had and I knew then that she was the one to make our wedding a reality. We started planning in Nov 2020 and married in Oct 2021. Raquel was always communicating with us, searched vendors for us, handled the contracts and communication, had deadlines set up, kept us in budget. She kept it real, she knew when to say "hey maybe we can try something else out" I loved it, she had a back up plan for everything! She also kept in mind our families and how important it was to show our families how a 1st generation couple can still keep our roots but also embrace our cultural backgrounds. Raquel was a true blessing. On the big day she and her team were amazing, always made sure I was happy and taken cared of. Things probably went wrong but I had no idea, that's how smooth the day went for us.
We spent many months planning this wedding Raquel has become much more than our planner but a true friend, she had our backs and we wish her all the best in her company. We are truly honored to have had Just Say Yes conduct our wedding!!!! -

JSY are Brooklyn wedding planning experts + rock stars!
We could not be more thankful to Raquel and her all-star team for her exceptional month-of-coordination of our wedding in September. We were hosting a multi-venue, dance floor-centric, love-letter-to-Brooklyn celebration and Raquel understood our vision and made sure our day was beautiful, flawless, and just SO damn fun. It was no easy task with the mix of vendors and DIY/friend supported aspects of our wedding, not to mention making our multilingual and ESL guests feel welcome, but Raquel killed it. She was super attentive during our walk through and subsequent timeline planning, asking us questions and giving us expert advice on the flow of the day. When the day came, we felt completely supported and taken care of. She adapted the flow of events to our mood, like giving us a moment alone from our guests when we needed it, corralling family for some last minute adds to our photo shot list, and letting us stay with our guests and forego some of the formalities we no longer felt like doing. We could go on and on. Just Say Yes was among the best decisions we made for our wedding and we cannot recommend Raquel enough! -

I had worked with Raquel (Rocky) when she assisted Tara, my wedding coordinator - and it has been absolutely amazing, watching Rocky lead her own company and consistently create magic! We had an unusual request. We needed a short 2-3 hours of coordination on the day for our son's 1st birthday party. It was a very special ask, which she was so amenable to.
Rocky sent a spreadsheet to us, which laid out: vendors, set up, timeline, floor plans, guest list, and walk through. It was so incredibly detailed, and one of my pressure points was having to coordinate among vendors - some of whom were not responsive or timely.
Rocky took the lead that day, navigated everyone around a tight-space, was professional and friendly, did not allow ANYONE to trample over our desires - even if they were close family and friends. She even helped us MC special-requests over the loud restaurant because my husband and I were a ball of nerves trying to greet everyone and thank everyone for their gifts and presence. She made it possible for us to have incredibly precious and priceless moments like these. As someone who revisits and relives memories through pictures, I get a warm fuzzy glow every time I see the happiness that radiates. -
