  I used Just Linen for my small private ceremony in August and the suits were perfect. Now we are having a larger wedding celebration and I ordered additional suits for groomsmen and they all arrived in a timely fashion and fit perfectly. These are really beautiful suits.
  
  My husband lost weight so I ordered him new pants ( also didn't like the pleated fit he had worn earlier, I think the flat pant is much more flattering) and at the last minute after talking with Just Linen we realized they were out and for a moment it looked like he was going to be wearing the old pleated baggy pants. But Just Linen made it happen!!! They found a larger size, tailored them down, overnighted the new pants to me and made my day!!

  My husband ordered his linen suit jacket, pants, shirt and belt from the website. He then called to give his exact measurements for the jacket and pants because the website does not give the option to do so. Everything was shipped quickly, but we were dismayed to find out that the pants had not been hemmed. We called the company, and they said that they never hem the pants even though they took his specific tailoring requirements. Since we would have to go through the trouble of having someone else do it, the owner offered to reimburse us the cost of the additional tailoring, but with all of the hustle and bustle of the wedding, we never emailed him a copy of the receipt. We recommend Just Linen, however beware that additional tailoring may be needed on certain items.

  Ghost company

  Ordered two shirts, they charged my credit card, but haven't shipped shirts. No one answers phone listed. There is no way to leave message when you call. As of last night their web site was taken down. It's looking like they took my money and ran!

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the worst in customer service I have ever encountered. I spent over $400.00 in linen wear for an evenr and have no clue as to the status of my order. They don't answer phone calls it goes directly to voicemail and no one has ever returned my calls. Go to Island Importer. I had great service with them.

When contacted, company would not respond to phone messages, and did not respond to emails through their site until I threatened to have the charges reversed. At that time they gave me the run around, and did nothing to adjust the order or make restitution. Claimed they would send the correct clothes when they were available, but did nothing and discontinued communication. this vendor seems to be fly by night, and unreliable.

I did actually receive the overpriced thin linen non hemmed pants and vest after stressing completely out but to my dismay the vest was too big and the pants were too small. I tried everything under the sun to get a response to get an exchange to get anything with little to no response. I finally got an email from and online chat message I left but still no resolution. I had to act quick and find other options. I found all I needed at Macy's and on clearance since it was out of season so my Husband and all his groomsmen were set for under the price of one item on this overpriced website.

  justlinen.com sent me the wrong size jacket and never responded to emails or attempts to call and get an exchange. That was in September, three months ago. Do not buy from justlinen.com. You will regret it if you do.

Our best man also ordered through this company and never received his shirt either. Our best man was lucky, and was able to retrieve his funds through his credit card company, although my husband was not so lucky that his bank did not refund the $70.00 he paid.
  
  This company does not return phone calls or emails. We had to place complaints against him with the federal trade commission and the Better Business Bureau. Since he does not respond to the BBB they have closed the case in Nevada against him.
  
  Save your money and take your business elsewhere!!!

  Be careful ordering from this place. I've just opened a PayPal claim because of no communications from them. I ordered a shirt on 3/6/15 and have heard nothing from them since that date (date of this posting is 4/6/15. No shirt and no communication. I've emailed them multiple times, no response. I've called them and everything goes to voicemail, no response.
