    Recently, I had an event and hired Kael Event for their services. I was very pleased with the outcome. The staff was professional, prompt, and respectful. Not only was I pleased but so was my guest that attended the affair. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a service of perfection!

    All the way great Customer Service from the start all the way to our departure for our honey moon!

    These guys are great! to say the lease. . In particular staff Lisa, Michael and John were very very helpful with last minute issues, the patience of the team all together made me and my wife and our family and friends so at ease and happy. GREAT JOB!

    Unprofessional and disorganized

    DONT HIRE them they are very unprofessional and deceitful he hires people from Craigslist or just random untrained people off the street to complete the jobs while he is not physically there to help organize the event they were under staffed and very pricey I would never recommend them the employees lack training and manners the owner doesn’t check to see how the event is being run he literally just hires anybody that he can find very unprofessional I was warned from other people and associates who have hired them in the past but me giving them the benefit of doubt still hired them and greatly regret it now we also had to deal with unpaid staff who said he never paid them upon completion and also blocked they’re calls and texts so I had to come out of pocket personally to compensate them for they’re work overall it was a horrible event and ruined our big day DO NOT HIRE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT literally one of the worst caterers you can hire and the worst I’ve personally seen don’t let them rob you of the great day you deserve

    We hired 3 staff for set up, serving, and clean up for our tented buffet reception, and a DJ through Kael. the food was being delivered by another company.
    At the church my mom had gotten a call from the bartenders we had hired (not through Kael) saying the event staff were not prepared, Had no gloves And when asked about the gloves and setting up they immediately began cursing loudly and sat down. When the other company arrived with the food they were just supposed to drop off to the staff, the behavior was so unacceptable that the owner of that company stayed for over an hour until someone from my family could arrive. kindness of strangers!!! Without him we would not have had any food set up properly as he thankfully set everything up.
    At the reception, there were numerous complaints from guests, event staff sitting on coolers and a had brought children with them to my reception! The dj was at least polite and spoke with me and stated that he had not been paid yet (I had settled the final bill a few days prior and paid a deposit months prior).
    I was then approached by the event staff who demanded to know where the "guy" was, I explained I had no idea what they were talking about. these staff weren't the staff I was originally promised, both them and the DJ had never done any work or met the owner of this company before. I was approached by the staff over and over (who also stated they hadn't been paid yet that they were supposed to get paid after the event but the "guy" was supposed to be here). Their attitudes were awful and changed the atmosphere of the reception. Please find yourselves a more reputable company and save yourself the stress and disappointment during what should be one of the most special moments of your life. We did try to contact the owner at numerous points DURING and after; no response. not what I should have had to worry about during our special day.
    I am beyond upset with the lack of professionalism and destruction of my reception.

    Our goal at Kael Event Services is to go above and beyond customer expectations with every endeavor. We have a wonderful record of achieving this. We deeply regret that you were not completely satisfied with your experience.
    I am the proprietor of the company and was attending another service event out of the area on that date. After speaking with multiple staff from the event, I was not able to substantiate the claims made in your review. However, I was deeply troubled to hear those allegations. The professional conduct standards that Kael Event Services abides by were and will continue to be reiterated to the staff. Additionally children of the staff are not permitted at the events, and vulgar or rude conduct has a zero tolerance policy.
    We take all such allegations seriously and take prompt action to prevent reoccurrence.
    Business was conducted with this reviewer after the event to make amends.

    KAEL organized a staff of movers for my firm. They destroyed a brand new $10,000.00 Generator and broke $3,500.00 worth of rare granite. I spoke to other customers regarding KAEL. We will be filing a Class Action against the organizer (Kael et. All. No insurance, Demanded CASH! No receipts. I called the Attorney General, IRS, FBI, State Department of Assessments and Taxation. We have no choice! No return phone calls, texts or emails. Do Not Use These People!
