  The Kalos Coordinating team did such a wonderful job in helping us plan our dream wedding. They were so accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful with the wedding planning process. Kelsey was so personable, kind, and easy to work with! Anything I needed, she was there for me. I had some last minute changes that she easily accommodated for. She just made the whole process less stressful overall. I couldn’t have had the wedding day that I had without her and I am so thankful! I would highly recommend this vendor!

  Absolutely loved Kelsey! Easy to work with, and knows her way around a wedding! She made everything super easy for us on our wedding day, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

  April Wedding

  We were very pleased with our wedding day! From day one, Kelsey has been wonderful to work with. She’s very professional, responsive, and organized. She helped turn our dreams into reality and she took away so much stress in the planning period. Our wedding was beautiful and because of her, we were able to focus in the moment while she took care of everything else!

  hidden gem!!

  I went through about three or four other wedding planners/organizers/etc. before stumbling across Kalos. Kelsey was kind, welcoming, professional, and so encouraging on any planning calls. She helped fix last-minute changes and brought the event together! It absolutely poured on our day which caused a lot of unexpected hiccups and Kelsey (and her assistant) were the most calming and helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly! 10/10 :)

  Kalos Coordinating

  I cannot recommend Kalos Coordinating enough! Kelsey helped with making my day exceptional and as stress free as one can be on their wedding day! She was attentive and paid amazing attention to detail. With a bridal party of 26 (13 bridesmaids and 13 groomsmen) one might expect there to be at least one hiccup, but no. She made sure everything went smoothly and really helped bring my vision to life. She listened to what I envisioned for timing and the overall feeling of the wedding ceremony I was aiming for. She spoke and directed with authority but also kindness, which was essential in guiding a wedding party of such magnitude. She went out of her way to make a plate of food for my husband and I after the ceremony - it’s that kind of consideration that we appreciated from Kalos Coordinating. She’s also the sweetest person and will absolutely go out of her way to make you feel like your wedding is in the best of hands. BOOK HER!!

  June wedding

  Kalos Coordinating made my special day run so smoothly. She had everything covered from making sure we had food to getting all the groomsmen lined up correctly. She met with us before the wedding to go through specifics and our vision for the day and asked specific questions that I didn’t even think of. She took all of the stress away and made it the best day ever!

  Beautiful September wedding

  Kelsey was very professional and so helpful and organized. She had good ideas, but also was great to listen to us and help us achieve our goals. She stuck with us the whole time and facilitated the flow of our day.

  Very Professional!

  Kelsie made our wedding day run so smoothly! She came and helped set up the day before and did many things that most coordinators do not do. She went above and beyond and made everything beautiful! A few things that went wrong, like the air conditioning going out for a bit at our venue, I did not even know until after the wedding because Kelsie got it fixed without saying a word and made sure to make the day as relaxing for my mom and I as possible. Very thankful for her care and attention to detail! She is a calm and warm personality while juggling many tasks! You may ever spot her in the dance floor during some down time :) so fun! You won’t regret hiring her!
