  Kandace is my Hero!

  Kandace was a fantastic coordinator! She really helped quell my fears due to inexperience in wedding planning, with her expert advice along the way. She made the day run so smoothly and above all, kept me calm! That alone is priceless to me. I knew going into the wedding day, that she would take care of all the details and make sure things went as well as possible. When I heard that another vendor of mine (transportation) had issues, she presented me with all the options available, and we got past the issue without any major hiccup! Kandace also made the space look so beautiful and really brought my vision to life. Thank you Kandace for making the wedding of my dreams come to life!

  Kandace is amazing!

  We worked with Kandace for the year leading up to our wedding and had a great experience. She was extremely knowledgable when I had questions about the wedding planning process and we appreciated all of her recommendations. Her attention to detail and prior experience working with most of our vendors was also extremely helpful and ensured for great communication and a smooth wedding day. Our wedding would not have been possible with her! I recommend working with Kandace if you're looking for a wedding planner.

  Day of Coordinator

  We could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator!! Kandace handled everything with such grace and ensured our vision really came to life. Our venue had no preferred vendors or items included with the rental, so it truly was a labor of love. She took our long list of ideas and pictures and turned it into something truly spectacular. Every item was exactly as we had imagined it, and we would highly recommend her. The day of the wedding was seamless and completely stress free.

  Wedding Planner Review

  I highly recommend Kandace for anyone looking for a day of coordinator to full time wedding planner! She can really do it all and accommodate your needs. Kandace is extremely organized and professional and will go above and beyond to ensure things are executed properly. She is well versed in multiple vendors within the community and can provide helpful recommendations and connections. The day of my wedding was very smooth and stress free for me as the bride which is all you can really ask for in a planner!

  Coordinator

  Kandace was the absolute best coordinator we could’ve asked for! Kandace was so organized and responsive throughout our entire planning journey. She made the time leading up to the wedding and the day of the event stress free and smooth. Her preferred vendor list and organizational tools were incredibly helpful to us. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

  Our wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined, I wouldn’t have changed one thing- and Kandace was a huge part of making that happen. She helped us find an amazing team of vendors and communicated with them throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of our venue and experience with event planning kept us on schedule with all our preparation and helped us navigate the process with ease. She also did so many small things to help us as we were not local to our venue. We mailed many items to her home which was just above and beyond! Her planning portal website made making a seating chart and updating our to do list easy and stress free. By the end of our wedding day, I realized I had enjoyed every minute of it without thinking about the agenda or what was going on behind the scenes at all. Kandace and her team allowed me to be present in every moment of our special day- down to the after party because she also packed up all our belongings and got them into our room for us! Kandace was truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or big event in the future.

  Kandace made our dream wedding a reality! She was incredibly communicative, organized, and helpful in the time leading up to the wedding, as well as the big day. Kandace provided us with many resources to get our planning started and assisted with any and all questions we had along the way. She called each and every one of our vendors in the days leading up to the wedding to ensure the day would flow smoothly. She understood my vision and helped execute it perfectly. Our big day was 100% stress free, and we have Kandace to thank for that. Highly recommend!!

  One of the best choices we made was hiring Kandace!

  Kandace was my month/day of coordinator for my June 2023 wedding and we are so happy we had her and her team with us. We had a destination wedding and Kandace had resources locally for us and was familiar with our venue, way more so than we were. I didn't want to have to think/worry about anything on our wedding day and she came in and made that possible. If there were any hiccups, we didn't know about them on that day and still don't. she was present enough but also stayed in the background, didn't stress us out over timelines and truly just let us have the day we dreamed of and handled all of the logistics. We couldn't have picked a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Kandace and Helena!

  Best wedding planner in the business

  We wouldn't have survived wedding mania without Kandace. To say Kandace is the most patient, professional and organized person around, would be a complete understatement. Kandace made wedding planning a breeze and made the actual wedding day itself incredibly stress free. She also was such an instrumental part of keeping our wedding together, as evidenced by fixing my father-in-laws broken bowtie 5 minutes before the ceremony! So technically, her skills are limitless. All that to say, we appreciate all that Kandace did for us and it's beyond words to explain how grateful we are that she was a part of making our special day, so special.   Having Kandace as our wedding planner was truly one of the best decisions we could have made! From our first meeting to executing every detail for us on our wedding day she absolutely nailed it. Wedding day she was such a calm presence even while multiple things had gone wrong- she evaluated and fixed these issues without us ever having a clue! We truly can not express how wonderful she was through the whole process and recommend her without hesitation to anyone!

  All around professional!

  Kandace is an amazing wedding planner. She’s calm, organized and detail oriented. She made our reception effortless and we’re so grateful. We had one major hiccup that Kandace was able to correct and make it seem like a minor inconvenience. I definitely recommend reducing the stress of your important day with a calm, friendly, organized professional like Kandace!

  Kandace was such a pleasure to work with! Working with Kandace was like having an additional big sister helping you out for your big day! I relied on her experience for guidance and advice on a number of different details. She is very professional and organized! She handled the timeline, was in contact with all the vendors and she also ran the wedding rehearsal. On the day of our wedding, our seating chart had not been delivered so I sent a digital copy to several guests so that everyone could help everyone find their seats. Without being asked to, Kandace printed out several copies of the chart and put them in stands and placed them where all the guests could see. I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of that but she is someone who thinks ahead and takes initiative! She also helped with the ceremony decor, making sure our flower girls stayed on the right path and even reminded me to put my veil on right before I walked out! (Definitely would have forgotten to wear it) I would recommend Kandace to anyone who wants a stress free wedding day!

  I hired KM Events to organize and arrange my wedding weekend festivities. My bridal party outings, rehearsal and wedding day were all perfection! Kandace eased my mind and took away my stress. I got married during COVID and her flexibility to help me change everything was more than I could have imagined. She took the time and energy to make things perfect for my special day despite the unexpected changes with the pandemic.

  I used to be a wedding planner and have been working in events for the past 12 years so my expectations for a wedding planner were VERY high. When I met with Kandace I knew she was the one. She was a great listener, had a great sense of humor, and was very calm. I recently moved to Tampa from Chicago so all the vendors I knew were in the midwest so I felt like I needed help picking out the best of the best. Kandace gave me direction based on my budget and it was very helpful in booking vendors. She also has a great checklist for planning as well that was super helpful. On the day of the wedding, I was able to fully checkout and be a bride. She had everything handled and the timeline stayed on time the whole day. Unfortunately, it rained on my wedding day so the ceremony and cocktail hour had to shift but she set up everything beautifully and I didn't need to worry at all!! I highly recommend booking Kandace, you won't regret it!
