  An Incredible Day Thanks to Ivory & Vine

  Karli at Ivory & Vine was the absolute BEST to work with. Not only did she help make the planning process less stressful, but the execution was seamless. Karli was the perfect addition to our perfect wedding day.
  
  As much as I loved the florals, cake, tent and decor, the day would have been what it was if it weren't for Karli. Her attitude and positivity is unmatched and she is beyond talented at what she does. When I first saw our reception venue, I was completely in shock by how well she captured our vision and how much attention to detail there was.
  
  We have received numerous compliments from wedding party, family, and guests about how well-organized and how amazing the wedding went. None of it would have been possible without the amazing Ivory & Vine team. Truly, Karli did the most fantastic job and we could not be happier or more grateful that we chose to work with her and her beautiful team. Thank you, Ivory & Vine - you are simply THE BEST in the business.

  Best planner ever — Twice!!

  There aren’t enough words to describe how outstanding Karli is! She originally planned our “first” wedding in Texas for April 2020. Even though we don’t live in Texas, she made everything possible through emails, zoom calls, and texts. The pandemic caused us to not only postpone our wedding, but plan an entirely new one in Rhode Island… which Karli did in less than FOUR months! Throughout the whole process, she was graceful, professional, and truly made wedding planning both fun and effortless – both times! On the day of our much-awaited wedding, she made sure everything went off without a hitch and we didn’t have to lift a finger. We enjoyed every moment of our big day, and we could not have imagined a more beautiful event. Karli is truly a god-send, and we could not recommend her more to anyone looking for a caring, dedicated, and professional wedding planner.

  We booked Karli as our month of coordinator and it was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process!!! She completely alleviated any and all final planning stress and went above and beyond for us. She tremendously exceeded all of our expectations! She not only takes care of vendor coordination and final detail planning, but she puts her heart and soul into every wedding she plans as if it were her own. On top of handing every detail with the vendors and last minute bookings, she made our wedding day especially memorable! She was by my side every step of the way from getting ready to getting into the getaway car with a plate full of food. She not only took care of me, but my groom, our parents, grandparents, and wedding party! She was so organized, professional, calming, and has so much experience to be able to adapt to any situation imaginable. She was so much more than just a month of coordinator to me. She genuinely invests into each and every one of her brides and I am so honored to call her my friend. Our wedding would have definitely not been the same without Karli and her team. To any bride getting married, I HIGHLY recommend investing in Karli as I cannot say enough good words about her and her work!!

  Karli, owner and planner of Ivory & Vine, is every bride’s dream come true. She helped exponentially in the preliminary process, but the day of the wedding was INCREDIBLE. She made the day run so smoothly. No one in my family had to worry about a thing, except enjoy and take in the day. She also made sure my husband and I ate well at our reception, always had a drink in hand and even packed cake to take with us that night. I would recommend her services without any reservation! After our wedding she even sent us a sweet gift!

She is a hard worker and works diligently to help ensure that your wedding is all that you hope it to be. When it comes to details, she has an excellent eye and can help execute any vision you have for your wedding. Karli and her team are beyond organized and patient. Mostly, they are kind and caring, and when you mix this with their strong work ethic, you will have nothing short of an amazing event. Thanks to Karli, my husband and I had a blast, loved the way everything looked and actually got to eat on our wedding night.
