  Can't recommend Karri more!

  Can't recommend Karri enough! Her work speaks for itself - it's gorgeous. She completely nailed my vision for my wedding invitations and I couldn't love them more! Karri was also fun to work with, accommodating, always willing to hop on a call to discuss any edits, she was just fantastic. Highly highly recommend working with Karri!

  Truly Magical

  Karri is simply the best out there when it comes to wedding invitations. My fiance and I planned our wedding during covid which was extremely stressful, and came with a lot of unknowns. Karri was so accommodating, and helpful. Talking to her truly felt like she was one of your best friends! She was by far my favorite vendor to work with, and her work truly is beautiful! I can't wait to use her again in the future

  So talented!

  Where do I begin? Karri is quite possibly the sweetest and most talented human on earth. When we postponed our 2020 wedding to 2021, I decided to “treat myself” with special invitations and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I previously worked with several invitation designers and no one understood my vision like Karri. She made my dreams a reality across invitations, menus, and programs. So many of our guests told us how beautiful and unique everything was from the moment we sent out our invitations. We also purchased two house paintings from Karri for our parents, which were so beautiful they made everyone cry! Beyond her talent, Karri is just amazing to work with. She really understands her brides and couples and brings their personalities and wedding vision to life beautifully. I can’t wait to find more reasons to work with Karri in the future!

  Karri was an absolute joy to work with during our wedding planning process! From the save-the-dates to the invitation suite and everything in between (menus, cocktail sign, welcome sign, map, change-the-dates), Karri's designs were all so personalized & special! Everything Karri did for us was so beautiful and we plan to frame it all to keep forever as they were truly pieces of art. Karri is as professional as she is talented, and we feel so lucky to have had her on our wedding team. Our guests were blown away by her work as well, many saying they have never seen such beautiful invitations.   Stationary Wizard

  One of the first vendors I looked was Karri and we instantly became wedding BFFs. She is so down to earth and when sharing my vision, you can tell she just *gets it*. All of our stationary was personal and featured elements so dear to our hearts, Karri went above and beyond to capture our love story in stationary form. And my god she is TALENTED. Her work is art and she is an artist. Our guests asked constantly where we got our Save the Date and invitation suite. We already have all of the artwork hanging in our home and I can’t wait to work with her for more pieces in the future. Karri Lee Designs for the win!!!

  Pure, raw, artistic talent

  From the first time I met with Karri, I knew she had the artistic vision I was looking for to guide my fiance and I through the invitation process. She is SO good at what she does (plus she's super fun to hang with)! At the end, we were SO thrilled with our invitation suite - it was elegant and classic but totally personalized to US. For our wedding reception, we also asked Karri to create a watercolor signature drink sign, write on our card box and do our menu on a mirror from our own home - it was all beyond perfect. We'll definitely be using Karri's services in the future - Thanks, Karri!!

  We had struggled to find invitations that suited our style and price range. Custom invitation suites in NYC were incredibly costly and the options we found online and in stationary stores didn't really get us incredibly excited. There was always one little thing we wanted to change in their offerings that we couldn't. We were about to give up until we saw an invitation suite on Instagram that Karri had designed.
  
  Karri is extremely warm and friendly to work with, she is a local girl with strong ties to Connecticut wedding community. And she is above all so incredibly talented in calligraphy, watercolors, and painting! She was so gracious with her time and spent a couple hours with us in consultation as she heard our ideas and guided us towards a custom, hand-painted design that is uniquely ours and we absolutely love. Our invitation suite was a painting of the gazebo we would get married in front of, with the flowers of our wedding day. In fact, we gave that design to our florist as inspiration to recreate the painted scene in real life.
  
  She was great in sketching out many different ideas for us and going through whatever amount of revision was necessary to get the invitations exactly to our taste.
  
  For all that effort, Karri's pricing was ultimately only a small step above the quotes we were getting at shops like Minted and Paper Source. We absolutely love our invitation suite and so did our guests. The experience of working with Karri definitely holds a special memory and her suite will be forever cherished.

When we found Karri’s work we both fell in love with her creativity and after meeting her we knew she was the piece of the puzzle we were missing. We went with a full invitation suite, envelope liner and calligraphy on both outer and inner envelopes along with Karri’s assembly option (this was totally worth it and was such a stress relief to know our invitations were in perfect hands en route to our guests). Karri was great about taking as little or as much direction from us as we wanted and remained super flexible throughout our design process. Our guests RAVED about our invitations and to this day people still talk about how beautiful they were. Karri helped us create the most perfect introduction for our guests to our wedding as well as menus, programs and matching marble tiles with calligraphy for place cards to tie everything together on the day-of. If you are looking for that extra special touch for your wedding, Karri will make that happen for you. From her amazing watercolor artistry to her numerous calligraphy styles, she really loves what she does and her passion shows in not only the final product, but in how much joy her work brings to her couples and their guests.   If you're looking to add a little something extra to your big day, stop!! You've found it. Karri made all of our day of wedding signage, menus and escort cards. Not only was she so easy to work with, but she translated some of my ideas into something above and beyond I could have ever described. Thank you for everything!

  Karri was so wonderful to work with for our recent wedding! She made our place cards, table numbers, and a vintage mirror all in her beautiful calligraphy. She is so easy going, and flexible which made her such a joy to work with and also get to know personally. She sent tons of pictures a long the way, and was super responsive to changes and specifics of how we wanted our items. The finished products exceeded our expectations and were some of the focal points of our wedding décor that guests raved about! For the quality and artistic skill exhibited in her work, we definitely got a great value! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karri to anyone.

She is not only professional, organized, and timely, but she is truly one of the sweetest people in the CT wedding industry. The first time I went to her cozy Collinsville studio to discuss designing our invitations, I ended up staying for hours, not only discussing my vision, but getting to truly know her. We used her for our invitations, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, programs, menus, and signage on paper, mirrors, and even wood! Our invitation suite included custom watercolor paintings of our wedding weekend locations as well as her stunning calligraphy. She is a true artist and absolutely blew me away every time she created something for me. I truly could not get enough of her beautiful work. In addition to the items above, she helped me further personalize our day by writing song lyrics on silk ribbon for my bouquet from a song my late grandmother would sing to me as a child and even creating a monogram for the front cover of our guest book. She helped me sort and attach my grandparents vintage stamps to the custom postcards she helped design which featured my husbands YiaYia's painting of our venue along with Karri's calligraphy. She made the cards I gave to my husband and bridesmaids, and even made prints of her custom paintings for me as gifts. She puts her heart and soul into all of her work and will give you some of the most honest advice out there. Some of my favorite memories of wedding planning were with her because she helped me put meaning into every piece of my day. The list of things she has done for me could go on and on, but the thing I will cherish most of all is the friendship we formed. Everything Karri did for us was custom, she did all the signage for our wedding, our table numbers and seating arrangement, just thinking about all of the beautifully created handwritten calligraphy brings a big smile to my face.   Karri was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She really made sure that every last touch on my invitation suite was personalized just for me and my wedding. I am so glad I chose to use her instead of the DIY route. She is so passionate about what she does, and it shows in her work. Highly recommend!!

  Wedding Signs and Seating Cards!

  Karri is a total doll and an incredibly creative soul- we were so lucky to have found her for our wedding in October!
  
  Karri hand lettered our seating charts and ceremony / reception signage beautifully, and worked seamlessly with our florist (Melissa from Stylish Blooms) to make sure that our wedding was a pinterest-perfect reflection of us as a couple. She even painted portraits of our cats on our specialty cocktail sign (since we named them after the kitties...we're those people...) We couldn't be happier with the end results! Thank you so much Karri!
