  I found Kate through our wedding venue, SoHo63. All of the ladies there highly recommended her for being an incredible wedding and travel planner. I reached out to Kate to look for some help with planning my honeymoon. I have to say, I have never worked with a travel agent or planner of any sort, so I did not know what to expect. She went above and beyond the normal call of duty. Everything from her response time to her knowledge about so many different destinations was extremely impressive. I have never met someone like Kate, and I will tell you that you will never be disappointed! I know that for any future adventures or travels I may plan in the future, Kate will be the first person I'll be calling.

  There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for Kate executing my wedding vision to perfection. I am so incredibly glad we spent the money and hired a day of coordinator. I didn't have to worry about a single thing that day, everything was set up perfectly and the entire wedding ran smoothly. If something went wrong, I definitely never knew about it. I met with Kate a few weeks prior to my wedding to discuss everything I wanted in detail with her. From there on we had unlimited email communication and she was very fast to respond. Kate really went above and beyond and offered to do things I hadn't even thought about asking her to do. She set all my centerpieces for me and cut the flowers (I ordered these in bulk). She ran our card box to and decorated our hotel room with rose petals. She tore down the event at the end of the night and packed everything up into designated cars. She moved the centerpiece vases and other various items into the venue office for us to pick up the next morning. Kate is truly exquisite at what she does and I cannot thank her enough for making my dream wedding come to life.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate and Company. Kate is the most wonderful person and is so amazing at her job. Our wedding wouldn't have gone as smoothly if it weren't for her.   My advice to even the most sophisticated, savvy bride is: "book a week-of wedding coordinator." To put it simply, they make magic happen. Desirae Barquin is who you want to worth with. She asked all the right questions during our planning meetings (including, "what elements of the wedding would you be most upset about, if they did not go as planned?") and checked in monthly until our November 2016 wedding. This team knows how to manage multiple vendors, conflicting timelines and wild groomsmen with ease and grace. My husband and I are so glad we listened to our venue and booked Kate & Company!
  *I am extremely organized and I wish I would have chosen the more expensive package to relieve the inordinate amount of stress I was under during the 5-6 months preceding my wedding.

  Leslie and Meg did an absolutely amazing job planning my wedding. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Everything was absolutely perfect and went off without a hitch. We absolutely could not have been happier with their work. I plan on giving their information to everyone I know who gets married in Phoenix in the future.

  Leslie and Meg did an incredible job putting together a dream wedding. We didn't even know what we wanted for a wedding, yet somehow they gave us exactly what we wanted. Our friends and family are still raving about how fun our wedding was.
  
  The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they didn't handle some bills very well. A couple of days before wedding I received charges and bills that were higher than originally quoted. I would have appreciated some advance notice, especially where they were aware some of the bills would be higher. Also, they forgot that I had paid them a large deposit for the venue. They didn't remember after I reminded them, so I had to provide documentation to get the deposit back. Finally, they were somewhat difficult about providing me an itemized statement of decor charges. When I finally got them to give me a statement, they had in fact overcharged me (only about $30). I would have forgiven all of these mistakes except that they never apologized for any of them.
  
  Overall, they did an incredible job on the actual wedding, and I would recommend them with the caveat that you need to watch the bills and track your money very closely.
