  Incredibly Fast Turnaround Time

  Kate was wonderful to work with! From our engagement session to all the photos at our wedding, we were so happy with how everything turned out! As self-proclaimed awkward people, Kate made us feel so at ease during our initial engagement session. We were grateful to follow her lead and trust her vision. Our engagement photos were not only amazing, but Kate got a sneak peek to us the day after our session! Her turnaround time is insane.
  
  For our wedding, her and her second shooter Vin, helped walk us through our first look and family portraits. Aside from the few staged shots, Kate and Vin organically captured our day as it unfolded. Kate even gave me some tips for using the bathroom in my huge dress which was so so helpful! As with our engagement shoot, Kate got us a huge sneak peek the day after our wedding and the rest of our photos shortly after. My husband and I had so much fun going through the album and are still having a difficult time choosing favorites—there are so many incredible photos! Kate is definitely someone I’d use again to capture future life moments.

  -At our wedding, she pivoted quickly and creatively when rain started before we were done with outdoor bridal party and family portraits. She found a stunning plan B backdrop for portraits inside. She captured beautiful candid moments and created wonderful posed shots that she framed and edited masterfully.
  -She is very kind and brings a calm and steady presence on your wedding day.
  -She even went way above and beyond to jump in and help when setting up the dinner table settings ran behind.
  -And she had an exceptionally fast turn around for sneak peak (the next morning after the wedding night!)

  Amazing photographer

  Kate was recommended to me by the wedding planner we hired. After looking at her website, I knew we would be a good match. She called me prior to the wedding so we could discuss style and important shots. The day of the wedding, Kate was amazing. She is easy to work with and was able to get shots that I would never have thought of. She was a pleasure to work with and many of the guests commented on how much they liked her. She sent me a sneak peak the day after the wedding, and I was blown away by pictures she captured. I plan on using her for ANY photography needs in the future!

  Amazing photographers

  We thought Kate was our of our price range, but she found a package that worked for us with Vin. Vinny was amazing and talked with is about exactly what we were looking for. He got our sneak peak to us within a week and our photos back super quick.

  Amazing! Professional!

  Kate was amazing!!! From getting every shot I asked her for to coming up with amazing ones herself. It was so hot out but she never complained or rushed our photos She was so amazing with not only With nick and I & our whole wedding party of 18! but with all of our kids I would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a great photographer

  Kate and her assistant were true professionals who made our wedding very special. Kate was very easy to work with and made the wedding planning process very easy. She was very flexible and always available to answer any questions I had along the way. On the day of our wedding, Kate and her assistant were so much fun and willing to take any pictures we wanted. Our entire wedding party and families loved them both and they really made the stages pictures enjoyable for everyone. Once the reception started, I barely even noticed them and they did a great job of getting all of the shots we wanted without my husband and I even noticing. We really had so much fun and they were really friendly and got along with everyone at our wedding. Kate and her assistant went above and beyond to make sure all of our special moments were captured and we cannot thank her enough. We plan to use her again in the future as our family grows and also recommend her to every bride and groom we meet.

  Picking a photographer was one of the tougher decisions we made because I had no idea what I was looking for. When I first found Kate, I knew she was going to be an amazing choice. She was incredibly responsive and so insightful to what we may need/want. She sent lots of inspiration photos for ideas and even though we have never had professional photos taken (and were really nervous about it), we felt so at ease going into our wedding day. The day of, she was timely and professional, but was also incredibly friendly and warm. Her and her second shooter, Tory, were so easy to work with, it felt like they were part of the bridal party just hanging out with us. Everything the day of was just perfect. We got out pictures about 5-6 weeks later and I think I cried the entire time I looked at them. Kate has a way of capturing emotion in the most beautiful way. Her photos were so natural and beautiful and she captured each part of our day perfectly, whether it was indoors or outdoors, her photos were just stunning. We could not be happier with our decision to hire her as our photographer and can't wait to use her in the future for other life events!
  
  I also used Kate for a boudoir shoot for my husband's wedding gift. Talk about being nervous about doing something, but Kate was seriously amazing. I actually had a blast doing it and couldn't believe how comfortable and confident she made me feel. She completely rocked the shoot. The photos from it were so classy and timeless. She has an art about the way she shoots that is completely breathtaking. I highly recommend doing a boudoir shoot with her if you are interested!

The pictures were clear, you could see the faces really well, and the color quality is amazing. When we sent an email to ask questions, the response time was within hours.   Kate Donovan Photography was the absolute best choice I could have made when it came down to deciding on a wedding photographer. Kate and Her crew were able to capture every picture perfect moment of my wedding day! Kate had an amazing way of wrangling our GIANT bridal party in order to take some of the best group shots I have ever seen. I will recommend Kate Donovan Photography time and time again, she was beyond professional but also played a major role in making our wedding day so much fun! If you are considering Kate Donovan Photography you can stop thinking about it because she does not disappoint!

  Matt and I have been working with Katie for about a year now and have enjoyed every single wedding that we have photographed together. Katie took us on as part of her team and we have not only learned so much from her but also made a new friend! She is easy to talk to, professional, passionate, and dependable. You couldn't ask for any better traits from a photographer or person. She goes above and beyond for her brides on their big day by helping them out with any last minute pep talks or even zippering their gowns when a hand is needed. Wedding day can be stressful for the bride and anyone in the wedding party, but with Katie there the photography is one aspect that you will never have to worry about.

On the day of the wedding, she drove almost 50 miles just to be with the bride from start to finish. Her professionalism, attitude, and personality are the best. Hands down. It has been over four months since my wedding and I still go through my pictures daily and admire how amazing they are. Kate is confident yet very sweet, but also flexible and on the day of your wedding, what more could you ask for? If anyone is thinking of going with her, do it- you will not be disappointed!

  My advice to anyone looking for a photographer is to hire Kate. She is professional and will work with you to understand what your wants and needs are for your special day. Hiring the photographer was the scariest task I was dealing with when it came to our wedding. Once we met and hired Kate the stress was gone - she knows her craft and makes it look effortless.   My advice to anyone looking for a photographer is to hire Kate. She is professional and will work with you to understand what your wants and needs are for your special day. Hiring the photographer was the scariest task I was dealing with when it came to our wedding. Once we met and hired Kate the stress was gone - she knows her craft and makes it look effortless. Her portfolio of work is beautiful, a mix of classic and modern. Don't hesitate, don't procrastinate, just call Kate!

  We can't say enough about how special Kate made us feel on our wedding day! We were so comfortable and we truly felt as though she was just as in love with our photos as we are! Her communication has been perfection as well and this is so crucial for me! Her talent and creativity and passion are truly awesome and we feel lucky to have had her capture such love for us!!!

  Kate Donovan Photography did an amazing job for our wedding in August 2014. Kate and Naomi did a great job getting all the shots we wanted of us, our friends, and our family. Kate met with me several months before the wedding to tour the venue and discuss photo ideas. The photos all came out amazing! We were very happy with the quantity and quality of the digital prints, and the timely manner in which they were received. They were very professional and personable and we would not hesitate to use them in the future! We would highly recommend them!

  Kate Donovan Photography is the best! I was one of those "jump right into it" brides that got engaged and decided to have a wedding 2 months later. Kate was reliable, flexible and met all of our needs! The day of the wedding she fit right in with the entire wedding party. We were lucky enough to be getting ready in the same place so she was able to capture the bridesmaids as well as the groomsmen. All of the pictures came out incredible! If we were to do it all over again there is no doubt we would have her as our photographer!
