    Amazing!

    From the moment we got our sneak peaks we’ve been anxiously awaiting for our final gallery because they were already amazing. Kate was so easy to work with and so quick to respond throughout our entire wedding planning process. We are in love with all of our pictures and received so many pictures back which allowed us to relive the day all over again! We can’t thank her enough!

    Rustic Barn Wedding with Character

    Kate was amazing to work with! She was always very responsive, professional, and flexible when it came to our plans. My husband and I were doing it all ourselves sans wedding planner and Kate made the process so, so easy. Our wedding was fun and her team caught more than just pictures, but personalities and feelings. Would recommend her services to any and everyone. Excellent!

    Kate was phenomenal! I really cannot say enough about what a pleasure she was to work with.

    From beginning to end, Kate was extremely responsive & professional. Throughout the planning process, she was quick in her replies to me & thorough. I always felt like a priority, which really put my mind at ease with all of the other wedding planning balls I was juggling. The day of our wedding, Kate & her team arrived on time & were so easy to work with. At many times I forgot they were there because they did such a wonderful job capturing our moments without ever making it feel forced or intrusive. Our wedding album perfectly reflected the energy of the day. It tole the story of each moment, authentically, without looking overly posed. Everything translated organically & we couldn't be happier with the way our photos turned out. I really wanted to capture a lot of candid moments & allow the photos to feel natural, which is exactl what Kate was able to do.

    Photography is a huge part of the wedding day & I am so grateful to have trusted Kate & her team with this responsibility! Her pricing was extremely reasonable, ESPECIALLY for the quality of work she provides. If you are thinking of hiring Kate, just do it, you will not regret it.

    Honestly one of the kindest and most enjoyable people to work with, she seemed to be having fun too! She makes you feel beautiful and she knows how to help you relax while having your picture taken. Her photo-setup and then editing skills are exemplary, she picks the perfect picture and knows exactly how to get the lighting coloring perfect.

    Kate was wonderful to work with! She took the time to get to know us and our vision for our wedding, and her photos were better than we imagined!

    The photos Kate took at our wedding are beautiful! They are the perfect light, bright, and styled photos that we dreamed of. Kate has a talent for positioning and creating the perfect shot to capture a stunning moment. We had a great experience working with Kate!

    The USB that never came

    I worked with Katelyn for my wedding on 10-10-21. Honestly I thought she was rather nice at first and did a nice job on my photos so I decided to order a USB drive on 6-6-22.
    In September Katelyn messages me she "forgot" to place my order for 3 months. Which is a little annoying but that's okay I'm a patient person & I know she's busy. Let's me know she'll get it ordered.
    Katelyn is very hard to contact for any updates. Her email does not work. She does message me 11-3-22 says she will have my order by the end of next week & she will send it out.
    12-15-22 She tells me she will have it in the mail the next day, will message me when she does so, & will email me the tracking info!
    Then she never emails me. No tracking info is received. No USB ever arrives. Katelyn ignores all attempts at communication which was call, text, email, DM on Instagram & FB, I even try to reach her via her booking site. No response.
    Finally my husband leaves her a negative review in February of 2023. She emails me back explaining our package was lost in the mail.
    Who in their right mind mails out a package and just assumes it will make it without letting the person know it will be coming? She also never provided me with info to see this for myself.
    Katelyn says she'll rectify this offers me a gift card and some other stuff. But I'm not about to get my hopes up for more memorabilia from my wedding when she's already having such a difficult time simply mailing out a package. So I tell her I simply want my USB. She says she'll reorder it & send it.
    April 21st 2023 3 months later she lets me know they're on backorder. Once again Katelyn "forgot* to place my order within a timely manner.
    From April-August Katelyn once again ignores all attempts at communication.
    On August 7th she FINALLY messaged me with a BRAND NEW number apparently it wasn't important to her that her clients waiting on orders have a reliable way to reach her. Says she will mail it out tomorrow and message me with a tracking order.
    No surprise here but once again Katelyn does not message me and she does not mail out my package. I reach out to her publicly on Facebook because every line of communication has not worked for over a year now.
    September 7th she messages me she was very upset I publicly asked her why she would not respond in regards to my order & will send out the order tomorrow & will send tracking info Katelyn does not do any of that.
    Here I am on my 2nd wedding anniversary still no USB drive. Not even sure if she ever actually placed the order or if she did why she's held them over my head like this refusing to send tracking info or in general refusing to mail it out.
    I will say Katelyn is a talented photographer who took nice photos of my wedding that's about all I can say good about her.
    Outside of that I found Katelyn to be dodgy, rude, dishonest, & unprofessional. She let my orders sit in her cart for months after it was placed, really did the bare minimum in regards to loose updates that weren't even accurate in the slightest, & blatantly ignored me every step of the way. The amount of undue stress she has put me through since ordering this product is ridiculous. Every month for over a year I've had to remind myself to message Katelyn for an update about my order even though I know she will ignore me.
    In conclusion Katelyn is a good photographer & editor but if you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, timely, and will get the package in the mail I recommend looking elsewhere.

    Photos great. Service not so much

    The last time I heard from Kate was December 16th when I always told our USB drive with our photos would be put in the mail. Well months go by, still nothing, no tracking, no apology. I have sent multiple emails and(7) Facebook messages to ALL of her accounts, with nothing but an automated response. She has received my payment of $133.75, where is my drive? I would really like my money back at this point and just to be done with this.
    She was a wonderful photographer but this is absolutely unacceptable and just bad business. Please advise you may not receive everything you pay for.

    Still waiting for pictures from 2021

    I found Kate based off wedding wire and fell in love with her pictures. She was wonderful to work with the day of the wedding. Once we received our pictures I noticed both the father daughter dance with My father and I and My daughter and father missing. Which of course is the biggest part of a woman's wedding day. After expressing the special bond my daughter and my husband who was in the process of adopting her shared we really wanted that moment from our pictures. When sharing we are missing photos she stated they must of got lost and will work to retrieve them. She would go months without responding to emails and at times would shut her emails off and I was unable to get in contact. After spending over $1500 on photos she said she will refund $100 and allow me to pick a gift off her site. About a year later after not refunding the money or gift she said she finally found my pictures and apologized about not being attentive. She asked for my address and said she will send the refund, gift, and pictures including the father daughter dances. Fast forward to almost 2 years later now 2023 no money, gift, or father daughter dance pictures and she continues to ignore my emails, text, and Facebook message. At this point I feel she owes me more money but I would truly rather my pictures. I am extremely emotional over this and would suggest anyone who wants great memories from such a special day to avoid kate at all cost.

    Avoid Katelyn Cataldo Collections

    Katelyn Cataldo seems talented but the way she runs is business is troublesome. She takes days to respond to your emails, which wouldn't be as big problem if the products from her arrived they were actually supposed to. She was supposed to design our invitations for the wedding and I ended up having to make my own because not only were the invitations two months late, but they never showed up. She always had some excuse but we reached a point where my fiancé and I were debating if she was a scammer because this situation just seemed so unlike an actual business person. It is now a month before my wedding and I'm scrambling to make sure I have a photographer because this women is so unreliable.

    Made the Wedding Planning Stressful

    Kate was originally hired as our photographer and things seemed great, that was until we were supposed to receive our invitations from her. Originally they were supposed to be ready in May, then it was June, and then July. The beginning of August rolls around, about a month before the wedding, and we still have no invitations. Kate was difficult to reach and when she did contact us she did not seem concerned that our invitations that we were supposed to receive three months ago, still had not arrived. We ended up making our own and mailing them out since it was cutting it so close. The last month before the wedding is already stressful, Kate made it even worse. She was not apologetic or anything when we complained and voiced our concerns. We ended up cancelling our services with her, which she did not make easy, because at this point we really couldn't trust her. I would not recommend her to anyone, unless you want to feel panicked about invitations and want your emails to not be answered unless you send her six at a time.
