  Outstanding!

  Kate was a amazing! The wedding day ran so smoothly and a huge weight was taken off of our shoulders because Kate took care of every detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in place. This was definitely the best money we could have spent to ensure a stress free, beautiful day!!

  Best choice!

  I just cannot say enough good things. She was quick to respond within reason. The rehearsal couldn't have gone so well without her. She made sure we went through it until everyone was comfortable. The day of the wedding was seriously the best day of my life. She made sure we stayed on time and I got to relax and didnt worry about a thing. Every time I asked about something, Kate was on it. I would hire her again and again. Thank you Kate!

  Amazing job

  I could not have planned my wedding without Kate. I had no idea where to start. She was there for every step of the way. She had a list of vendors to choose from that made it easy. She would always tell me what was trending as far as weddings which was super helpful. So greatful that I had her. She made our big day less stressful we didn't have to lift a finger! Would recommend her.

  Kate is more than willing to go above and beyond to help wherever needed. She thinks ahead and ensures that everyone is taken care of. Kate thinks outside of the box and helps guide not only the wedding party but also the other vendors, venue, staff and more. Always a pleasure!

  Simply Amazing!

  We couldn’t have gone through our day without Kate! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Kate is very detail oriented and organized. She created the entire itinerary for our ceremony and reception and gave it to all our vendors. We didn’t have to lift a finger the day of our wedding. She was great. If you’re on the fence of hiring a day of wedding coordinator it’s worth every penny! And she’s super reasonable ! Hire Kate! Thank you for making our day so special.

  Healthful and Attentive

  Couldn't have made our big day happen without her. She picked out excellent vendors, helped out immensely the day of, and even caught a huge error in one of our vendors saving the day. Would give a 6/5 if I could.

  Amazing, kind and hard working!

  We love Kate! Hire her! Amazing communication, hard worker and very sweet! She’s on top of her game and what she was able to pull off in two hours, AMAZING! Highly highly recommend her! She made our flower arrangements and did an amazing job! I’ll post more pictures when they come back!

  Day Of Wedding planner

  There isn’t enough good things I could say about Kate. If I could, I would leave her a 10 star review. From the moment we had our first meeting to the end of my wedding night, she was on top of her game. She was very organized, punctual, helpful, and took all the stress away the day of our wedding. We had an issue at our reception that she handled discreetly and professionally.
  
  
  My bridal party and guests also raved about her to us during and after our wedding. Kate was recommended to us by a friend of mine, for a day of wedding planner, she also will do the entire planning for you as well. I would recommend her to anyone getting married, even if it’s just for the day of the wedding.

  Wedding Planner

  Kate was so incredibly helpful! She was able to make our day run so smoothly and was always there when we had any questions or worries! Kate was so great about communication and getting our needs and information to everyone from our vendors to our bridal party! We are so thankful to have found her for our special day it would not have been so enjoyable without her!

  A 5-star review is not enough...

  If you only read the first sentence of this review, trust me when I tell you this... you NEED Kate. Kate was the last vendor I booked because I was convinced I didn’t need a coordinator. I’m very type A, I had my entire wedding planned within a month of being engaged, and I STILL with 110% confidence say: my day would not have happened without Kate. I had already had everything planned and booked, but I still had quite a few people suggest that I, at the very least, hire a day-of coordinator. So I decided to see if it was in our budget and at least have a meeting with Kate. From the very first time I sat down to determine if it was a decision we would make, I knew having a coordinator would be the only way for me to enjoy the day without stress. But I never would have imagined how much I needed her until the day came. Our day went flawlessly (at least to my knowledge- which is how it should be!) and Kate went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond to make this day as easy as possible for me, especially when I was stressed out of my mind after multiple mental breakdowns the month before the wedding. You don’t need just any coordinator, you need Kate. She was so kind, personable, attentive, and so very helpful and knowledgeable. And she never once left my questions unanswered or my anxieties strung high, even in the middle of the night. I just cannot recommend her enough. Do it. Book her. You will NOT be disappointed. Booking her was the smartest decision I could have made for our wedding, and she was worth every single penny.

  Amazing, handling of our special day

  We didn't worry about anything she had it all, arranging the shrinking wedding party, dj, photographers, hairdresser, and venue! The only thing we had to do was enjoy our day and attempt to keep to the schedule.

  Unprofessional

  Unfortunately my experience started well until the week of my wedding. None of my vendors heard from her until 2 days before, via email! I sent her a text the week of and took her 2 days to respond. After pretty much giving up, I did most of the coordination myself or some of my other vendors picked up the slack. While she did send her business partner, and she did a nice job, Kate said she couldn’t attend due to having COVID, only for her to post she was taking care of another wedding. So disappointing.

  Poor communication

  First, let’s start with the positives. Kate ended up sending her assistant Cynthia as our day-of coordinator. We really appreciated her work and assistance with making things run smoothly.
  
  For the things that could’ve (and should’ve) been better. Communication was terribly poor. After booking and our initial consultation on a Tuesday, we were told we would receive a schedule the next day and she would communicate with the vendors. It took almost a week of phone calls, voicemails, texts and cancellation of other vendor appointments for her to finally respond to our kind follow ups. She still didn’t answer our calls. She did, however answer when a friend called but ignored my call right after. She again answered when i called her from another number she wasn’t familiar with and was full of excuses. We assumed things were good but yet again a week later, communication was zero over a 3-day wait. I finally had to tell her we were 10 days out from the wedding and she was not holding up her end of the contract for her to suddenly text me from a new number saying she damaged her phone and to be attentive. Even up to the wedding day, most of the vendors told us they never heard from her and even some had reached out to her themselves without replies. It was just such a bizarre situation.
  
  As for our rehearsal, we appreciated Cynthia but she was over 15 minutes late while there was another scheduled rehearsal after ours. It was not acceptable to be honest but we really felt she did a good job overall and that’s the only part of Kate’s business we appreciated.
  
  We were promised a lot of things from Kate she didn’t follow through on and it was overall a bad, stressful experience. Would not recommend.
