Where to even begin! Kathleen went above and beyond every expectation we had! We did our engagement shoot with her it every moment way so joyful. She made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera and provided loads of posing ideas while still capturing the candid moments in between. Her ideas were so creative, she shot from so many different angles and had a fanny pack full of ticks which aided in the creation of some of our favorite pictures! She was incredibly encouraging of our nontraditional shoot ideas and really captured our energy and aesthetic. Aside from her beautiful images, she is such a kind soul, she immediately felt like a close friend and was wonderful to work with before and after our shoot. I also want to mention that as a LGBTQ+ and BIPOC couple she made us feel so comfortable, which can be really rare in the wedding industry - and even more so in the south.Kathleen Baker Photography's reply:

My boyfriend and I LOVE Kathleen! As a couple who doesn’t get in front of a camera often, Kathleen made us feel safe and comfortable to be ourselves and to have fun. She gave us a lot of direction and guidance with our poses and let us experiment with a few of our silly ideas! We appreciate how she captured us in a way that we normally wouldn’t view ourselves in; as I was reviewing our sneak peek pictures, I wanted to cry because of how beautiful each one of them came out! We highly recommend Kathleen for your next event! Super professional, on time and we also had tons of great conversation. Thank you so much again, Kathleen!! -

Alternative & Fun Wedding Photographer!
Kathleen is the best! We loved working with her every step of the way. She is fun and easy to work with, she’s very communicative, and she has a great eye. Our wedding photos (and engagement photos) really reflect our personalities and our day. We couldn’t be happier! Kathleen will make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and she’s really great at leading you through photos, but also at capturing the genuine, candid moments in between. She was really informed about the local wedding industry and was really helpful in understanding what we were getting into! Our guests loved her, too– she fit right in. We cannot recommend her enough! We love Kathleen! -

Kathleen is an incredible photographer, that much you can easily see from her portfolio, but what isn't as obvious is how wonderful she is to have at your wedding. She is kind and funny, but also a complete professional who was fantastic to work with and even helped us plan out our ceremony. Her charm and personality evoked the absolute best in everyone who attended and now we have photos that we will cherish forever. -

Kathleen is absolutely incredible. If you want a photographer that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND then Kathleen Baker Photography is the team for you. Not only did she take incredible pictures on our special day but she also helped us set up a second shoot to do some photos outside since it rained on our wedding day. Just look at her work and it will speak for itself. From the moment we inquired with her to the day the gallery was delivered she was prompt with her responses and was really on top of things. She helped us create our shot list for the day and keep the photos on track. She kept the atmosphere fun (and hilarious with some of the prompts for our engagement shoot) and always checked in on us. She even gave us some really cute goodies after the wedding that I will cherish forever. Even my best friend was so impressed she has booked Kathleen for her upcoming wedding.
