My son and daughter n laws wedding
Katie was amazing. She made sure everything went just perfect for my son and daughter n laws wedding. She handle all the stuff with each vendor so they could just relax and have their perfect wedding. Her assisted was also very nice and helpful too I would recommend them a 100%. -

Katie was absolutely incredible! She made my life so easy. When I was stressed about reaching out to vendors month of, she took over and took all of that off my plate and made the month of run smoothly. Day of the wedding went better than I could have imagined; she was on top of every detail. If there were any problems, I didn't know about it because in the eyes of Spencer and I the day went perfect. She had all of my decor set up just like I dreamed. Anytime I tried to help she made sure I sat back and just enjoyed the day. She has a great relationship with the vendors I chose and knew exactly what to do with each. I swear she was in 20 places all at once! She was always right there with Spencer and I making sure we had all we needed. Anytime I needed water or a drink she was two steps ahead of me already waiting for me with it. I could not say enough good things about Katie. I will forever be grateful for all she did to make it the most special day. On top of that outside of her work, she is such a sweet and caring person that I truly enjoyed any time I got to meet up with her. Thank you, Katie! You are a beautiful person inside and out. You were born for this job! We will be telling our friends about you anytime we talk about our wedding! -

katie is incredible—she helped set us up with almost all of our vendors and was so focused on keeping on track for what turned out to be the best day of our lives. i will forever be grateful to her for all of her work the day of, keeping me relaxed, well hydrated, fed, and she even held my drink during our photos. above and beyond doesn’t even cut it, but man am i grateful i chose her to fill this important role! -

Working with Katie and her team was so easy and wonderful! Which when you are in the depths of wedding planning is truly a breath of fresh air. As I reflect on my wedding day, absolutely nothing went wrong. And if something actually did go wrong, I literally have no idea because Katie managed everything so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our day without stress!! Our vision did not follow the typical wedding timeline but Katie ensured that everything progressed seamlessly and just how we envisioned. One thing that stood out to me was during our Timeline meeting 4 weeks out, I asked Katie what she needed from me or what I could do to help (Type A personality here). Her response was "nothing". She said she would manage all the vendors from there and that she wanted my fiance and I to be able to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to our wedding. The way she truly cares for her couples is unmatchable! She exceeded all of my expectations and I am so so thankful she was apart of our special day! There is not one thing I would change from my wedding and I fully believe that is due to Katie's guidance during planning and her support on the day of! -

We cannot thank Katie enough for her work in making our wedding day incredible. We met several times before our wedding and she gave us great advice and vendor recommendations. Must hire katie
Katie was my wedding planner this year for our September 9 2023 wedding. She is AMAZING and truly a pleasure to work with. She brought our vision to reality. Very flexible and easy to work with! The day of the wedding ran PERFECTLY. There were no hiccups (at least none that I, the bride knew about). She dealt with all the vendors the day of where the bride and MOB did not have to do a thing, other than just sit back, relax and truly enjoy the day! Katie kept the schedule flowing and everything ran on time. She truly took over and simplified the entire process and planning this day would truly not have been possible without her, even things we would not have expected such as our cold drinks ready for us during photos, dinner plate ready for us at reception so we could actually eat, making sure my dress and hair looked perfect for all the photos. She is an Angel! HIGHLY recommend. -

Katie and her team are THE best wedding coordinators in the south. I'm a planner myself, and Katie thought of things I never even dreamed of. She is the perfect balance of sweet and kind, but extremely professional and gets things DONE.
