Katie did an amazing job photographing our wedding day! She made us feel comfortable, she kept us organized, and above all, the photos turned out amazing. We've received so many compliments and she captured the fun, emotional, loving side of our wedding and I'm so grateful. We'll cherish these photos forever. We 100% recommend her. Katie took my engagement photos and it was the best experience I could have hoped for. My fiance and I are not used to getting our photos taken, but Katie is so kind and professional that the session was a (literal) walk in the park. Her philosophy behind photography is focused on capturing the natural and meaningful moments, which made for incredible photos that showcased my fiance and me at our best and most authentic. Getting your photo taken can be intimidating, but Katie does a great job making you feel at ease and is such a fun person to talk to and work with. I cannot recommend her enough for all of your photography needs. I will treasure the session and the photos from it for a long, long time : ) -

A One of a Kind Talent
Katie was absolutely phenomenal from the start. We asked her to take some photos of us including our dog, since all along the engagement and wedding process, he won’t be a part of it. She was professional and quick to respond. Throughout the planning and scheduling of our photos, she was extremely flexible and was able to adjust the date based on the weather. Katie arrived earlier than needed and brought us a sweet treat to loosen up and feel more comfortable. She takes natural, not candid photos, which made for a more relaxed experience for me and my fiancé. We had such a fun time during the shoot and I really appreciated that she took the time to listen to what was important for us to capture with these photos. She went above and beyond and the photos show it. We love every photo Katie provided and we will cherish them forever. She has a real talent for using nature to elevate the scene. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer her for an important event and can’t wait to find an excuse to have her photograph us again. -

Katie goes above and beyond!
Katie is outstanding! My fiance and I were nervous walking into professional photos for the first time, but instantly felt nervousness turn to excitement as we were warmly welcomed by Katie with her kindness and professionalism. Katie photographed us outside in northern Michigan, braving the cold winter weather and making the most of every minute, to get gorgeous photos that we will cherish forever! Katie's eye for finding the best wintery scenes, colors, and details blew us away. What felt like a casual walk through the woods and along the beach was turned into bright, joyful photos that captured our love for one another and the beauty around us where we will be married. Katie got photos back to us quickly, including some awesome film and a polaroid! The gallery she created for us was stunning and we loved every shot! Everything was easy to access, download, and share with family and friends. Katie is a great communicator and listener, which cannot be overlooked when finding your perfect photographer. She listened to our hopes and went above and beyond to make it all happen for us! Katie is a delight to work with and you will be blown away by her talent! We will definitely reach out to Katie for any future photography needs! -
